The game moves slow. ads pop up way to often, which makes it even slower due to videos. To get your lucky bonuses, click on collect and you are so lucky to watch a video for 30 seconds added 15 more seconds, then you get your luciy bonus. They make you feel so dam lucky, that you could s_ down both legs. You'd have to watch 2 videos I suppose, 1 for each leg, you lucky s__you. Rarely do you win your bet back. In order to get a head you have to collect lucky bonuses, you lucky sh__!

I made a purchase and didn't receive credits, emailed support. Got a blanket response of we will look into it. This morning I received another message asking if everything was resolved. I said I still didn't see the credit. They responded with when they sent it (fine) but instead of assuming that I missed the credit and made a mistake. They told me to stop scamming them. The game is good but that is just rude. Maybe a message stating the credits were issued would have been beneficial.

Im really tired of these slot apps that you lose at, uninstall, and when you try to start over you no longer get the full play bonus. Instead you are put back to what you had left when you lost the 1st time. We start over to try the game again...which is nearly impossible when you didn't have much left over to begin with. This stupid game rule needs to change so you get the full benefits so you can play again. This is not the only app to do this and eventually you run out of games. Change.

Good games and lots of fun... until you win something big. And then the app freezes or shuts down, meh. I had 127 billion coins cash rewards saved in my inbox (for rainy days,sic!). And it disappeared the other day. I sent two emails to the app admin and got NO RESPONSE. ...nice. I'll probably uninstall the app soon and move on to more attractive options. Kinda disappointed.

Can't play for a minute or two without an ad break. Just terrible. The games are fine if you could play them straight through but you can't. Middle of a spin up pops and ad. I understand the ads for a free game but when you have to watch it to collect your prize.., well that is too much for me. I can't take that. I will have to uninstall it. Sorry

Love this app!! So many games to choose from, more ways to earn free coins than you can imagine & payouts are amazing. Been playing for over 4 hours straight & haven't had to spend one single cent. Although I do like the fact that it has many different budget friendly options to purchase coins if I ever want to. Because let's face it, even though I've already built up to almost 1 billion coins the 10 million free coins I got just for downloading the app, nobody's luck lasts forever, lol.

Ad break almost every 20 seconds, I think most people here feel the same. I understand about the ads and pop-ups, but I will continue to state here that there are way too many and way to long compared to all the other choices out there. In my humble opinion, this app with those constant annoying ads didn't sway me to purchase coins, just to delete it with quite a few credits still in the bank. I have purchased credits with other apps many times, just fyi...

The in app purchase pop ups are the worst I've seen on a slots app, or any app. They're relentless and make enjoying the game impossible. It's multiple ads in a row (5 or more), over and over again as you try to play. I have no idea if the actual game is fun, the ads just aren't worth getting through to find out. And I'm someone who doesn't usually mind them, in app or other ads. This is just too much though.

Pros: Graphic are nice and smooth for the most part. Games are interesting. Cons: SO. MANY. ADS. Also, They change your bet. It was great until they started changing my bet to the highest possible when every new game opened to run all my coins out if I'm not paying attention instead of using my last bet I made. No I'm not buying coins. I'm deleting the app.

Uninstalled for many reasons. The adds are over bearing and intrusive. I understand that's how you make money, but it's too much. Also the game glitches and won't let you play. Which began to happen after I made a coin purchase. Then once it did let me play the odds seemed to change and I lost everything immediately. But you can be damn sure the adds still worked perfectly

So far the game has been pretty good, but it also has its flaws. I've enjoyed it more than other slot games. I don't feel the need to buy coins, but I wouldn't either way. Hitting jackpots and getting free spins have come quite often. The ads can become a bit annoying after hitting every big win. My biggest complaint is don't automatically set the highest bid on a machine. I haven't fell victim to it yet, but I see thats a major complaint from other players.

Love this game in so many ways...graphics, bonus games, holding respins! It was my favorite but... I absolutely hate that it is so easy to make an errant bet that can wipe you out. Three times now I have built up my coins and three times I have lost billions quite accidentally. I don't mind losing coins through undisciplined play, but detest losing them through design flaws. Update: It happened again. Ridiculous. It could be a 5 star game if this was fixed and ad numbers were reduced.

I will say that I played longer on free coins on this app than any of the others that I have tried. However there are several glitches in this app. It doesn't always take the right wager away from your pot and the numbers are always changing. It locks up alot on games and ads. A couple games I couldn't play them without them locking up. A couple of times I ended up forfeiting decent wins.

Unusual to say the least. I appreciate the fact that most of the games win. I also appreciate the multiple bonuses as well. What makes no sense though is the CONSTANT advertising. Depending on what was clicked it will cycle back through like 6 of them. I mean even Double Down Casino 🎰 runs it once and then not again until you restart the app. Let me know when you all ease up a bit.

After my first thought experience I started a really like the game. Then on one of my first big wins the game freezes completely and I lose all my winnings. On top of this when I opened up the app again I literally had to exit out of over 20 different things before I even got to the main menu. Imagine 20 pop-ups that I am not interested in when I just want to get back in and play. Tried to play again and all it does is give you an ad all the time when you are going through menu, and mid reels.

Good games but they are unplayable because of constant ads. Some ads are disguised as "bonus jackpots" but when you hit "collect" you're locked into a 1 minute video that can't be stopped. Every few minutes they stop the game for an "ad break" where you are again locked into a video that can't be stopped. The more you play the more frequently the ads interrupt your game.

When you first open, the game takes you to a slot game where you'll win like crazy! Tired of that game, switch to a different game where...you'll lose everything then be bombarded by ads to pay real money to get more coins! May I add, there is a package of coins that costs $200. So much for "micro" transactions. Just as most "casino" games, the fun doesn't last long.
