This app is going downhills fast. It started with whoever the decision makers of rewards are a couple months ago, when there were rewards added that couldn't be used because there was already a promotion on the items in the store so the system wouldn't recognize the reward. Either make it so both are recognizable, or don't add a reward to sale items. Now, since the newest update I can't even get signed back in because I get the "an error has occurred" message every time I try. Fix it, Casey's.

Totally flawless now, with deals reincorporated into the app, I no longer have to go to the website to order. The cash reward of 4% for app purchases doesn't seem like a lot, but if you order like I do, it kicks about $60 a year back into my pocket in savings I have to literally do nothing more to collect than previously before rewards were a thing.

Terrible app! Signs you out all the time. What's the point of having an app of it doesn't keep you logged in? Requires a hard to remember, unnecessarily complex password. Clunky to use. Changes your order in other areas if you make changes in any area, thus getting it wrong in the end. Hard to figure out what you just ordered. Casey's employees can never figure out what the order is, if you somehow manage to get it right on your end. One of the worst apps of all time!

Looks great, doesn't work. Scanning at the counter failed, and due to my mistake entering my phone number, which is a static field after entry, no points for me. Contacting support as directed by the store manager was to collect receipts and sit on them until the app was fixed, as directed by guest relations. For the foreseeable future, this app is literally a waste of space on my phone. I plan to update when possible.

Use it all the time for great deals a little buggy at times. I've been trying to do the summer scratch off every day but only manage to be able to do it maybe once or twice a week because the app glitches when I go to scratch off. I press it and the ticket pops up I go to scratch off it glitches and says come back 24 hours to try again

The app keeps glitching on me whenever I would play the game. It keeps giving me an error page. I tried to contact customer service several times for the last two weeks and I can't get a response. Update 12/26/23: the app keeps glitching every time I open the homepage. I have a hard time saving offers on the app. This has been happening for months now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and have the same issue.

App hasn't worked for me in a couple of months. I have uninstall the app & re-install it. Changed my password & still can not use the app. I used to use it all the time for the free rewards & points to get 20 cents off with my gas. I even contacted customer support & they said it was my phone. Which, I went ahead & did a factory reset. Guess what....I am still having the issues that when I log in, a blank screen is displayed. This is why I came here & saw many others having issues too.

Typing in the pickup directions is SO FRUSTRATING!!! Anytime you want to type a note, about every 2 or 3 words, the space bar stops working. So I have to go back and try to click between words and save them out properly. This has been going on for as long as I have had the app. Multiple phones. I finally got fed up and had to say something. Fix your app!!!!

App crashes so often it is practically unusable. On the rare occasion the app works, it's not bad at all, but it legitimately crashes every use ( most of the time immediately upon opening.) Contacted customer support and was told it was my phone at fault. I disagreed, but knew it was possible. I factory reset my phone only to find the app continues to crashed. Came to leave a review only to find several other users having the exact same issue. Very frustrating.

It's easy to use but it kicks me out every once in awhile. Resetting the password doesn't work for me. So I can't get back in an access deals but I can collect points. This is because it sends the verification link. It doesn't send it to my number anymore. So when I go to reset the password through my email it makes me restart because it redirects me from the browser. It must be a bug. If this changed and got fixed I would rate it a 5/5.

I can no longer login!!! They now suposedly send an email for a verification code, but I **NEVER** get the email!!! After not getting the email, I click to the feedback form, submit it, then they WILL send an email message confirming that they received the submitted form. Obviously there is not a problem with my email!!! I have not been able to finish the login for over a month now!!!

I love this app for in store purchases! If you forget your money but have enough rewards it can pay for you entire purchase! I gave it 4 stars bc it logged me out and it's saying on the app that I'm not a user and then I try and log back in and says an account for this email already exists. So, it is frustrating but overall, it is amazing and super helpful and even though that happened it still works in stores and they can see how much rewards you have and if you account is working or not. :) 👍

Update: after 3 support tickets and 2 emails, someone finally got a hold of me Like many others, I've not been able to sign in for over a month! I've tried countless times to get the email with the verification code and I don't get it. I've sent in a customer support ticket 3 times since mid April, and haven't heard a word, but i get the email saying they received it. They're losing a lot of business this way because i refuse to use Casey's for gas or ordering anything as long as i can help it.

App keeps signing me out. I get prompted to sign in by verifying code using email then takes me to blank page or back to login where I have to start all over from the start. In a loop. Unable to log in. Tried logging in on the web page instead BUT surprise, as soon as I click on the sign in button, it opens up the app (Yay!!!) Can't say I didn't try 🤷. Have an option to not have to verify using code through email. Or fix it. Just make it straight forward if you want people to use the app.

App works fine, rewards are nice. I gave it a single star because of the log in process. If you don't have an account you shouldn't have to worry but if you do, it will send a verification code to your email, however, here's the issue. If you leave the page for any amount of time it logs you out and send another verification code, meaning you need at minimum, 2 devices both logged into the same account. Otherwise you won't EVER be able to log in. Stupid.

Consistently logs me out, then doesn't let me log back in because the app requires you to use a in-app browser to log in, so when you click log in, it redirects you to a webpage in-app to sign in. Except for me, the webpage is blank every time. Laughably incompetent for such a basic thing, but as a former employee, that's basically Casey's mission statement. Had to have like three different apps working there and they all sucked as bad as this one.

Still the most useless app for ordering food. Constant updates that lose all your old information. I could literally walk there and back without the hassle. No complaints about the emoyees at the store. But the app is literally garbage. Original review: 25 minutes trying to (unsuccessfully) order a pizza. I could have walked there, ordered in-store, and waited for it to be cooked faster than that.
