I really enjoyed the game. I've done all the cases, both hotels, all three gardens. Now do I uninstall and forget it or will there be more soon? Edit: after waiting more than a month I see it's been at least six months without a new hotel and cases. Really bummed because I enjoyed it. Worth playing but not purchasing anything due to nothing new added.

This is one of my favorite games in the app store, but there's a few things preventing me from giving it 5 stars. There's a huge issue with the game freezing/running so slow it's unplayable and the only way to fix it is closing and reopening the game. I also almost finished the game in 3 days, and I think there's a couple things that could fix that, such as the gold could be used as a third option to buy furniture which would slow the building process of the hotel. Overall a great game though.

Fun and silly. I would have enjoyed it more if I had to play mini games for furniture rather than watching dozens of ads since I didn't have diamonds until I had finished all the levels. I also would like to own other buildings or have more amenities and furniture options. It would be cool if cases were based on what happened in the hotel so the hotel side isn't so strange to have in a detective game. Otherwise, not bad.

It was cool until I got to case 13 and completed the maze drawer, collected the gear and the bottom drawer didn't open and give me the other half of the picture that I need to close the case. And there's is no way to contact support so, guess I will delete this game. No need to recommend it to anyone since there are silly errors like this 🤷🏽‍♀️ EDIT: THE ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED. THANK YOU!

It's a pretty fun and addictive game with its varied cases and stories along with a management game to relax and cool down your brain. Only issues I really have is the spawn rate of the essential oil, it's too low and often leads to droves of people leaving and some issues with interacting with the puzzles. Otherwise it's fun and I enjoy it.

I love this game overall, it was definitely challenging, and worth entertaining you, you could do both hotel and a case. I love how they allow to redo it more than twice! The only issues I have is that, when you need more of a certain item and you try to get it from the transportation. They don't give you the needs for the costumers but things you already have. And you have to buy with diamonds in the end just because of that. Please change that issue! It isn't worth putting a hotel for guests.

Downloaded this to get a reward in another game. I had 7 days to make it to the last level of terror tower. But it's almost impossible without spending a large amount of time on the game. You get a small amount of coins, no matter how much you upgrade it doesn't increase, or doesn't to a beneficial level. Everything's about ads to get coins, diamonds, etc. Was unfortunately a waste of time. It does everything it can to make sure you don't progress in time.

Update: You aren't understanding, ads aren't the problem. It's your items and cost system and no the ads can't be closed they force close the game. Original: I like the game despite the way it's set up. It advertised a game that was free play style but if you want anything different than base items you either have to watch an ad, pay gems, or use energy. If any of that ever changes I might try to play again but as of right now it's not worth it.

Loved playing this game for a while. The new garden feature stopped working after a couple days and I couldn't continue. Specifically, the flip card portion wouldn't refresh. I did reach out to developers and never got a response and no updates that fixed the problem. Very disappointing as I did enjoy all aspects of the game (the cases, hotel, etc).

I really enjoyed this game, pretty cute and thr puzzles were fun. I don't mind the ads because instead of waiting an hour for the next room to build I can watch a 30 second ad. A couple of things though...I wish you could keep building the hotel in a way because once youve unlocked everything you keep getting gold with no use to spend. The second thing is I would have liked more than 3 case files, dont get me wrong the little chapters are fun but I enjoyed the cases a little more.

The look of the game is nice, and the game itself is functioning. A lot of false advertising. You're not really playing as a detective, you're just doing chores for people and some of them just don't make any sense story wise. The overall story arc is poor and again, just half-put together and doesn't make sense. They then throw in some hotel management thing, very random? Also, if you're going to offer rewards for watching ads, don't make ads required between every couple of small levels.

Fun and cute detective game that can be played without any purchases. I loved the puzzles. They are silly at times and solvable without the need for hints. There are ads obviously, but they are not bad since it doesn't appear in middle of game play. If you want to finish the game fast, watch a lot of ads. Also, I like the fact that you don't have keep monitoring the game. Play at your leisure.

Fun and cool game I enjoy it a lot. Interesting story and my favorite is the cases on the side. However there are ads for EVERYTHING! The only ad remover is for the main story but there are still some ads if I need to repeat something. Would definitely recommend adding a flat fee for ALL ads to be removed for instant reward (maybe $10-$15 worth). I would definitely pay for that!

This is a great little detective game! The plots of the cases can be serious or random but the game style is cutesy. The hotel section is fun since you get to collect backstories for the characters from the cases, but it's not a requirement. I love that everything in the game is accessible if you need it to be, with ads of course. 10/10 would recommend and waiting for more cases and content!

I love this game!! the levels are super creative and the hotel gives me something to do while I wait for my energy points to recharge (which doesn't take long), I'm really invested in learning more about the characters! however it can be hard to tell which is the right answer on message levels (even the greeting can change whether you succeed) and I wish it paused guests' request timers when I'm watching an ad to get more amenities because I've had some guests leave during them

I am a beginner at this game and I basically didn't get a chance to actually learn and remember the basics of how to play because there is an AD after almost every action! It's sad and annoying to see potentially good games ruined by GREED!!! UNINSTALLING!! Update: I do understand that ads make it possible for us to play free. I apologize for the hate speech, but ads annoy the hell out of me when they are consecutive like this. But to each their own. Have a great day everyone ❤️

I have to say, I really enjoyed this app! The levels were fun and the annoying ads were few, and when you watched them, you got something out of it! I finished all the levels in 3 days and finished the hotel in 6. I hope they add more, but it seems remarkably unlikely, given that it's been over a year since they added a new level.
