I have been playing this game for 6 years. I had connected to my Facebook account to save my levels. After the latest update I was sent back to level 1 and prompted to reconnect with my Facebook account. I try to log in but constantly get a message that says: You appear to be offline. You need an internet connection to access this content. I thought I might be getting this message because I am connected to a VPN so tried to connect without one, but I get the same message when I am disconnected.

Really good game however higher levels give you no chance to win until the 3rd or 4th try. I don't mind spending money for in game options but the price of gold bricks is outrageous compared to how expensive the boosters and extras lives are. If gold was a little better bargain, I would be purchasing much more. I do like the fact the games are challenging, but at least make them all passable by using logic to know which gems to match at the right time. Good concept, but needs improvement.

For the past 2 days the game has been crashing when I win the level without recording it & paying out my gold bars. I removed the game & reinstalled it, now all I see is the opening screen, then it crashes completely without allowing me to play. The developers never respond to emails, so now what? FIX IT! If all my progress & gold bars revert to 0, they better be ready to replace everything. FIX IT!

I still like this game as much as I did in the beginning. It is still unique compared to all of the other match-3 games I have played since 2010. I really like the sound effects and because I use earbuds, I don't have to worry about bothering anyone, anywhere! I have never made any in-app purchases, so that is a huge +...! This is a very unique game as far as Match-3 games go. Great graphics & sound effects. There are several types of challenges other than the main game challenges.

Great game, but had trouble getting it to load and play in the higher levels. But overall very fun!!! Newest issue is i cant see friends on the same levels as im on, or any other for that matter. Cant seem to syraighten the problem out,problem solved, but i beat the existing levels, and takes awhile for new levels to be developed. But still an enjoyable game overall.

After several years, I'm still playing Cascade daily and still finding it challenging and enjoyable. This game is very easy to play but a bit trickier to master. I like that enjoyable play is not hampered by feeling it necessary to make in-game purchases (though, of course, they're available). I also think the "life-limited" playing is a very good feature. I also enjoy the holiday themes and the new features introduced in the updates. Still loving it. Still my favorite game for smartphone play.

Totally addicted. Just challenging enough to keep me playing but not so hard that I give up. Love it! 2019 update got a new phone and the sizing was all out of wack. i tried it several times. on a whim a tried it again today and it's back to normal!! back to playing my favorite game! Update...I miss the staff pick games!!! They were so fun and a good diversion when I get stuck in the regular games!!

Download this app immediately, you won't be disappointed!!! An excellent and interesting twist on the usually boring match 3... Only problem is the freezing between levels but it's well worth it to keep playing... LOVE IT!!!! Update: Starting to think this is just another money grabbing game which I refuse to invest in...goals are becoming impossible...trying to get a million points with just one spin...Really??? Might be uninstalling!!!

Update: Settings for hints, music, and sounds still won't stop even when turned off. They are on every time I open the game, which now requires signing in. I do NOT have Facebook, so I can't try reinstalling. It's been many months. 4 stars until fixed. Original review: Love this game! I've been playing this game almost every day for a couple years. I sometimes enjoy going back to replay levels for a higher score.

I am happy to give 5* again. I uninstalled 12/2016 b/c game updates wiped out much of my progress. Happy that I decided to reinstall. All my progress is there. Love the newest graphics, game play, & bug fixes! Great Job Developers! New review as of 08/03/2020, reinstalled game after a couple of years and am happy. My progress was restored and the bonuses are SOOOO much better!!!!

I used to love this game. Now it needs updates all the time, it takes away achievements I have made, and I don't even have fun playing it anymore. I keep hoping if I stay away awhile and then come back, it will seem fun again....So I stayed away a while, and now I am enjoying playing. Sometimes LOTS of patience is required! Play the caves, acquire gold and tricks, and keep at it.

What changed in the game to log in every time it is launched? I noticed this in the past week or so. Previously once you connected to Facebook, you stayed logged. Also, why is a message that special jewels are in the level showing at the start of almost every level. Special jewels have been in the game since I 1st started playing years ago, but this annoying message wasn't displaying! I'm at level 1802 & this message started about the same time as the 1st issue (was @ about level 1780).

Just saw other people having problems LISTENTO THEM. FIX IT FIX IT. FIX IT PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!!!!!! Favorite game but had to delete because it would keep making me reload parts of the game but won't let me download. I'm in the 400 level but now won't let me go past the 60's. Won't let me contact Support either. Shame. Really loved playing this. I really miss playing this game. I keep reloading to see if it still messes up. Now it keeps crashing. Please please fix the game. Thank you

This and words 2 are my favorite games, play every chance I get! STILL my favorite game! Ditto!! Never get tired of playing...and I play multiple times a day! 6/26/2020 same review, still a great app! No glitches, sudden stops and I paid for the no ads within days after I started playing. Can't say enough about this great game, just enough to humble you when you're stuck on a level but not enough to stop playing...and I have been stuck quite a few times! Buy this app, you won't regret it!

There haven't been new levels in months. So I started playing the side levels...that's fine...I bought gold bars to use for those levels (hoping new levels would show at some point). Now...it freezes and kicks me out every time I try to login... can't send to "diagnostics" if I keep getting kicked out and I have 513 gold bars I can't use.... I'm not being unreasonable KING GAMES...I started with a 5 star rating and now I'm at a 1 star...giveme back my money for my gold bars that I can't use.

I like this game a lot and have played it for years. Every so often it forgets your progress or part of it and erases it on a few hundred games. It just happened to me again a few days ago. I am also unable to take it to my new phone - when I log in, I am not where I was on my old phone in terms of levels. In addition, it used to offer a new level about once a month, and now it's been about 6 months with no new levels. With all that I still recommend the game just know that it has major issues.

Great game! Super fun, addicting, and doesn't even have ads unless you choose to watch them for in-game rewards! I'd give it 5 stars except for 2 things: it is no longer being updated, so once you finish all the levels it's easy to lose interest. Also, it has glitched twice and lost a large amount of my progress. Customer service did help to the best of their ability, but they were not able to restore the scores and achievements. It requires internet connection too (if you want progress saved).
