Maybe its just me, or my phone. But this app and the actual website and my phone do not like eachother. It freezes and then goes all wack. Also, pictures arent that great, there could be more, especially the interior of the vehicles being showcased. Not really a good first impression. I will most likely be uninstalling and finding another source to browse vehicles with.

I waited until my process was completely done & I've had the car about 2 weeks now. Everything went very smoothly. I was skeptical the entire time, but it's just as easy as the commercials say! The man that delivered my car (Sam) noticed some scratches that were not shown on the site & he put in for them to be repaired at no cost to me of course, I just need to set the appt. The app is easy to use & I appreciate the emails/texts to keep the communication going throughout the process. 5/5!

If you're one requiring instant gratification, this isn't for you. It took 2+ weeks from the time I triggered the transaction for the vehicle to be delived and worse yet, around 3 months for regisyration & title (although, I'm sure covid had a part in that). On a brighter note, the vehicle arrived in near perfect condition, better than I had expected. It's quite a leap of faith to buy a big $ car sight unseen, but other than the lag time to complete a cash transaction, it was an OK experience.

From my initial search, to the actual purchase, and even a vehicle swap (nothing wrong with the car just needed something a little bigger) I have absolutely no complaints. If you have any questions at all they are quick to help over the phone, by the amazing text feature (let's be serious no one likes being on a voice call), and the advocates in person are absolutely wonderful as well!

Carvana is great. This app is meh. It's got some bugs and it's slow loading a lot. Ex. When using search filters, in "Engine & Drivetrain" clicking on any option of "Cylinders" breaks it. Also, after clicking on a vehicle in search results, it always displays some error message "Oops! " but you click it away and proceed. Website works better, plus has 360° spin, app doesn't.

My overall Carvana experience was amazing. The app was great for the purchasing process however the online payment process can be very misleading and lead to double payments or a payment processing that was unintentional. When I brought that to their attention the response was there wasn't anything they could do to help and "Yes, we get that complaint all the time" - OK, then do something about it.

Honestly, Zero! I was really excited about the car I found. The delivery and verification process was easy. I received the car and the delivery driver started pointing out things not shown online. As I looked I also noticed more problems with the vehicle. Torn tires, extra chips in the paint, worn interior, missing floor mats, and last and worst the engine light during the 15 minute test drive.

App is completely pointless if you can't even flip through images without the panel disappearing if you sightly slide your finger outside of a perfect and exact straight line from left to right or right to left. Totally ridiculous and can't even look at what the cars look when it the image overlay disappears so easily and you have to start over. I will correct the rating when this has been fixed.. otherwise I'll be using another app until then.

The app is great! The customer service is awesome! My car... :( wasn't great. I was disappointed in the condition of my vehicle. I'm grateful for the options I have available. I can return it for full refund and they'll send me a check for my trade in, or they will deliver back my trade in and refund the difference, or I choose a different car, or I choose an authorized mechanic/body work place near me, and they will pay for the repairs and $40/day for a rental car in the duration.

The idea of Carvana is a great and the app is awesome. However the reason for the rate stems from a constant delay on a car from here. I orginally was tried getting a car, but it kept getting delayed; and I tried getting this car in March. It got delayed and rescheduled so many time I lost the validation on my check and had to start over. So I just cancelled the purchase, and started fresh. About a week ago, found a new car I liked and I'm being delayed again. I'm just really frustrated now.

I came into this experience with skepticism. The only reason I decided to go with Carvana was due to the higher trade-in value I received. If I could go back and do it over, I likely would. I ended up picking a vehicle and had many issues. To avoid the headache, I exchanged it. Second vehicle had more issues, but no good replacement. Ended up keeping the second vehicle, but now have to go through a frustrating process to get a vehicle in a condition it should have been in to start with. Bad exp.

EVERY part of the experience was/is a disaster. My sale was somehow canceled after is already signed all of my paperwork. Had to fix that. They tried to schedule my pick-up a month out, and someone happened to notice when I called about something else and said that was definitely a glitch. My first two payments were RETURNED to me by check and the app still says I owe $0. No one has contacted me by phone, mail, or email. The plus is that I'm driving for free, I guess?

I love the concept, and I actually used this to purchase a car. However, the app still is a bit glitchy. Just trying to view my order, it pops up and says "Oops, something went wrong!" The first time I tried to buy a car, I got an error with some JSON/HTML code from the browser and it failed to load the page. I would have done 5 stars if these were fixed.

Overall this was a very easy and fast car buying experience. Tradein went smooth and the vending experience was so worth it. Registration arrived fairly quick. My only complaint is that the check engine light came on after 2 weeks when I filled up the tank. Code reader said the fuel was running lean. I'm not sure how it passed inspection that way. Hoping the warranty process is easy and covers it. There is no where to find a list of what is actually covered, fingers crossed

Carvana has a excellent inventory of vehicles and the entire process is quick and easy. There's no pressure , you choose whats in your budget and on top of that you get 7 days to try it out. I recently got a car and found another one that I liked more...you have 247 support and customer service is right there when you need them...no hassle all I did was simply send a text and was able to swap. Overall the whole experience is more fun than having to go to the dealership.

My experience with Carvana has been exceptional!!! At first, I was very skeptical and hesitant. Then, since I made the decision, everything from selection to delivery has been fantastic. I did happen to have a couple of issues with the vehicle upon driving the first week. However, it was minor. Before the limited warranty expired, I made sure to get the car to a licensed tech of silver rock and .................... PRESTO! Everything was smooth sailing! Thank you, Carvana!

The whole experience thus far: B-/C+ only bc of nice customer service reps. My issues with CV in general: 1) Didn't know cars could go UP in price! (Even after you hit "get started" - price isn't locked in; 2) 45 minutes to complete purchase is NOT enough time ; & worst one yet...spending HOURS on here only to see 10 out of 50 cars you saved are showing in your favorites & having to start all over again. This happens daily. Cleaning cache & un/re-install CV app does NOT fix it!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Saw an ad on YouTube to sell your car in minutes. Downloaded the app. Put my license plate number and state in, mileage and zip code, etc. It's clear that I'm supposed to select the color of my car, but the selections are missing, it just says "color" and the page ends abruptly. You cannot continue until you select a color, but there are no colors to select. I gotta wonder how common this issue is. So yeah. App is broken.

It pains me to give this 3 star, the experience in general was awesome, picked my vehicle and ordered. Was delivered a few days later. Really like the vehicle, chose to keep it, there were some general issues that needed to be resolved (that truly should have been caught during the 100 point inspection). It's been at the shop for a week... but that's for a different review.

Okay, but can be deceiving. For example, a car will show a $200 shipping price. Then you continue to checkout and shipping is suddenly $1,200, which is a pretty big jump. I appreciate the "no hidden fees" sentiment. But these seem pretty hidden while shopping around. Even the cars with "free shipping" suddenly show a $1,000+ shipping fee once you click on them.
