it works but most of the time it only picks up the movement of the vehicle 10 to 15 minutes into the journey. It also notes movement of the vehicle when there isn't any

This app is terrible, it gives the incorrect location of my car all the time. When I report am told that the device has been rebooted and I must drive 5km and more ... I drive my car all day and still tell me the Location is my Home address.

I like how fast they act when something suspicious is happening to the car, or in case you forget to switch off your car watch alert. They are very fast at responding to ensure all is well.

DONT USE CARTRACK!!! This is the WORST "SERVICE" I have encountered!!! Waiting 24hrs for a technician and technical support to contact me!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! They don't even look at the app requests #cartrack

It was not working fine but now it is working ok. Just at times I deactivate the carwatch but when I start it I receive a call that there is tampering with my bakkie but atleast you guys are watching it.

Very delayed position. It shows the position of the car as it was about 2 to 5 minutes ago, no live position. Sometimes it doesn't show trips until the end of the day. Don't know if its the tracker or the app but it is very unresponsive. Very unhappy with this service. It doesn't even show the position of the vehicle during loadshedding.

The app is too slow when it comes to show you car which is mobile. It does not constantly show you the mobility of the vehicle like what other maps do. Very frustrating

Very interesting...cartrack should fix their network because the camera they installed in my car is perfect but slow on my phone other than that everything is going well.

This app is useless, always freezing showing incorrect location of the car and must call, call centre to have it rebooted and even so doesn't last a day having to track your car. I'm considering leaving car track, I doubt I will recover my car should if the worse thing happen as my wife is the one driving the car on a daily bases, she is definitely not safe

This app can be amazing when it actually works! I have phoned in numerous times to report that its not tracking the cars as it should. Requesting they maybe reboot from there side but still to no avail. It would be delayed by hours or even days! This can also not be written off to a poor signal response, as we travel up and down during the course of the day and not all areas are affected with bad signal. Tracking my car is literally impossible at the moment. Serious maintenance needed!

It's very good to install a car tracker in my car. The technician did a great job and was friendly. He also teaches how to use the app for any immediate action. I strongly recommend that everyone who has a car 🚗 should contact Car tracker company to install a car tracker for them. It is affordable depending on the packages.

It is really horrible I get what I need in the way of info its clunky you can't look at one day when you choose on the calendar. And when a vehicle is active you miss minutes of updates as the car moves. Probably because Cartrack set it up and do not even offer a 5 minute course on how to use it. 2

Password needed - Cartrack is quick to call yes but you get three options then press numbers to say its you/aware of why they called....what if they stole my car with my phone inside and they are the ones pressing to say everything is fine?? So a form of password is needed to say I am the one who is in the car and safe. So if the password is not used THEN you know its an emergency. Also add the exact location of the car, thanks a mil....
