You have to decide whether you go for the rich man strategy or poor faster guerrilla way. And you may need a lot of defense towers when you collect resource. When you have enough army and ready to battle, scout and attack opponent's base.

tremendous fun. takes me back to warcraft 1 and 2 days. *UPDATE* : I have found a couple bugs unfortunately: when you load a save game (I"m currently playing the Orc campaigns but it probably is a general bug) the following stuff happens: 1/ orcs who where mining gold or cutting trees just stand around and do nothing, they apparently don't remember what they were doing 2/ worse bug: I can create a new orc in the orc weapon house and I see the timer running but at the end the orc doesn't appear. Same bug for the troll house and temple: it's impossible to create new units. When I built a new orc weapon house then I can create new orcs in the new house (still not in the old one) 3/ the places where you have been on the map are again covered with black. So the places on the map you have been are not saved in the savegame. 4/ when you tell a worker to cut trees in a specific location, after dumping the first load of wood, the orc goes and cut trees wherever it wants. Not so nice if you want to keep a row of trees untouched.... Especially bug2 is VERY annoying More buildings and units would be great. Please continue developing this game as it has a lot of potential.

Fun game and really worth the price. However, I encounter this bug where sometimes my chosen units won't move. It is rare though but I hope it gets fixed soon. Also please add a rally point for trained units. So far the rest of the gameplay and the humorous writing is great. Keep up the good work guys!

A decent game, very similar to other base and army building games (like warcraft 3) It's fun, though the bugs are particularly annoying if not game breaking (units noclipping through trees if its stacked, workers stuck trying to return lumber to base, even had an entire stage where a gold mine had to be gathered manually because the worker pathing sucks) Controls could be better Game balance is decent, but definitely could use improvements. As it is right now, there's only a total of 3 combat unit for players: Knight, archer, catapult. And because of that, quantity > quality. You can literally win any game by training 50-70 knights + 5 catapults without even caring about the enemy base or units.

Its a nice game with lovely graphics. Although there are quite a few things I find to be lacking. First is the long wait for the chests. Second is the fact that when I open the app, it always says "cant connect to server". I have a stable internet connection and Ive enabled permissions for it but it still does not want to connect. Please fix.

This game style is pretty good also it's playable mobile RTS game. So why only 3 stars? First of all it's a single player game and missions in it are way too boring. I played only 8 of it but there's no challenge at all. In most of them you just build an economic next to it army and wait till the moment you can destroy everyone. Enemies do not fight you back. So this game needs multiplayer or "hard mode" in campaign otherwise it's insanely boring.

Please put more building and unit and put upgrade too. The theme is fab but can you please expand it a little further, like adding a river instead of forest wall, add a bridge,add wall. The enemy is to weak too. Also can you do a sandbox (like there is an option that have unlimeted resources and you can put my enemy and enemy spammer and you can edit a terrain. Hoping for more upgrade :D

Very awesome game great graphics and the gameplay is outstanding. But the beta is getting more bugs lately. The negative coin returned in the mine,the tree i was cutting the time turned into 1200 and then there was the glitch in the ground of beta thats just black line. These are bugs I've been experiencing in the game right now please fix this

I appreciate the developer quick response, love the cartoon style graphics, and the easy controls. It would be nice to see more upgrades for units/buildings, and if troops could be ordered to move in areas with fog of war without being stopped (flying units over trees). The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the initial problem I had where I couldn't connect to the server and I needed to start the game, and it seems this issue happened to multiple people before.

It's a really good game. The premise is well thought out, the level design is also really awesome with the artstyle. The reason why 3 stars is because I had experienced a couple of game freezes, control problems and character glitches. When I tap on an area to move at or attack, sometimes my soldiers clip through the trees and end up staying on a side with enemies or attacking another thing. Related to that, some get stuck in some trees. Dialogue is fine, just lacks grammar. Good game, though.

Bug: Workers sometimes stuck when cutting lumber, and also when castle and gold mine is too close to each other. The reward in arena is 1 golden ticket (I got 2nd place, it should be 12 golden tickets). Helicopter can't be selected when pressing "All forces". Suggestions: Make other faction/races playable. Make a real multiplayer live, not destroying enemies faster. Otherwise it's a great game.

Edit - Level now balanced and have managed to win and continue on with the game. Lots of fun, recommended :-) Have noticed the watch video for free troops no longer works, but game well balanced now so no extra troops needed. Thanks! Old - Can't get past the survive for 20 minutes level. I don't want to be replaying the same level multiple times just to either get lucky or find that one way to win. Please either decrease the time limit or the mass of zombies. Can't get enough money to build troops as the workers get stuck etc. Needs a better balance.

I love this game, but it is poorly optimized for my phone. It lags whenever there are more than 3 people attacking at once. It ruins a lot of the fun. (My phone is the one plus 7 pro) (edit after response) No worries man, it's a great game, I absolutely LOVE IT. For whatever reason, it just seems to lag whenever there are enemies attacking. It might be the hardware optimization, I'd be super hyped if it worked! Love the game though

The cartoon graphics drew me into the game. The animations are smooth and it's all very nicely done. They probably help the game run easily and without draining the battery. The games are well balanced in duration and for the most part the controls are good. It's easy to learn and start having fun but it's also not long before you get bored and repeat the same strategy. But the scenarios do offer a nice change of objectives at times. The problems are the bugs, servers down and a dumb AI.

WHAT A GAME! The art style feels so warming and unique in it's own way. Similar to a clash of clan type of game, you build up spread out and attack. In my opinion this game brings ideas that really work well together. The only thing holding this game back would be a lack of a well written story and an irritating moving mechanic. Its frustrating to accidentally move a character to a position you never wanted it to be in getting it killed, or spend a minute trying to rally up all the right troops.

Cute game, but it fails to deliver on so many levels. There's resources you gather like gold that has no use. Also there's no connectivity to the server so all the features cannot be used. This game can be beaten relatively quickly. It is a cute game though, and it's just so disappointing to have to give it such a bad review.

The concept is good, however the gameplay and controls are horrible. There are glitches, namely your troops completely disappear. The controls are horrible, you'll order your troops to go a location and remain stationary but they'll wonder off to attack random enemies. The missions are so unfair to the point where it's obviously encouraged that you should buy heros and gems to make it even fair (i.e Mission 6). Once these problems are fixed and the playing field is leveled I will re-review.

This game is a really fun and challenging overall. I like the graphics and story alot. However, I do feel like its missing some things. -Zoom in/out. Sometimes I cannot select units or see enough of the screen -Better control on units. My main problem is when workers just decide to stop gathering wood and attack, killing themselves -More Enemies. Whenever the game tries to make a a challenge, it bring alot of enemies which starts to lag the game. Maybe make an even stronger or upgraded enemy.

I wanted to like this, but the fact is that the original Warcraft RTE beats this hands down. I like the cartoony graphics, but the AI is non-existent. The pathfinding is atrocious. More often than not, when I tell any unit to go more than a full screen away, he won't move at all. On top of that, the peasants frequently get stuck when chopping wood and just stand twitching until you make them move again. So while you're busy fighting a war, the peons are just sitting on their thumbs not giving you resources, and you don't notice until your reinforcements stop queuing. Last, not enough unique units to implement any sort of even medium grade strategy.

4* for paid and 5* for free. I like the look of the game and glad I could download while it was free. Nicely drawn, charming music and enjoyable story. Was not long before I had a swordsman stuck in a tree though and needed a "lumberjack" to free him. In saying that the art style reminds me of Unforgotten Realms. Not a bad thing per say, just oddly familiar. My rating may change the more I play though. However no reason not to try this while free. And no reason not to keep it free and use ads.

A thoroughly enjoyable adventure from an indie gaming company. I found myself playing it for hours, including a final battle that took me nearly 2 hours to beat. Lots of fun. However...it is buggy, and I needed to frequently restart the app. The controls are somewhat limited making it hard to execute a specific strategy of attack. Even with those issues, all in all, i found myself hooked on it and having a great deal of fun.
