Like the game, but can go on the expeditions, it freezes and then shuts down, the mansion only has 1 level? Now my mine is stuck at level 3127 and I can not do anything there. Have used the help and support several times and no responses.

It's alright to kill some time, but I didn't like the graphics and game play. Objects can be moved, but they can not be turned. Purchased Objects often need fixing=need gems. Gems are hard to earn or need to be bought. Game freezes a lot= lost rewards twice, drains battery.

I really loved playing this game but unfortunately forced to stop playing...literally. the game will not load for me. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled so many times only to play to level 7 at least before I could reconnect and load my game. I've emailed support and weeks later still haven't heard anything. I'm super disappointed

I liked the game there are different things to do☺️ we can change the name of the town,shift the factory,we can make friends when we connect the game with Facebook,but one thing I does not like about the game that's my phone 📱 hangs to much because of the game. But otherwise I loved the game...😁😁🙏

It's a very nice game believe me. The only problem I have is with the buildings. You just have to wait for the train to bring the materials. Where the materials are not complete you have to wait till God-knows-when or till you watch an AD and still it won't be complete. Aside this, the game is Fun

Awful. No response when I messaged foranj twice complaining about problems with the app. Storage shrinkage all the time and have to pay to upgrade storage all the time then it shrinks again. Just tried to play again and now everything has disappeared put of the barn. Dont bother! Lots of other farm games out there that dont have these problems!!

Have to edit my rating... I messaged you on fb.. my train have issues.. it's asking me 300+ of storage to open. The mail doesn't work when I don't have the item. The zoo bonuses doesn't go to my storage. I changed my phone so I had to redo the game... That's how much I love playing it. (Hope you have google play games or something) but as of now this is just frustrating... Hope you fix this.. thank you.

this could be a good game. but, there are many errors without support. so, there is a moment your game stops, 'cause some bug blocks you on a loop or smg like this 😓 so, I wouldn't recommend anyone to play it 'till its fixed, and pls don't spend a cent on it, you would regret not being able to keep playing..

This game is good because☺️ I don't have a load or have just completed tasks in modules. And I have been playing Cartoon City for 2 years now. This game is very nice and has a lot to do. We can connect with Facebook to make friends in the game and we can have a free purple diamond if we watch up to 5 video to get rewarded.

It's really an amazing game and time management game. It's was good until level 11, after that it was troubling with me because to build administrative and factories nail, hammer, glass, roof, etc... are not enough . If we didn't build them the game is so tuff. Pls make something for that. Other wise is the best farming game and I will rate 5 star for that

Very good game, beautiful I like it and the portrait mode is fun but I want to suggest something I have build many factories but I can't build other facilities means pet shop, toy shop, post office and restaurant and also the zoo animals house I have build zebra but cannot build the lion avieary because they need many tools to build . Why??? So please help me with that issue and sometime the game hangs also so do something for that also. And this game is awesome. I never missed any day to play.

I was really enjoying this game up until I reached level 8 and it asked me to click on the train and ask for help from a friend. when I clicked on it it froze and wouldnt let me go any farther. I tried rebooting the game ect, but everytime I came to that point it would freeze and I couldnt continue to play. Please fix this.

Beautiful grahics. Cute cows, hens, helicopters, zebra, all the props. But the game hangs up when it reaches Level 9. The tools kits are getting less, so that upgrade of storage rooms gets delayed and so the wait. I had to uninstall after multiple efforts. The game starts at end of Level 8 and as soon as the level upgrades, the game hangs. No screen movement, no tabs working. Requesting team to work on this.

Everything was fine until level 10, then it was all glitchy. Freezing, restarting, not saving progress. Other than that, the constant battle of storage, coins, and energy was really getting to be to much.

the game is stuck at level 17. happened at level 8 two times. had to uninstall and start from the beginning. This time it is stuck at level 17. Suddenly a train appears and I am forced to tap on Ask for Help. Cannot tap on anything else apart from this option. Once I tap on it the game is pretty much frozen not letting me continue. I sent an email to support but no response. Seems like waste of time.

It's a good game but it freezes when I try to do the expedition part. Then I have to restart the app, and then it restarts.

Very addictive game, but all of a sudden, the land I originally bought and owned I have to purchase again? It is all clouded out?

They did a really excellent job with this game. It's interesting, the decorations are cute and you can customize your town so much. It's easy to get diamonds without having to spend money, and there's some mini games! I only have a small issue with the game, and it's that sometimes my Heart count for the zoo gets messed up and only shows the first two digits (i.e. I will have 2,554 hearts but when the counter comes up it'll say I only have 25.) Luckily it doesn't impact my ability to use them!

Costs of building are ridiculous. Items needed for construction aren't given with questions completion and cannot be bought with in game currency in the store. They're singular items (nail, pick axe, etc) PER ad. The cleared land space is hilariously small. Good luck having a farm (or anything else) and even when you buy land tiles, you still have to clear them with nails, pick axes, shovels and single use items, which can only be gotten through watching ads. Pathetic.
