Absolute worst experience. They will degrade your car as if they are buying a scrap car. Their evaluation is like if you have stolen a car and just want to dump it. You will get a better price if you sell your car to a scrap yard or parts dealer.

They took the car for service and didn't deliver at promised time, was not aware where my car was for 3 days. And customer service don't know where it was and I even have doubt that car was used by someone in the service team. Please be aware.

We have horrible experience from cars24, sales in-charge is not giving any update for a week after booking the car.. They r just making drama only.. No value for customers, we've received a booking cancelation msg in WhatsApp from cars24 after 10 days of booking the car and document submission...

One of the worst experience I had. My expensive so bad the revise the quotation five times I am changing every time change this is right that is right this is wrong that is wrong and eventually they will demoralize you saying your car is one of the worst and try to take it at a throw away price

If they won’t let you do a computer check or OBD scan before paying or reserving, GET UP AND WALK AWAY! No second chances. No sweet talk can cover up hidden problems. If they’re hiding something now, imagine the nightmares waiting for you later. Protect yourself — don’t let them scam you out of your hard-earned money. Never trust them!

they bought my car for 20k less than the market price and they altered odo meter and sold to different guy with higher price and the new buyer and im taking leave and going Court once in a week. don't deal with them

If I could give a negative review, I would have been able to do so after I got the bank’s approval. They cancelled my reservation for the vehicle under the pretext that another customer had made a reservation. One of the worst companies in dealing with customers.

Very bad experience regarding prices.They charge a lot of money for nothing.The car that I chose was 81k but after purchase the total cost is 102k I wanted to buy the car but since your employee gave me an offer which is an extra thousand discount under one condition ,to give him 500 aed I stepped back and knew that you are scammers. I lost the deposit of one thousand derhams because of your scmas.

Very good app and a great company. I purchased car from Cars24 a few days ago and so far everything has been excellent. Everyone is nice, responsive and helpful, smooth and quick purchase process. After the purchase I had some questions and always got a quick response. Then I heard some noise in the car and Cars24 sent someone right away to check it and everything was fine (just turbo turning on). The car itself is great with no issues so far. 👍👍

The sales man considering you walking 500 AED .. will give many wrong information about your deposit and booking to just let you pay .. then when you need the refund ... You will see the real face of them !!!! Many excuses and wrong information to not refund the money ( he catch the phone, cancel a booking then he will say oh you cancel the booking from your side so we can't refund) 😊

-100 ratings. Terrible after sales services, I paid so much money , extra warranty etc. My car is in their garage since 1 month. Just take back my refurbished car. Very poor service , terrible cars. My mistake: I bought after 5 mins drive. Dubai manager should call me asap.

Charging too much extra amount for the maintenance. Their service contract around 1500 and changing only oil and filter 2 times and not change any other thing and asking triple amount compared to market. For 2 bulb change ask me 200aed!!!! Which is actually cost only 20 to 50aed.

It's really really bad experience, I paid for inspection fees, they fixed date and time but nobody showed up, their chat agents are useless, they provided contact number of the inspector who doesn't pickup calls. I'm fighting with them to get my money back Not recommend at all, and I highly recommend Car switch as they are a bit expensive but they are way more professional and respect date and time.

CARS24 is a scam! Their 150+ quality checks are misleading—my car had issues soon after purchase. The battery failed, and they refused to take responsibility, forcing me to pay out of pocket. Despite being under warranty(paid additional ), which provides 2 free services, they gave me an AED 2000 estimate during the first service, even though I only drove 5,000 KM in 5 months. Their customer service is useless, ignoring my requests for escalation. Overpriced, unreliable—avoid CARS24 at all costs!

Extremely disappointed with the service. I gave my car for a major service and specifically mentioned a few issues to the assigned person, who assured me they would be addressed. However, upon receiving the car today, it’s clear that nothing was done. They simply charged me and disappeared. To make matters worse, the assigned person is now ignoring my calls. This is completely unacceptable—I will never use their services again.

I paid 1000 to reserve a car in less then 24 hours I canceled due to some details that I did not like, when I ask for full refund they refuse to give me my money back, zero customer care, they made there policy to fit there aim of taking money from customers without giving any thing in return. Take the 1000AED but you will lose me as a customer and I will share my experience with everyone I know and who I don't know also. Never recommend this cars app.

A website for collecting and trading phone numbers. They did not provide me with the price of the car as advertised. In the end, they took advantage of obtaining my private information. Just commercial tricks.
