Easy to use. however few things needs to be added, like car model category. if am looking for Mercedes Benz C250, i have to scroll through all model variants, in stead of going straight to that specific category. 2nd Cars compare functionality, a lot of cars are not included like a simple BMW 320i.

App is very nice to use and very useful but one suggestion, a very important thing on a secondhand car is a full service history and both the keys. If that can be added it would make things very easier to search for the best deal.

The recent update has made the app too complicated to use, you now need to click multiple times to find the search bar and the overall design is laggy unlike the last update which made the app very easy to use....you should've not updated the app I'm very disappointed Autotrader app is now the one to go for its very easy to use and isn't laggy

The website is easier and better to use, the reason i say this is because on the website there are seperate tabs for make and model. So once you have chosen ur make u can easily change the model of that make instead of going back into the make scrolling down and looking for the make u have already chosen just to change the model like in the app.

The app freezes from time to time. Recently the app cuts off your search, should you scroll too long and I find this incredibly annoying. Also, at times the app just won't process your search requests (it says loading...which takes forever). If they could fix these minor problems the app would be great once again.

I've been using this app for years and I must say I preferred the previous app. I find it annoying when all the cars prices get mixed up and not from cheapest to most expensive like the previous app used to, this makes it hard to find a vehicle and compare.The app don't allow you to zoom in . Not enjoying the new app.

Being advertised as the best app to buy and sell cars, however it is not the most user friendly app out of all the others available, minimum info on selected vehicles while viewing, no specs or any indication of service history. Also no search function for vehicle make, no engine size options and or variants for selected make and model. This app needs some urgent updates.

GOOD APP with lots of options and almost all models from all brands. The app would be perfect if I were able to have an option to exlude certain makes from my search. I understand you can select one by one all the makes you want and leave out those you dont like but I wanna be able to select all excluding x & x.

Used to work really well but these days it has a really annoying error. Sometimes when search for a particular car when you go through all the available units when you click on the next car it takes you back to the search options page. Which means if you are on car no25 you have to start at the top again....

The earlier versions of the app we better. I don't like this newer ones. There used to be an older version showing full price of the car & the installment below the new cars & that was awesome.

I've had the app for over 2 years now, It's really a fantastic app. However there are some bugs and glitches from time to time. Sometimes in 'news and reviews' the picture will not load. Also you get kicked out the app sometimes which is a downer. Overall really great to use, easy and new content is uploaded everyday. Great work.

I'd give the app a higher rating if it had a dark mode theme. The overall feel is smooth and responsive, items load fairly quickly. It's just the white background and lack of a dark mode that disappoints and makes it hard to use the app at night with lights off or in a poorly lit room (lots of eye strain and fatigue)

I used this app before with no problem. Deleted it and downloaded it recently... and my word I never knew it would be this bad. I'm scrolling down the cars and the app just randomly goes into a selection. I'm scrolling pics and they zoom in or go full screen without me actually going full screen... just so much frustrating things man. It wasn't broke before... but now? It's just a mess.

App seems to crash.. noticed a new update was released on feb 16th... used the app late Jan / early feb. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still crashes. using a Galaxy S22Plus. giving 2stars because I loved this app, but now It's UNUSABLE!!! March 04, 1 star due to no response.

I love the app, and I use it very often. Can a dark mode please be added? After the most recent update, the search refreshes and goes back to the home page way too quickly. In the past I could switch to a different app, read an email or respond to a message, even take a call and it would still pick up where I left off, now I'll quickly reply to a message and switch back to the app only to be back at the home page when I was on page 27 2 minutes earlier.

Hi 👋 There seems to be a bug in this update reason being when you open it , it keeps kicking you out and you can not access the app at all I'm not sure if I'm the only person experiencing this problem or others as well. I'm giving it 2 stars due to this problem

I have been using the Cars.co.za app for several years and it is fantastic. I have been super addicted to it until recently. The 'New car specs' section was changed and has become USER-UNFRIENDLY! I am withholding 2 stars just for that even though all aspects of the app are still very good.
