This app is very troublesome and is always giving me errors logging into my account even after its a new account my app is still broken and there's always a error when I try logging in and when I send them emails they make me wait 2 days and don't resolve my problem

You can tell over the past 1-2 years that the platform is trying to keep itself relevant, stay safe, and retain users by introducing more functions. Good intentions, but personally I feel nearly all the new functions are very user unfriendly, and every few weeks the UI changes again, each one less intuitive than the one before. I suspect I'm speaking for many to say that a simple, easy to use platform that is not cluttered with ads and complicated functions is what we're looking for.

Their moderators are lazy. I had 2 experiences where my listings got removed because they claimed they're counterfeit or replicas but they're not, because I bought them from a shopping platform Shein. I know a lot of counterfeit products are sold on the platform but they're not being taken down but the ones that are not counterfeit get removed which is unfair. I hope they fix how they deal with this. Sometimes, it's very unfair to remove listings without proper explanations

The latest version of Carousell apps is annoying, when you scroll down and your finger touch the ads section, it opens the ads, this is very wrong especially if the ads redirect you to a phishing page! I will not recommend Carousell to anyone and I will stop using Carousell until this issue is fixed!

App causes phone to overheat very quickly on One Ui 6.1. Also a battery drainer. Less than 10 mins in carousell and it's already the top user of battery I have an older version of this app on my backup old phone and this overheating never occurred. Fix the battery issues pls, it's borderline un-usable

Your mobile app is hella ANNOYING. Like, the site is meant to be mobile-focused but every time I'm trying to scroll through the pages I get taken to ads sites because ITS BLOODY HUGE, TAKES HALF OF THE SCREEN'S SPACE, you can't help but accidentally click on it half of the damn time and always have to switch screen every 5 secs π

The App overall is great and easy to work with, but it has an issue because for me it takes long for the pictures of the products on display to load in no matter how good of a connection I have. Frustrating and Annoying.

Big platform with plenty of users. Overall the interface is friendly and easy to navigate after messing around 5 mins. The carousell team is super helpful too when you got into trouble, but still need to be super careful about scammers, there's always a lot everywhere you go.

I love this selling in this platform. It's very easy to deal with customers. The app is also very easy to navigate and posting of products is also very easy because the app suggests relevant options so you won't have to press on too many tabs.

Attempted to upload a listing multiple times to sell a ticket for a concert. However, for some reason each time I uploaded a listing there would be a notification that pops up prompting that my listing had been automatically deleted. Which I did not approve of.

Please fix the app advertising issue. I've barely touched it and every single time, I mean every single time, the ad pops out and takes me to shopee and lazada, etc. Very unpleasant to keep having to swapping back. Please fix, otherwise its a functional and good app.

Full of ads that links to Shopee and Lazada. Ugly search interface, very limited options. Why put date posting if you can't even filter by it. Some posting are multiple posts and some have no price. This app allows users to post fake postings with same pictures from other sellers. Usual lags, screen freezes and black screens whenever I screenshot convos or postings for proof of trnsactions. Big hassle, no improvement.

Just recently started to use the "bump" function 4 days ago. What I notice is, the analytics did indeed shows a higher number of impressions and clicks. However, altho the item im selling is usually high in demand, theres no difference in sale. It makes me wonder if these clicks and impressions are just bots.

It doesn't remember the position of the last viewed item when browsing user's listings, always returning to the top. Even filters set will be reset. Same thing for search results. Additionally for search results, it will return to a blank screen after browsing for a while.

This app is ok but there are areas to be improved. Eg: After deleting a chat, it doesn't show as deleted. Only after refreshing, it is updated. The carousell assistant that randomly pops into my inbox that suggests to declutter is also unnecessary. Pls make this reminder an option that we can opt out of. On a good note, I'm thankful to be able to sell items here. Thanks for this platform! Pls continue to improve the user experience thanks

Switched phones, redownloaded app, cant log in to my account. Log in prompt doesnt pop up when clicked. I find the login page after some time, reset my password, and it tells me I can't make a new account because there is already an account associated with my email. Again, this is the login page. If literally logging in is this badly designed I'm just not going to bother.

intrusive ads. ads on listings will open themselves up and automatically run my browser/shopee/lazada apps. figured out later that carousell seems to make their ad trigger on touch instead of on click. the moment my finger comes into contact with the ad space (while scrolling) they will treat it as me wanting to click it. this is the only app so far that does this. it's annoyingly intrusive and takes away from the user experience.

Horrible customer service. Will not listen. I can't get through to anyone. There is an error on their system and it somehow connected my account to some other user's account. Carousell will take no action or responsibility. I've been given the go-around more than 20 times. Absolutely ridiculous.

I can't open my account after few transactions & it's been 1 week :(( I sent an appeal and use different email to create new one but still got rejected. This app was incredible and feels surreal whenever I found good & rare secondhand items but I feel sad bc of what happened. I lost few moneys because my acc got suspended, the story was it is payment first then I still didn't send my delivery details on so yeah good bye β±3k

Great place to search for rare items (secondhand, brandnew, or good as new) for a lot cheaper price than other online shopping apps. Though it seems scary sending the payment first after getting the offer approved by both sides, it is safe and straightforward kind of deal base on my experience with the app. It is a good app to keep an eye of for awesome and unique listings. One downside is some seller are not so active in the app so you might need to wait days or even a week to get a reply.
