Took my phone for repair. It stayed there for 3 days, on the 3rd they called me that my phone was ready only to realize a day after picking that the phone was not repaired. They only restored my phone to factory settings such a waste; lost all my data for nothing. Very disappointing and time wastage. Will never use there services again.

Sir, the latest version of x arena game booster was so bad. Because the fps not stable like the before booster. I don't know where i tell this problem. So i give 2 star. Aftar you fix the game arena i will give you 5 star. My device is infinix note 30,8/128.. please sir give us our old tourbo. Please please......💔😥

App crashes seems solved!! Installing afresh solves many issues. Current version seems stable though the light browser is non responsive at times!!

The app gives updated information. The let down is calling repair centre number listed, all you hear is tune playing for minutes, worst is the calls are not toll free .

4 star"" The App is functional and interactive, but the developer should include interface rotation ability to either portrait, landscape or auto mode, not just being permanently fixed on portrait mode.

Paid an expensive cab trip to/from a Carlcare Service Center in Mandaue, City Cebu, PH with my Tecno Spark 7T & Tecno Spark 20. The 7T need Google security update since it won't update more than a year, the Spark 20 charging light stopped working, the dude at Carlcare told us it's ok the 7T won't update because the phone may malfunction if up it's updated so it's best to not update it 🤷‍♂️ re the Spark 20C charging light he said it's ok his charging light on his Spark 20C stopped working too.

Useless application like their service centres. Very slow service, not a single person can give you proper response. Toll free number is also waste like dustbin. Do not buy those products which services done by carlcare. They are showing or select only 4* & 5* reviews for PPL on their application. So don't give chance to fool your self.

Very useless app, I even wonder why you have this app in the system. This carlcare guys in Meru ended up ruining my phone instead of repairing it's broken screen. The charged excess money, waisted my time and ended up ruining my phone. At this point I reconsider switching to phone models that aren't linked to carlcare.
