Easy to use app. One thing I would love to see is notification on lock screen with remaining time on reserved car (or maybe a distance too). Useful when you have gloves on and want to have a quick peek.

Rating 1 star because there are numerous other providers of the same service in Riga, neither of which require a minimum balance of 10 eur to start using the service. On top of that, they don't have the nicest cars, but they do have the highest prices. Fix it and I will fix this review.

Excellent app, but could have more cars! There are many many times that we need a car and there's nothing near. Mainly after the cancelation of Yandex Táxi... we have less options of transportation in Riga, so Carguru couldn't provide more cars

Excellent app but I give them a 3 not a 5 because of their poor mapping software it took me 30 minutes to drive with a friend to a hidden location where one carguru was hid. There was not street name or anything . Just that work that glitch and you will get my 5

Have been using this car sharing app for last 4 years. Yesterday profile got suspended without any explanation. Phone support asks to write email, and email support says that won't explain anything to me. Thanks and farewell, there are plenty of other car sharings nowadays in Riga. I will use something more adequate.

First time needed to use this app, as I am literally near the car... And the app won't start - infinite loading. Great, just great! Another occasion to use this service, NOT!!! Update: now it is not sending the passcode via SMS.

After updating the app it all of a sudden asks to buy g coins to be able to use a car. Put more obstacles between yourselves and a customer. I constantly compare all 3 carshare services in the same routes in riga. There goes my happiness with carguru and there goes your customer. Out of sight out of mind. Uninstal

Installed app only half year ago, made one successful ride (in my location usually there are no Car Guru cars to pick up when I want - so no 2nd lvl for me). Today wanted to pick up one next to the service where I leaved my car for repair. Needed it for up to 5 eur drive - boom, you need to put in 20 eur which I will not be able to use for next half year again. No thanks, picked up taxi and for future will switch to other car sharing platforms which takes only actuall money you need to pay.

Horrible registration experience. I was asked to enter name and I wrote my nick. Next step asked for surname, so I figured I was expected to enter my real name. Tapped on the back arrow, which closed the registration form and sent me back to the landing screen. Upon pressing "Registration" and asking for an SMS code again, I got an error "Code 1489402". Won't be using this app again.

App is okayish, however after recent update I was kicked out of my account. After two unsuccessful attempts my account got locked. I called support and they replied, that I have to write an e-mail. Its been more than 30 minutes so far and my account still isn't unlocked. App: okay Support: very bad.

I like the service, but I hate the app. Crashed many times before I even got to make my first trip. When I finished my first trip and was about to end rental in the app, the app crashed and I couldn't get to the rental view anymore. I saw the trip in my trip history stating that I returned the car in 1970 (epoch). After 5 minutes of freezing my fingers outside the car I finally was able to lock the car and end the trip.

the app keeps on crashing; cars dont appear on the screen; even basic hard coded things like parking zones take a lot of time to load. all on a normal 4g connection where eg taxify and other similar apps work properly. similarly also other apps like city bee/ spark - also somehow work much more smoothly..

Requires 2 year driving experience. I have no choice but to use competitor citybee at this point which doesn't have such discrimination. And besides carguru 'experienced' drivers get into accidents as well as we've already seen the local news.

Try to login and couldn't. I just can't get code. Latter tried again and finally it was success. Then tried to add credit card and couldn't. I filled all data for card and press save and then saw window for some one to confirm it. After 2 min app just crushed. When get into app I couldn't use my password. Worst experience in any app ever

Haven't used the service yet, but the app is a little buggy. After opening Price or Useful Information or Agreement sections on the top for brief moment there is a Login button and circle with arrow inside. Also sometimes the triple line button to open menu panel does not react. Usually after having switched a screen/section recently.

I have been using this app for some time, and I can tell the app has some frustrating glitches. Quite often it does not allow to top up coins or to add a new card. Even after deleting app and installing it again the issue persists. It always says that this is due to a network error. The pre-paymemt (G-Coin) system is a seperate downside, which impairs the app's ability to compete with similar car sharing apps.

The app registration is clumsy. Registration screens that require data entrance don't put focus on these fields automatically. Extra tap for every screen. The app doesn't honor user input - I had to go to the browser to try to understand the difference between basic and pro plan. When I returned to the app, I had to start the registration all over again. Not for the app - it would be great to be able to see available green zones without the registration. Perhaps on your website.

Can't see car locations without registration, can't register without giving out driving license photo (which is reasonable request - but only when you are ready to order). Too much hassle see if it's worth using. UPDATE: > Unfortunately only registered users can see car locations. Because of business safety reasons. It make no sense, anyone can register and see car locations - and use these locations in any way they like - service will never know which account was used for that.

Tested the service for the first time today and it worked great. It's easy to use and the whole UX process is very intuitive. Cars are very comfortable and a pleasure to drive. Personal preference: would prefer a manual transmission option. Con: Had trouble finding how to add the re-fuel discount. Android 10 issue has been fixed.

Can't register: the app crops my driver's license. When I take a picture, very carefully positioning my licence inside the app- provided borders, it comes out 3/4 cropped, very much out of frame, and there is a lot of guesswork to position the license so that it comes out cropped just right. Update: now the app will not even open because of the "user not found" error. The error, mind you, is caused by the fact that it is impossible to take a picture of my license.
