I am allegedly 80% done with this application and apparently I've been "reached out to multiple times" about being a caregiver to finish providing information despite not receiving one phonecall on my only phone from their service except for only when I'm constantly blowing up their voicemailbox. I would love to do this through the app and I would be more than happy to if it didn't break when you try to open the settings tab

Frustrated/ unable to find any caregivers in this area! One hacker tried to lere me in/ others live too far away.

The new app as of 3-31-25 the canceled jobs with in 24 hrs doesn't help our clients, I have left numerous voice mails with no calls back. have been on the phone for 3 hrs trying to get a live advisor to speak with me. I know the update was supposed to help caregivers on there pay but the canceled jobs with in 24 hrs isn't working well . we need a different system for the canceled jobs with in 24 hrs. or someone to answer the phone when we call .

Since the update.... this app affects the functionality of this device. I did a recording and provided that recording to Ms. Brown of what this app does. Unable to clock in or out. It doesn't save the appointment times either. Constant closing. Cotton-pickin has become such a P.I.T.A. I have deleted your app. What's funny is I was told it's my device...How can that be after reading practically the same reviews from others? And, I'm being told I'm the ONLY one having this issue.... not!!

I love carelinx but I hate the apps on the phone. I never be able to sign in and when I said never. I tried so many times and still not able too!!!!. I did a forgot password and change it Everytime. But I can't open it thru the apps. I can only open thru Google chrome on my phone. I kept on do the forgot password and kept on doing the same thing over and over. So I'm done with the apps and I have to uninstall it!!!! Sucks!!!!

Kelly is a very aggressive "care advisor". Expect after hour texts and phone calls if you download this app. And, they argue with you if you ask them to stop contacting you. Thanks for the reply. I liked your app, but I guess I just didn't understand what I was signing up for... I just think that if someone asks for you not to contact them that you should just say "ok" and not argue with them about it. Is it possible for me to use your app without having a "care advisor" contact me?

This is the WORST caregiving company EVER!!! I was promised paid training that I had to complete before working over 3 weeks ago, but still haven't been paid yet! Now I have to call around and track down my own manager to get the money owed to me🤬 This seems like a scam company!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH THEM! THEY DO NOT KEEP UP THIER PART OF THE AGREEMENT!

I don't like it, it takes forever to load. and when you get ready to clock out you have to wait 5 or 10 minutes to reset it in order for you to clock out just not a good system 😔

I do not understand why each time that I attempt to open up this app, I'm being advised of an update that's available when I've already updated the app..... so annoying!

It is awful and difficult to maneuver. It doesn't work like it's supposed to. It gives you explanations of how it works but when you follow directions it doesn't work.

App is buggy. Keeps putting up an invisible overlay that blocks interacting with it. You have to close the app about every 5 secs to removie.

keeps logging me out. keeps incorrect times clocks in 3:03 clock out 3:03. am. really ? also keeps discarding my login information and currently last few months can't even clock in without some type of issue 😮💨😡

app is horrible. Makes it impossible to schedule clients which in turn means a phone call and long wait on hold. this app has been bad since 2024 and still not fixed. glitches all the time. repetitive questions. etc. terrible

This app is nothing but frustrating. The help box covers necessary parts of the screen and repeatedly pops up after dismissing it. The app is laggy and crashes often. I have been unable to complete my profile due to a combination of these issues. At this point, I say throw the whole app away and start from scratch.
