Simply, they are ripping off customers!!!!! I am a Careem Plus customer, and I don't pay any delivery fees. The twist: You are charged with delivery fees, and the way out is: service is being provided by third-party. On top of that, it is very poor, unprofessional customer service. I have been kept on hold for almost 15 minutes !!!!!!!!

Car pickup and drop off locations is in somewhat reversed order (imo). Support is friendly, however, developers are not. Also there is a weird point on changing application name time to time, which makes app icon disappear from home screen. Foldable support is average.

Absolutely appalling App, one of the worse I have ever used. It is rather frustrating when an App doesn't work right from the beginning 😑 One could almost say it's intentionally bad. Totally not recommended for tourists, I have heard locals complain about it as well 😒 P.S. After renewed contact with the company, I cannot really say what I think because of Google Terms and conditions. Hopeless, catastrophic and so on ...

It works well as long as it works. But if it happens you need help than you're out of luck! As help option does anything else except helping you. They offer some generic useless help options which I'm not sure who is gonna use. The actual help, especially when you need to talk to a human is either unavailable either EXTREMELY well hidden so we can't bother them with our problems. Terrible, morally questionable.

Careem taxi service on Fridays are the worst. I have always faced an issue with booking a service in the evenings and you have to wait forever to get a captain. This time I had a very bad experience where my booking got cancelled after waiting for 10mins by the driver or careem and then had to wait again and got the next taxi after 30mins. The map showed me 5 mins and it keeps changing to 8 to 10mins. Very disappointing and worst app service.

Ordered a cab, it came and I had to pay 33% more than the original price that was shown to me when I ordered. Contacted support and they didn't respond till now, it has been more than 48h. I'm just uninstalling the app and never using it again. Another note, even for the original price, the ride was more expensive than all other similar apps.

95% of the time the driver that arrives to pick you up isn't the one assigned to you in the app. Of course you can cancel but you'll be charged for canceling. The drivers are a bit reckless and some are rude and refuse to take you to your destination because they have accepted another ride before you. And sometimes the captain will purposely take their sweet time to pick you up.

Very bad experience with multiple services. The drivers are good and polite but careem itself deducts more charges than actual fare and it takes forever to get the extra charges refunded. Have to file multiple complaints. Tried using their international fund transfer and again the money is stuck somewhere. Didn't get refund Didn't get transferred. Gonna uninstall as soon as my issues are resolved.

App system to check location is just awful. You try to get the location after a user enters each part of the app and it keeps loading. I will not give permissions for accessing gps location because most of the time the app can not find the specific location correctly. So, I have already the correct address saved but it takes a long time for the app to allow selecting it. Just give the user the option for selecting the location as soon as he enters the app. Check how other apps work, like Talabat

Overall, it's reliable. Sometimes confusing because of first-time use, and the fact that actual traffic can be very much different compared to app simulated path. Drivers are friendly, just that they speak very limited English for the slightest inconvenience of non-arabic speaking riders. Would recommend friends to also use this app in Makkah anytime.

Love this App, the captains are very polite, friendly, & helpful. The benefits are awesome, too, it saves time and hassle when needing a taxi or to deliver/pick up any items, also for food delivery when you are hungry or having an unexpected guests 😅 Thank you "CAREEM" for all your services, keep up the good work 👍🏻 I wanted to add one more, careem plus is AWESOME service ;-)

I am having an issue in adding my AMEX card. The app says failed in adding the card, but still charged me usd 1.00 for verification. I was able to add Visa and Mastercard. This is despite the app saying that it accepts AMEX cards as well. I raised a ticket, and while chatting with the customer service, I sent an image for reference. Since then, I have not been able to open the chat to read the agents' messages. It says an error occurred. Poor usability!

Support team helped alot. Great work!! I booked ky first ride. Captain did really unprofessional thing he took cash from me and my wallet was charged. captain lied to me Feedback for development team: In app I didn't got any information about my ride while it was ongoing I got no confirmation when ride ended to confirm payment that caused major prob app should have better features regarding ride end, payment confirmations. Keep it up Thank you for great support.

I have not ordered any ride for so long( almost 1 year or more )and installed the app today since I had to book a taxi and it said I have a balance of 3.6kd of the previous two rides because apparently I hadnt paid them before so along with today's ride and "previous" ride i had a total of 4.6kd. Customers should get notification ahead of the time not a surprise on the road

This app generates more unwanted and irrelevant push marketing messages than anything else I've ever used on a mobile. The first line support team doesn't know how to turn off marketing notifications without also turning off ride notifications, rendering the whole platform either highly annoying or non-functional. I don't want to receive messages every day advertising services and offers I don't want or need, so I'll use Uber. Disappointing.

Impossible to get in touch with customer service. I am trying to update the expiry date of my credit card, but I am unable to do so, as inexplicably Careem doesn't allow to edit details of credit cards, I can't add again the card with the new expiry date, and I cannot delete the expired card as it wrongly identifies it as used for a recurring payment. Update: after a week and more of 15 emails of back and forth, I am still unable to remove the card and haven't been able to speak to a person.

One of the worst app and service experiences in Jordan (which is truly an achievement) accompanied by horrendous customer service. What broke the camel's back was not being able to see the discount codes in notifications and customer service basically saying you should have screenshot it as if that's a reasonable response to their app failure. Other local apps are better (and cheaper) for rides and restaurant orders are cheaper if called personally because the prices are so jacked up here.

Don't use this app!! You order a ride, the driver doesn't arrive or calls and asks for more money and then doesn't come. They charge you cancelation fee anyways. Happened to me several times, never had a successful ride with them. Reporting the drivers within the app ticket doesn't help, the app support doesn't reply at ALL. Had to contact my bank to ask for refund.

I'm extremely disappointed with the terrible service from this app. The drivers were disrespectful, and the whole team lacked professionalism. The app is completely unreliable, and I won't use it again. Others should avoid this app at all costs. Please check the url you sent and I spoke to ur call centre, and again, they all missed the professionalism, and using this app is a mistake that it will not be repeated

Very very very bad experience, Im using careem always since long time, but the service became very low quality, I'm trying to reach any customer service but I couldn't. I want to complain about the payment how many time I pay and then I found that there is outstanding payment for me, and yesterday only it happened again I'm 100% sure I paid my ride before but I was surprised that I need to pay it again, and I did, the problem that you can't reach anyone to place your complain or your problem,
