Very unprofessional app, and unprofessional customer support they do not care about resolving issues infact they close tickets own their own. Fares are unjustifiable and charges hits surprisingly weird.

Useless۔ All world is going to paperless, digital online process, less manual process. But your process is remain in 20th century. Go to office ، then in que, then your official will come and I'll be obey. Sorry it's not 21th century process. Uber, Indrive without office arrival, I add/removed cars. It's a give n take agreement, why I consume so many time on a two way benefit. I have old account on careem. Before this old fashioned practice made me a leaver careem App.

Uae : Your app driver didn't get any help I lost cash many times cash trip some don't give cash . If Uber happens like that, we get their support and the cash collected will be removed later. mostly company drivers they don't accept wrong amount option we show how much that cash should be given to company give an app update like uber

Dear Careem please introduce city to city rides feather it will heal and plus boost your app its not about copying ..just make seprate block for city to city rides then watch careem growth .. we now only have indrive but its commission is too high come to competition please.

Due to bad weather condition and road closures, the Captain's support centre will remain closed until further notice. Team careem But for Captain's they open the app and they are giving 10 aed bonus per order. If they can't open support centre then how Captain's will do orders. So ............

I have 2 issues with the app 1. after the last update there is no notification sound when I receive a booking (is it only me or everyone) 2. some bookings gets canceled immediately why does it affect my completion rate?

Ride offer sound is very loud and irritating cannot control volume by phone always ringing while phone is in silent mode

Really pathetic app Registration is not approved even after contacting support multiple times.... @ careem Already sent email, and used help in app but all was told to wait more and have patience... More than month passed but no resolution...

Flexi Taxi is terrible or it's made appear to. now 10 min trips takes 30 to 40 minutes to complete. Shrinking Earnings further. With this pre-alpha product they are further destroyed Careem image.

The worst experience i have ever had in my life..the GPS routes are not accurate at all and i got permanently blocked because of this..and support team aren't helpful at all and the staff working in the office i registered in are so mean and rude.also, I didn't get paid for the last two trips i made (Cairo-Egypt) Edit 2: it is still not working but i contacted a page called (careem captains - egypt).they asked the number i registered with and no contact since then. Edit 3: Manuel Maged FB acc.

In Pakistan... In flexi rides while receiving ride pickup and dropoff kilometres shown on screen are air distance .. while recieving it shows 1km pickup but when we open in with map its shows 3km as well dropoff shows 8km when open with map its actual is 12-13km by roads.... So rectify it please ASAP

All Apps notification always hits louder which is very annoying and damaging mobile speaker/ headphone. I don't know why any body notice and complaign about this before?. But my app notifications never be sound like my default mobile setting with.

Careem driver app is very low quality app and it seems like some 10th standard kid make this app it’s very basic and sometimes it’s taking too long to open the app careem is earning more than both Uber and yango and still your aap is useless, you should hire some good software engineer to make better app for you first of all the booking is not popping up like other apps it’s difficult to accept the booking so many times I lost the booking and second of all. Careem flexi is unacceptable. Fare and map issues. Wrong distance shown while offering fare. Once ride is accepted pick up and dropoff distances both increases. Raise the fare to 60 RS per km at least. Customer support is also unsatisfactory and unable to resolve issues.

Careem doesnot show estimate fare to driver!!! Also, It gives rides far away to driver like 4 km or more, Which is not acceptable by passengers, bcz they dont want to wait for long time. And sometimes, It doesnot find customers for long time and waste a lot of time!! So, Driver dont know how much fare is? Also, Commissions are very high than other apps.

Hello, I think it's not rating. I missed a lot of bookings because of your stupid floating notification on screen always whenever we open app. Please show notifications or this whatever instructions you giving to captains at once a day please. Because of this we are missing rides at getting accepting time. We are clicking the screen but it's not accepts bcz of this notifications 🔔. Please do needful. Thanks
