The app is one of the worst apps I have used. It feels like a app someone developed with vibe codinh but does not have even a bit of knowledge of development and tech stack they have used. I wish i could give a zero star. also the latest release is even worst than before. Atleast before things were loading even though it was slow. Now nothing loads.

Bugs and bugs and bugs.. That's all one can say about this app. At first fitness tracker would refuse to buzz.. Now with new version, it has been removed altogether. Hats off to the developer to think of a resolution this solid. 😂 ना रहेगा बांस.. ना बजेगी बांसुरी..

very slow, could not map and see personal policy and corporate policy in one login. every time you have to login for accessing different policies. but no login /logout provision available. you have to clear the data from Android app settings to logout then login to access your other policy.

one star is also very high for this company, it should be zero. they had a brilliant sales team to loot your money & zero support when you need help in your difficult times. I buy super top policy from them via app , payment done , no policy received, on the conversation with sales & support, they said , it's not showing in their system. you should do payment when we provide you the link , app doesn't perform well. The worst "Firness Tracker" feature. - You always have to sync at the end of the day. It doesn't sync the previous days data. So even if you complete 10000 steps on previous day and forget to sync on the same day, it is gone. - No option to get data from real fitness devices like Fitbit Either it could be a very bad business policy for not giving the benefits to customer or very bad engineering team Please look at your competitors app

I wanted to give negative rating to this app but there is no option for that. This app is veryyyy slow and irritating. The fitness tracker feature of the app NEVER works properly. The calculation of healthy days is a mess. It seems they don't want the fitness tracker to work properly because they will have to give discount on policy renewal if a person completes the target for healthy days. There is always errors like "something went wrong", "technical issue" and lot more. it's Waste.

Fitness Tracker Not Working Properly. Hi Team, First of all don't give false promises that the application works better in the 5G network.. "Totally false promise". Whenever I use to check or Update my Daily activity, the application keeps on loading and renavigates to the home screen with the message stated as "Something went wrong". PS: Even I have tried with multiple Networks bands 5G/4G and even using high-speed WiFi connection, still no improvisation. same issue exist.

Terrible customer service. When they had to sell the insurance, I got constant follow-up calls, sometimes 5–10 times a day. But now, when I have a genuine issue, there’s no help. Customer support either delays the response or simply disconnects the call. Feels like they only care until they get your money. No resolution, no accountability. Very disappointed. Avoid if you expect after-sale service.

1 star as there is no lower option. Since I have installed the app I am only seeing the big blue screen with Care health at the center. That's it. It refuses to go any further. I received the premium payment intimation and the QR code in the PDF is invalid when I scan through any UPI app!! Update: I spent almost an hour on the customer care number to figure just that one combination of options to get to talk to a human. I was given a payment link, I made the payment and was shown an error!!

I am very disappointed to say that, I have been trying to renew the policy via the app for the past 3 days and it is not working and gives an error message that is unable to calculate the premium try after some time. If my message is visible to Devlopers of the app then please look into the issue and sort it out.

Such an useless app. When asking to buy insurances they say that you have this Befit add on with which you can workout in network near by gyms and everything. once we start using it the application does not even load the icons. Do not know what will happen in the time of need when a person is at risk and need immediate medical claims and everything. Can't you guys even spend some money on a proper application for your customers whose hard earned money you live with.

Worst experience with Care Insurance. My child was hospitalized for 5 days; claim process was a nightmare. No helpline, only an unhelpful chatbot. Hospital sent documents multiple times, yet no response. Agent tried helping but failed. We ended up paying the full bill. No transparency, no real support. "Care" is just in the name—not in service. Strongly advise others to avoid this insurance provider.

Totally useless and hopeless App. (1) Since last fifteen days showing that my policy is due for renewal but when I proceed further for renewal process, no data is refllected. (2) Searching for impanelled hospitals is totally rubbish. Not easy to get the details of any hospital for which we are interested to know. Overall it is quite useless to get any sort of help from this App, rather to say that the App is not user friendly.

third class app. They say they will provide discount based on no. of active days we have . So I started trying from last week. But whenever my fault step count reaches near 5000 the app crashes making it impossible to complete a active days of 10000 steps as per their standard. They are just showing the discount to attract customers

Worst experience in the app. They are concentrating mostly on sales. There is no proper support for the claim process. No where, we can contact the customer service team and explain the issue. And sometimes we can't download the documents from the app.

Not happy with app. The option of fitness tracker is not easily available. it is seen once in a blue moon. The main page options ends at Claim Genie option. other options after that are not seen on screen. They need to resolve issues with App. especially problems with Fitness tracker.

#Disgusting customer support. #You can't talk to any customer support agent over call. there is no option to connect with any agent for quick support or emergency. Every time they send a link on your phone to fill a form and then you are on your own. #They call and email customers aggressively only during the time of policy renewal asking for premium money. #You can't reach out to them directly. Such a frustrating process to raise your query.

The App is very very slow to fetch the data. Sometimes it won't work as well. They invested money to call users daily for policy renewal ... at least 1/4th money if they invest in improving the app is very nice..so many calls for renewals. They have removed all major health check providers in health checkups and they kept scrap providers and that to no nearby providers. Replied all the issues I have faced until now to the mentioned email

I’ve been facing some issues with the app recently. Sometimes it takes more than 2 minutes to load, and the wellness services option disappears unexpectedly. For example, when I was at the gym, it didn’t show the wellness services at all. Please fix these issues to make the app faster and more reliable.

Very very slow in syncing with the server. Often it throws up error when you tap on health tracker. I have complained many times to the company but they are so arrogant, they never accept the shortcomings. Instead, they keep claiming that the app is perfect and I don't know how to use it. I have given up complaining. edit 16 July 2025: even after a year of complaining, the app is still useless in tracking steps.
