easy to access and use. Great security check points. I am in the USA, so there is a slowness to the processing but that is reasonable.

It sucks. I downloaded it and when It sends me a code and I enter it in it's says it's wrong or something happened. And not just once every time I try. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled and everything

What a waste of time. Yet can't handle otp for signing up! Tried two phones three times each, valid otp entries are rejected, pathetic app!

App won't load, have reinstalled many times and still doesn't work and no response from customer service except for automated "we got your email and we're working on it".

Will not allow me to stroll down to pay my bill. I Uninstalled and reinstalled and it's not working correctly. Now it just keeps closing. The credit card itself is good with alot of rewards but this app is garbage 🗑

Won't let you load your info to the Latam Pass app/acct.. Please fix this issue, otherwise this card is USELESS!!! I called for help, but the app still isn't working properly. One star till this issue gets resolved.

Not able to redeem my avios, co ntacted Customer Care for almost 5 times, nothing has happened till today, waste of time and useless Customer service people don't know what they are doing. Will be canceling the card soon.

This is not a review of the App itself but of the credit card, I have never had to ask to close an account because of lack of TRUST. I had a dispute and CARDLESS without listening to its customer sided on behalf of the merchant. Not even one star!

Staff was incredibly helpful; I found the app message system and delays very confusing. Thankfully Mary was extremely helpful and we were able to complete payment setup. Thank you!

Non existent customer service. I signed up for a $249/yr credit card because of the promised benefits. After 1 month they froze my account for an "investigation". Its been frozen for over a month and customer service can't answer why its frozen or how much longer it will take. No way to escalate. In the meantime I can't get the benefits which I paid $249 for.

Wow! I tried no fewer than 5 times and even used 2 different phone numbers yet I couldn't even manage to get pass the code verification stage. Epic fail on the UX/UI. There must be some sort of missing execution or exception because I literally couldn't get into the app to rate it properly. How unfortunate. Sad face. I'm going to uninstall it straightaway. Moreover, unless I see, hear or experience otherwise, I will be writing a review for Trust Pilot as well. Sorry. Wish the app worked 🫤.

Destroyed my credit rating: i had a single transaction on their card(obtained through qatar airways offer) which was paid in time more than three months ago. it still shows 0 balance but they are reporting i haven't paid 107$ , twice now. my credit rating went from almost 800 to near 650. I contacted support multiple times and they said they will escalate it but not only they didnt fix it, they are still sending wrong reports. if you want to get your credit report screwed no reason, use this
