Had to update this. There's a new enemy that is literally impossible to beat at the moment. I am in an infinite loop of defeating the rogue skeleton, and he fully regenerates after 1 single turn... You do not have enough attack cards during the time in which you can destroy both him AND the pile of bones he becomes. Meaning he will regenerate every time! The game was a blast to play until this point. Now it's literally unplayable...

I absolutely love this game. Good strategy game. It's worth getting the no. Ads. Just be warned ther only downside I could find about this game is that there's only 30 levels. Once you hit that it's kind of just replaying and replay The same old stuff. and loses its interest after a while. Then you're on to another game. Probably never to play it again. But until then it's a really fun game :)

I really like the game concept but I've spent like a month playing the game and there's still no option to edit your starting deck, i would be fine even if they limit the amount i could edit it, but it's becomes so monotonous playing the same thing. Allowing deck editing would make the game more strategic and fun. Also, for some it keep on lagging especially today, like it's terrible, loading when finish a battle, loading when i start an adventure and sometimes loading when i use an ability.

very charming artstyle. an almost addictive game play. but, just like any other mobile game, there's adds. originally, for the first 2 areas of the game, there was none. but now every once in a while, inbetween levels, you'll get a pop up. other than that, there are optional ones, to get optional things n what not.

This game is fun, but I'm not going continue playing it. I have nothing more to do, I've maxed everything, beaten all islands and challenges. EDIT: They added a lot more to the game, resetting the progress with islands and the challenge mode. I kept all my stuff, legacy items and all, as well as currency. 🥳🥳🥳 Happy with it and hope for more playable characters.

I enjoy the game a lot. Fun enemies. Fun characters and cards to play. Possible but challenging progression. The only issue is it seems I get detend and utility cards, that would be better used later in the fight, very early in every fight which would be good times to attack. Then get only attack cards and no defend cards later when the enemy is swinging for damage harder.

Really fun at first. I even paid for no ads and more bonuses which I rarely do. But after a few worlds it becomes strictly pay to play. If you don't pay, you will make zero progress from here on out. It's not even a fun grind, it's a frustrating, annoying grind. The game knows what you need and when. If you keep paying, you'll get good cards when you need them. If you stop paying you will almost never get the card you need when you need it.

A deceptively complex little game. To enjoy it to it's fullest you have to pay to remove the ads. (In my opinion it's worth it) But this game is fast paced and endlessly replayable thanks to the randomized rouge-like elements that allow for very complex strategies. The game can occasionally run up against walls where you have no choice but to grind out enough coins to upgrade your character and muscle through. But overall this game has an excellent gameplay loop.

I've really enjoyed playing this game, the"forced" ads are really short and the daily/weekly rewards are super easy to get. There are definitely a few bugs with the 1.5x and 2x speed options, but that's because it's experimental. If you turn on these modes the game will start to load slower and there are some softlock where you have to close the app and reopen it

Fun fame but the Game needs to allow us to edit your starter deck before going into a battle. A way which we can win and collect cards and build a main deck before we go into battle. So we can try different play styles and strategies. Also add other game features. Endless survival mode. Pvp or something. Leagues and leaderboard. Things to keep us playing

I really enjoy this game but honestly, the lack of fight log to see why certain attacks don't look like they register or sheilds not applying would be great and the ability to edit the starting deck should be included as well. It would be nice to be able to merge items even if they are different classes (maybe an average of items merged) would also be nice so your inventory isn't so chaotic.

One of the few games I paid for because the ad free version of the game is worth. Updated Review as of 4/4/24 while the game has a lot to offer as a minimal payer. Once you hit a certain point its almost impossible to progress without buying gems to get gear upgrades. I have been playing daily trying to collect gems to do loot rolls for a while now. Hard stuck in the 20s, having millions of gold pieces that are worthless and just hoping to get perfect card packs to progress.

I have to agree with other reviews, a combat log would be a great addition. However, the game itself is quite fun. Reminds me of Heartstone singleplayer adventures, like the Kobalds and Catacombs expansion back in the day. The ads aren't very disruptive, but playing without ads is a fair option too. A refreshingly decent game in an ocean of mobile garbage!

Honestly, one of the funnest mobile games I've played so far! It's not super evasive with ads. They usually last 5 seconds with skipping and pop up ONCE in awhile. In top of that the games UI is SUPER easy to navigate and extremely user friendly when upgrading. The cards are all self explanatory and the gameplay is super clean and fun.

Praise: Great game. I've had allot of fun, but it needs a PVP option, which is the only big thing that this game is lacking. Problem: I've noticed ever since I've played the game that the "Blind" debuff only works on your character, and not monsters, even though some green cards put Blind on the opponent. I understand that it's a 50% chance to stop an attack, but when it NEVER works, there's a coding issue. Anyway, game is great, just need PVP feature and to fix the debuff. Thx for a great game.

Solid game. I've wasted many hours on it. Adjusting my review because I'm waiting for a fix to the glitch I'm experiencing. I stopped playing for a few months and now my progress is gone and I've lost access to runes and patrols. The issue is still ongoing after the most recent update.

I used to play it alot when it first came out I recently came back and while I got my purchased stuff back my progress and my items didn't which I figured it's been a while, but I've noticed the game will just crash alot more then i remeber when you use multiple quick attacks or multiple cards that give you extra turns or copies of cards sometimes when you defeat the enemy you get soft locked

Well, this was fun enough in the beginning to make me buy the game. Mistake! This is a cash grab grinder and it isn't meant to have a purchase without adds or micro-transactions. This is glaringly obvious once you hit about level 8. You cannot get stronger without massive purchases. Sure you could wait and collect and collect and collect, but that isn't fun. The cards become boring as they are the same match after match. It is truly unfortunate that they chose to go this way. Don't buy.

Overall, I really like this game and have a bunch of fun with it. The ads are optional, (although you may need to use them in some tough spots). I have a few suggestions though, Making an endless mode where you can endlessly upgrade cards, would be really fun to try out combos for example. And less dependence on ads overall would be nice, however its a fun game with a great art style and a bunch of charm. I'd recommend it.

Great little card based rogue like, the cards are simple so it's easy to pick up on combos. Quick paced, easy to get better items, and there are only ads every 5 levels or so. They seem easily skipped but ad free isn't very much if you can see yourself playing a lot. Nice feature is you can close the app and continue a run where you left off.
