I was fine trying to get this app went on YouTube checked out captionmate video about to register then the governmental page came up asking me was I death. The guy on video wasn't death that stopped me because all I want to use this for is when I make video calls where ever because the speaker cuts out

Awesome app for people with hearing loss, makes phone conversations easier!! Call forwarding feature it's wonderful.

EXCELLENT App. I would recommend this to all hearing Impaired. It's clear and you can hear people also. I thank God for this. Only problem I have is, I don't know how to delete calls. Do you have any support for deleting call. That would be great appreciate.

OUTSTANDING!!! This application is absolutely liberating!! No more relay operator no more having to TEXT all the time,Total Freedom and Independence!! This is a must get for any Vocal deaf person!! Kudos to the developers!!!

Have just completed install. Question why or how can i just allow accedd to contacts. Do i have to add one at a tine? Question. On my captell phone viop i DO NOT need to place a caption call first. It automaticall does via internet. Why not implement. We are using the net when mobike calling. Will continue using after ans 1 About contact access. Also when adding is this a new srparate contact list? Gary matthews

Captions are okay but often lag. Missing features such as adding caller to contacts or blocking them. Also, doesn't start when clicking phone number in chrome.

For the most part captions are pretty accurate & its very easy to figure out if theyre a little off. Its the best voice to text app ive ever used!

I installed this the other night I thought it would have been great for me. But I don't have a phn because I do not talk to anyone. Use VoIP. App wouldn't let me use it. I used my daughter's work phone. Had to STOP and cancel the app. as bad people are wonderful never VoIP you can't use it.

The accuracy of captioning is okay. However the customer support is super helpful! I think this one has potential to be a great app for hard hearing/deaf people like us!

This app is awesome 👌. I can call out to my friends and relatives. Then they can call me . Thanks to all the workers 🙌 who developed this program for the hearing impaired people.

This is a fantastic tool. I use a headset that helps, but with Caption Mate, I can answer a call with confidence that I will be able to understand, even without the headset being in my ears.

WORKS AND WORKS WELL. SUPERIOR CLARITY OF VOICE. Excellent support staff, a solid app. A CaptionMate number will be given to you BUT your usual number will show to those you call. Both sides of the conversation can be read as your call goes along. Your usual number is what others will continue to call. No need to adjust volume, Calls are perfectly clear. I don't remember why I uninstalled it a long time ago but I'm glad I reinstalled it. UPDATE: 23 May 24 I still love this app!

I really like having this app. It works well except for one important thing, I am unable to delete history. I can delete one transcript at a time, but I need to delete history all at once. I have hundreds of transcripts and it's taking way too long to delete one at a time. I've gone to settings to delete all transcsripts, but it apparently is not working eventhough I get a message stating that all transcripts deleted successfully, all transcripts are still in history.

I really enjoy this relay app because of its simplicity... but there is 1 small suggestion that I think could make a world of a difference and it would be a search bar. searching a word that was said in the conversation or a number look up, I've found this app to be better sometimes...I mean most times then actually using Google Transcribe... it's so much more accurate... maybe that can be the next app I could really benefit from....I know I'm defiantly not the only one

Sure, some words might be inaccurate but at least the app has been consistent in transcribing calls to captions. Never stopped transcribing in the middle of a call. I don't want to forward my calls to the app because it doesn't have a spam reporting feature. It just blocks unwanted calls. This is important to me. Dev please add this feature.
