I've enjoyed using this to manage our tax inf9rmation, however as of today I'm no longer to access. There is no open option, only Uninstaller, and the app has completely disappeared from my phone. Help!

My husband and I really enjoy the app. It allows us to upload our documents and easily send them to our tax professional. It saves us so much time and energy, it's great

I'm the most technology handicapped. This app helped me have success in maneuvering to completing the task of submitting information required. I felt a great sense of accomplishment. Great app!

Horrible to set up, and as of right now isn't working. It requires a code they send in an email, but the email isn't coming in. My t4 us on there and I can't get at it to do my taxes.

Great app for providing information safely. Clean interface. Takes a moment to understand without guided commands, however it was easy to determine how to navigate around to find what you needed.

I would really like a delete option on the side hamburger icon for each document. I am a bit dyslexic and it would be nice to be able to delete and re-upload so I can fix my occasional mistakes

This app has honestly made things so easy. It's so nice to be able to upload all of my paperwork right here instead of scanning and emailing everything. It eliminates so many steps.

Canopy has improved you can actually open it without it asking for a bunch of clarifications that won't work. The only thing it needs is to operate properly when you are typing the sentence into a box they can see what you are typing

Got this app. 5 weeks ago so my tax preparer could relay information to me and except for the first day nothing has been added. And when I call my tax preparer you get put on hold for the next available assistant that never comes on. I'm starting to think this is a scam and I got screwed out of my money.

At first there were issues with Android 13 file permissions. I reached out to the devs and they fixed it faster than I expected. Great job and thank you for the customer service. It seems to be working now!

So far, I have looked at portals like Tax Dome, Drake Portals, Intuit link, and Joinportal. Canopy is a bit pricey, and that may be a dealbreaker. But function for function, Canopy and it's app give more functionality than most. It links to Calendly, has payments and invoicing, integrates with not only gsuite mail but calendar too. The time keeping is good, not perfect, but better than most. The app is quick. I am sure it is not perfect, but generally a solid platform. Haven't used tasks.

Look, I like this app. However it it very inconvenient because I am unable to view ANY documents/files that my CPA puts on the app for me to view. My phone is Galaxy s22 and has Android 13. I recently saw someone else had experienced the same issue, which was resolved? How so? I still seem to have issues. Yes, I have scoured through my phone and app settings to see if I missed something. I have given the app every single permission possible. Yet it still tells me to allow storage permissions.

It is so easy to navigate! I don't have to think about anything. Whatever document I think my tax professional might need I just upload. I can snap a photo and upload or scan, email, and then upload (if I'm feeling fancy, lol). Fire app! 🔥

This new update doesn't install on my phone. I've uninstalled it, and I re-installed it several times. It just disappears from my device. I've restarted my phone several times. Everything else works perfectly on my phone but when I search for apps nothing comes up.

I'm barely getting my taxes done after submitting them almost 5 months ago. And now that they finished them, I'm getting charged an expedited fee of almost $500 plus other fees, resulting in almost $800,and I can't even view the documents they sent me. I've been doing taxes with them since 2020. But, I need to keep being, understanding with them because they opened a new office and if it had been difficult for them. When are you paying for a service, and management and owners nowhere?

My accountant sends messages but the only way that I can read the message is to go to my email, click on the link in the email which will direct me to the message. There is no other way to do this, meaning there is no readable message in the app when I open the app.
