I've had this game for over 4 years and now it won't load. It says that I have no internet connection but I do. I'm on level 4;500 and something so I'm not about to uninstall the game then re install it. I've taken the time to play your game every day for over 4 years so I expect you to look into this matter ASAP please

I have been playing this game for over a year now when I click my level it get stuck I have refreshed uninstall and it not letting me play I need for it to get fixed cause I love this game. And I don't think it matters what kinda phone cause I have a note 9 my daughter has a 8. Please fix I rate the game a 10 when working but now 0

It cheated me out of prizes i had coming to me all thru 460 and on. now on level 511. it makes me so mad when I have different things coming to me and they don't give them. it's really too bad because I love this game but it is full of flaws. I am now on 511 and it does not work at all I have been trying for 3 days or more and I am done. I have spent too much money on this game to fight with it to work. Good Bye Candy Valley...........

I just broke open my "Kitty Bank" in Candy Valley for $2.99. However, it charged my credit card but did not credit me with the 2,000 coins I was supposed to receive. What a scam. I will not be making anymore in-app purchases. They either need to give me a refund or fix the problem.

Not enough moves, has lives, doesn't have a skip button and can't play offline. I won't be downloading any more games from TAPCLAP.

It used to be a good game now it keeps freezing and my screen goes black. Sometimes when the game loads it's in the top left corner about an inch big.its also very slow between moves

Love this game, I am on level 8147. It stopped working on my phone before Christmas and keeps showing the message about check your Internet connection. I have cleared the cache and re-installed but it still won't load. I can log into my Facebook and play it in there but the screen size isn't as good. I would give 5 stars for the game but not the app.

I have had this game on my Kindle Fire for a long time, I had made it up to level 460 something when the game starting kicking me out and freezing. When the levels open you can not see it all and soon it will kick you off the game. I have not been able to play the game for about 5 months now.The game is fun when it works😒

When you swap the characters to make a match. It is as if I have other apps running in the back ground or apps/phone updating while I am playing. This is not the case. The only app running is Candy Valley. I just become frustrated playing it

Playing on a Samsung Z3 Flip phone, and the app is not center which means I cannot play the game as the notifications to progress are not on screen. I've played this game for years and have never had any issues but can't even get to the board to select a level now.

Game freezes up, wont load, or some other issue, every dam time. Love the game but it sucks. Somebody needs to fix it..I've uninstalled it and waited over a year before adding it back. This game is still f'd up and not fixed. Thanks, still gets a 1 star rating.

I really enjoyed the game and have played it for quite some time. I would give it 5 stars except it barely works lately. For the past few months the ap won't open correctly, kicks me out or freezes up making it so frustrating. Please fix it. I really do miss it.

Won't open up most of the time. The special games once in a while won't open at all. It just flickers. Ive uninstalled, turned phone off and reinstalled and it wont fix. Very disappointed. I did, at one time really enjoy playing. Now.....😫

I have been playing this game daily for over a year now and all of a sudden, it shuts down on me after I choose the level of play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone but it still won't work. This has been going on for over 2 wks now since I got my new Note 10+. Please fix this. Im on bedrest for a couple weeks and really want my game back!!!!

Got to quite a high level (over 1500) and now keeps saying application failed when I try to load the game. This is the second time it has done this when I've got to high levels. Not impressed.

Im am unable to play the game at all since you added the bonus game with the train. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game and have plenty of memory. It errors out and screen goes crazy everytime. Response.. No i cannot cuz the screen either goes black or freezes and goes weird. Cannot screenshot until i close down the game. I cleared my cache and data etc. As soon as i log in the train bonus game auto starts and i cannot get out of it to play the regular levels cuz it messes up my phone

I've played this game for quite a while. I really like it but,,, when I log on it always comes up with level 1 &it goes right to a side game, then i have to get to log out & catch the red arrow in the corner to get to the level I'm actually on, & i lose a life. Could you fix that?
