New issues in June 2024, " app says "Unable to process request " on opening the app. After update you can't transfer more than 10k on updated date. Old Comments: Have to visit Bank Brank to Reconnect to app , I think they have some checks and controls which are not open. Now it's totally not working.Wastrel, App for ants due to its font size not for humans. To Canara Admin: Generic reply is of no use to anyone, even after one year nothing had changed, there is no value for customers feedback.

Title: Constant Connectivity Issues I'm extremely disappointed with the Canara Bank app. Every time I try to log in or make a transaction, I face constant connectivity problems. The app frequently crashes or fails to load, making it nearly impossible to complete any banking tasks. It's frustrating to rely on an app that is so unreliable, especially when dealing with important financial matters. Canara Bank really needs to address these issues.

Very bad app. Many time Ibrequested to transfer mony to another account. But always it us failed and message received that due to technical reasons the transaction failed. This is repeating every time and bank failed to pointed out the reason. Two times I visited the mother bank and the ofgicials also failed. What I have to do?

Whenever I try to login it always show UNABLE TO PROCESS THE REQUEST. TRY AGAIN LATER. Do I have that much time to wait. Mobile banking should be on fingertips but Canara Bank mobile banking app is the worst. This app irritates alot. If the developers didn't do something regarding it I will just close all my savings , current and FD account from Canara Bank. Just see other banking apps like HDFC so convenient and works smoothly.

Useless application. I have 2 accounts in the branch. It shows only one. I couldn't activate the other one, though I have sufficient money in that account. I can give even less than one star. But there is no option for that. I don't even transfer money for the own account. But it shows two accounts in my e passbook.

Out of 5 times, the transaction will be successful only 2 or 3 times... The other times it will send some error such as suspected fraud . At times you have to send money to someone and you get stuck with this app being non helpful. Bank won't even call to check whether it is really a suspected fraud

The Canara banking app not working in Android 14 version and having bugs and crashing a lot. The bug is pop up while opening of app, closing app automatically with crashes even after latest update still same not fixed yet, i was unable to share the pop up bug proof as a screen shot or screen recording to Canara Bank and Provide the Full Dark Black Mode Instead of Dark Blue Mode as soon as possible and make the app free from bugs Soon Canara Bank 🏦

Worst app ever.... Everytime i open i have to create a new passcode. Doesn't work properly. Doesn't add the bank ac at once always there will be some issue. Worthless app. Get irritated by this annoying app. Please close it if u can't make it better. Iam fed up with this app and the bank as well. 😠

After the new look app installed and updated, it's really working great and to my satisfaction. I have changed my ratings from 1 to 4, reason being it's improved overall services. I will wait for some more time to see the present improved services continue after which I will give 5 star rating. Thanks to your team with the request to keep on improving the app's operational services to keep it simple and comfortable for all the users.

Does not open most of the time, that I had to finally reinstall the app. After reinstalling, I thought the account details would automatically start showing up, but now I am asked to activate internet banking back again. For this when I try aadhar verification, its repeatedly saying there is an issue at our end, please try again later.

Very useful and efficient app, but needs upgrades very often, like in case of emergency it needs updates to open the app which is kind of annoying at the same time i think it's got do something with its security. Needs more improvement in terms of speed and server

Really the candi Mobile app is very useful app.. it is helpful even to transact the amount from bank account to post office accounts. Most of the times the transactions are successful.but sometimes only errors occurred.. but it refund the amount with in couple of working days. 9/6/24:Now a days its not working well.If i try to open my canara bank app,it showing connectivity error. Kindly check your connectivity. But in my mobil pbone mobile data always on. I couldnt open my app.Its totally waste

A/C Statement of more than 1 year are not available. We cannot even get A/X Statement of 2022,2021, 2020 F.Y. App is complex and UI is too bad for fund transfers, interest certificate and to check FD/LOAN int. rates and other service chgs. Also, no simple option to access all of top best products.

very bad experience. the changed or updated mobile app is not at all user friendly.i repeatedly tried to register myself for mobile banking.so far, i am not successful.there is no point in updating the system, just for the heck of it.management should think about and consider the e-literacy levels of customers before changing or updating an established or proven app.

not a smooth experience overall because the user interface seemed easier to browse before update but after that it's history. one has to repeatedly enter addhar/debit card no for mobile activation. the process after updation is more complex than the earlier!

Stupid slow app. Worst app in the history of banking. First, you have create an MPin then by chance you create one and deactivate it then you again have to create one which should not match the previous. Am i a robot, how many combinations do you want me to remember. Do me a favour. Just remove this app and bring back the old technology. May be you would do better in that.

Best Online Payment App is a glaring example of how not to design an online payment solution. Users are better off seeking alternative payment apps that offer smoother, more reliable, and user-friendly experiences. Avoid server issues even though if you value your time and peace of mind.

1. bug issues in the application related to while making late night payments. 2. if mpin has been accidentally registered while making a transaction, the application automatically takes up 3 attempts and log you off even if we try to tap on backspace button. This is a huge drawback that we cannot re-enter the corrected mpin. the attempts are automatically registered by the app and we cannot go to the homescreen as well. we have to go to the branch to rectify it.

Most confusing app, most non functional. I don't know who have created it. Can't make a simple payment to one's contacts, they have to be added as beneficiary !!! I had to ask to resend OTP more than ten times, it just did not come and there was no way to feed it manually. Please make the app easy and simple to use. Font size is practically unreadable while most of the screen is unused.
