I want to update my profile, so I am required to upload my ID card for both sides. Since I already have those two photos as JPEG or PNG format, I can not upload because the app requires me to open camera apps and take photos instead. Please add this feature so that users can upload their existing photos from their smartphones.

No english subtital or dubbed to english. How any person will watch the movie if they dont know the given language. I like the overall makeover but how to get the meaning of the movie. Why at login time we have to disclose our personal number. Change it. Add more movies. Explore and change.

My phone keeps loading out of the app when I go into munny shop and gift box. The app itself is also slow. Buying data from munny shop is bad and slow now. I can't even buy data, and it's a very limited amount. Also, I hope you change the 5GB data from munny shop, to have one week validity.

Opening app with a stupid sound is a big NO. There is no clear checking with SIMCARD, everything soooo complicated. Even I'm from abroad and have used many app with mich functions, but this Metfone app are just a mess and feel like cheating from credit.

I love the app back in 2023 because I can spin for date but now spinning for dollor$ is not fun anymore and also good date exchange I really love it 1.5$ can use for almost a week, really well paid👍👍

This apps sucks! I topped up a lot of times but when the transaction failed i still charged on my credit card and when I reach out to the bank , they said to contact CAMId support, but support sucks just keep on saying to contact the bank! Scammers..

Not working,when I've exchanged my points ... the app sent a notification, You have successfully changed your points and enjoy it😅 I try to check it but my points passed away ... You cheated me and all your clients! Let do it work smoothly. The old app,Mymetfone, is good.. Please bring it back for us.

Should have seperate app for entertainment and mobile. I don't care about all. Of the games and esprits I just want to check my data which doesn't show. I have deleted and reinstalled but my data still doesn't show. I went to. Metfone shop and they just say app error. The only way I can check my data package is by dialling the code so why do I need this stupid app??? App so bad, make it simple!!!

I'm absolutely disappointed with this app, the fact that the otp doesn't work when you made a transaction. And I was charged on my card with unsuccessful process. Can you imagine?! I ENCOUNTER TWICE AND I have to call my bank again and submitted a proof to dispute all of the charges! So inconvenience, They don't even help you, the customer service will gonna advised you to call your bank etc. Without checking on their end to refund the charges! So beware this apps!!!

I have 3 things to complain. First thing, this app really scammed my money. I toped-up my balance by using this app , but did not recieve the money to my balance. I had to pay my money for nothing. Second thing, this app has a very very bad design. It complicated to use. Wish to have My Metfone app back. Last thing, the staff is very unhelpful. They don't even answer the right questions. Bad services!

I don't like new metfone, too heavy and I don't need that much feature, just to control my balance and subscription. Better you make a separate app for entertainments. Edit: Now getting better, 100 MB from spin is better than nothing.

Worst app from any telecom provider. Glitchy, faulty, never shows any important content, never buffers. Such a big name and such dumb app. Metfone commercial team should look into what kind of blunder it is. Shut down this app and launch 2 separate apps, once for account management and other for movies & garbage. This Android version sucks, iphone version is non functional lol, its like a company who ran out of budget to develop an app and forgot to debug it before push to production.

Very useful and helpful. But the thing is it takes so much time to process things for example logging in, home screen, and many other things. Even if my internet is very fast it still takes a lot of time to load. Many of my friends that use this app also experience the same problem. The time required to do simple things in this app completely ruins the user experience with this app. Even after so many updates it just literally does nothing.

How can I use 1.5$ plan when I can't topup 1.5$ on your app or any banking app. Recently, they removed the daily spinning reward as well. I used that for when I'm in a pinch and need just a bit of data to top up my balance. Now I can't even do that anymore. why?

Not bad but some movies or movies series doesn't have subtitles. If possible put English and khmer subtitles.
