As I get used to this app, I'm enjoying it more and more. I did get the pay version. The free version is great because several of its features cost money with other apps. I wanted to be able to enter recipes and get the nutritional breakdown, so I waited for a sale and paid for a year. I'm still learning about everything offered in the pay version.

I'm only 6 days into using MyNetDiary but I'm loving it! I've used MyFitnessPal in the past, but that app got too full of ads for the free version, too expensive for paid, and doesn't have everything this app has. I also just finished 7 months with Noom but MyNetDiary just works better for me. The way it lets me calculate and control everything just works better for my brain. I need to know how much protein, fat, carbs, etc I'm using especially over a long period if I hope to improve.

I used MyFitnessPal since it launched in 2010. I got fed up with their astronomical premium fees, ads and taking away what used to be free features. I uninstalled MyFitnessPal today and swapped to this app and it does not dissapoint! I am getting my family to make the switch too. Set up was easy and the premium fee is way cheaper than MyFitnessPal. So far so good!

It's such an amazing app that really helps with tracking macros! it also has a lot of neat pieces of information about your personal "health journey," and I find it so cool! I really recommend it! The only thing I have to say is annoying is that some foods don't have the proper units for selection when logging them.

This app is so easy to use. Thank you! I do have one complaint, though. When trying to scan a food barcode, the app snaps the pic before the barcode is centered. Therefore it chooses the wrong product. It would be nice if we could snap the pic ourselves rather than it automatically doing it for us.

One star off because I cannot link my Arboleaf Scale. The app is amazing! You can track everything! Exercise, water, meals/snacks, meds, vitamins, notes, all kinds of health stats, lab results, weight & measurements, Diabetes, Migraines..down to the micro nutrients. It syncs info from my Garmin watch too. I have 4 diseases that affect metabolism, it would be nice to have them considered in the coaching and goals.

I've appreciated the ease of use of the app. I like being able to customize food and exercise. I cashier, and most apps I have to guess at what my equivalent in exercise would be. But I could create my own exercise here, calculating how many calories approx. I burn an hour. I also like how easy it is to scan food items and create recipes.

Constant "not advertising" is frustrating. I end up tracking on wrong days quite often due to the interface. The app is pretty and the database seems thorough and accurate so far. Update: Developers say the constant upgrade advertising isn't advertising. It's way too frequent regardless of what you call it.

Nice app, it's user friendly, makes tracking your food intake a breeze, I like that it does an analysis of what you've eaten and actually gives the food a grade. It has increased my motivation to maintain a healthy diet for sure. I haven't paid for the app, but if the next couple weeks go as intended I may purchase the subscription.

Been using this app for a couple weeks now. Absolutely a phenomenal app. Kept expecting it to disappoint at some point, but it hasn't yet. Upgraded to premium once I felt it was a good app, and that was even better. Some features I'd like to see added: 1 - some type of base micro nutrient added to many brand name staples. For example if I buy Driscoll's blackberries, it should include blackberry micronutrients 2- more suggestions based on diet of ways to fill in missing micro nutrients.

Sometimes when I scan a food I've ate/drink the calories or another value is different. For example the protein shakes say something like 180 calories but the app says 200 calories. Or transfat is listed in the app but on the information panel on the food it says there is no trans fat. Which is correct? The ability to put in multiple foods and then create a recipe for them is top notch. Especially since I normally sub in other foods in place of the regular ingredients.

I started using this app because myfitness pal and another app i was using locked barcode scanning behind a paywall. This app allows you to barcode scan for free. The UI isn't very intuitive and isn't as clean as myfitness pal. Also, counting poly and unsaturated fats is a premium feature, but that's not too important because saturated fat is the main one to track. And bafflingly, reseting your progress is a premium feature. Despite these complaints, it functions well and is a pretty good app.

It's only been a couple of days and I'm already motivated to keep using this app. It is incredibly thorough and anyone who loves numbers and data will for sure enjoy using this app to track foods eaten as well as other data from connected services such as Garmin. The Free version is still packed with features but I decided to sub only because there was an auto pilot feature that is sure to come in handy as I progress in my weightloss and I want it automated.

Awesome app, I also use the website. I've never been one to keep much track, but the layout of this app, along with all of the options and categories to choose from, may have changed my view. I kind of enjoy logging it in because seeing how I did and being given a grade (A, B, C-, etc) for each meal is neat. App is not buggy whatsoever. I love that I can put in custom foods, including whats in it, like vitamins, etc, and also full on recipes I've made.

I just use the free version to track my calories. the scan function makes it very convenient for logging new foods. It also remembers food that you have logged previously and when you search for a key word it filters your previously logged food to the top of the list. The app also offers dietary advice, which I can take or leave, because it thinks I eat too much protein and fat, AKA meat.

I was really getting tired of some of the other calorie trackers for various reasons (pushing ads being a big one), so I was looking for something new. Decided to try MyNetDiary and I am very happy with this so far. Once in awhile an ad pops up for premium membership, but that is it as far as ads. There is so much you can do in this app without paying, easy to use, easy to customize meals. I may consider paying for this down the road if I remind this happy with it.

Overall a good app! I don't use anything else when it comes to tracking meals and my fasting. My only issue is the weight projection feature when you log a day as complete. I could have a few weeks stretch where I am in the green and on track for my weight loss goals. However, if I have one bad day or overeat in the slightest, the tracker acts like I'm going to eat like that from here on out. Of course I'm not going to, but it's discouraging to see nonetheless.

I like this app and have used it since I was diagnosed with diabetes 3 years ago. I can not change my weight chart from kgrams to pounds. The metric button is off but it won't change. How can I get it to pounds? I think i made a mistake and am looking under the dashboard screen where the metric button is, it is off, the screen there is an example screen? Everything else it right. Sorry, I could not get back to answer you. Thanks for very fast response.

I like this app but with every new feature that is introduced, the app becomes more glitchy. The app will randomly start toggling the "complete day food log" button on and off by itself. When loading into my chart for daily water intake, the app will get wonky and start shuffling through random data from other days where I've logged water intake. I have to exit and load back into it a time or two until it properly displays today's water intake. The fasting feature while nice, isn't intuitive.

I've been using this app for a good 1.5 weeks now, and I can't praise it enough. It sucks that you have to buy premium in order to add fasting, keto, etc. to your diet plan, but it is so informative otherwise! It's easy to track calories with the barcode scanning, and being able to add your own recipes is so nice. If the app doesn't have a certain item, you can add it--take a picture of the barcode and nutrients, and it will literally input the nutrients into the app using the picture.
