I had recently rated this app with 2 stars. I commented about the caller ID not working. They responded, (unsolicited) the next day with an explanation of how to "set caller." Great customer service and they explained why the caller ID needs some manual entries. A bit of a learning curve for a computer dummy like me. I went through many other apps and deleted them thinking they sucked. It turns out, it's a Google policy to ensure contacts are not accessible to these apps. Privacy thing. Thanks!

Well my 1 star review they didnt publish but I have an update. 1) So apparently I can ONLY hear the audio recording play back if my phone is connected to a bluetooth audio device. Or else it doesnt play back at all. 2) It only records one side, unless you out your call on speaker so it can record through the mic. Or else u cant hear. Its better than nothing, but i hope the app improves, i will continue using it.

The app is okay. I notice that some incoming calls do not record. Also the recordings sound terrible. My voice is fine but the person on the other end has alot of interference and hard to hear. Its very scratchy. I don't know if one of settings is incorrect. I am using a Samsung S8+ phone and I usually keep the phone on speaker when talking..

Horrible. This app started out great and went downhill from there. I even upgraded due to how great the app was. After a couple of months and using another app and being disappointed I tried this one to find the same RIP off. You can't hear all the conversations, it stop recordings the dates and times of the calls, it no longer recognizes your contacts or the calls you want recorded. Your voice is loud and clear but the callers voice you can barely hear. Another disappointing call recording app.

Garbage, Unfortunately. Im using a current LG G8 ThinQ and could only get a recording of the phone ringing. As soon as the other end picks up, the audio quality drops and becomes illegible. I got these results with the default settings and with modified settings as well, including file type, storage options and format. this isn't the only phone recorder app that is a waste of time, so I'm uninstalling and moving on.

This app works exactly how I expected and wanted it to so....I give it 4 stars. Rather than 5 only because I don't like the notification that comes up during every call even though I have toyed with the settings and have all notifications turned off the in call pop-up is intrusive. Other than that it does exactly what I wanted and have been looking for. Great app!!

Sound records great and ALMOST everything works as it should. However, every time I adjust the settings to recognize caller ID and contacts it ALWAYS reverts back to "private" call!! Even when the settings stay longer than a minute it WILL NOT RECOGNIZE CONTACTS ! I reached out to them and so far nothing. I love the sound quality but thats about all!

You sound as though you are talking through a tin can with the squelch turned up high for starters and it only gives you a recording of yourself with total silence from the person with whome you are conversing with, just like all the rest. Stylo 6, brand new phone. I have tried about ten apps and they all promise great quality and just like all of them i got the same results. The little settings icon in the upper right hand corner only allows you to access it once as well, another disappointment

My voice recordings are infinitely faint even at the highest volume setting. On the other hand, the other callers voice recordings are very loud and clear. This makes the call recording useless as a one sided conversation recordings! The app is loaded with ads and in app purchases to such extreme that it completely interfere with your ability to navigate through the app. Every time you press a button on its menu, an ad pops up and prevents you from peoceefing until you watches the ad in full.

This app works very well, as far as it's recording. The playback is very clear from both sides of the conversation. The only issue I have is with setting the caller's 🆔. If the caller is not already found in your contact list, it will not allow you to set the caller ID, for your saved recording. You cannot type in the name. You have to leave the app, go into your contacts, add that number to your contacts, with it's identity, save it and leave contacts to go back into CALL IU, then set the 🆔.

Best app I have used so far. I noticed that at the conclusion of a call that the app opens up to want me to turn on automatic recording. I turned off automatic recording in the settings for a reason, and do not need a reminder each time I make a call. Is there a way to turn off that annoying pop-up? If so, the default should be to be off and if the user wants notifications on, then they can turn it on.

When you select all messages to delete with a check mark, you can't delete them. Ads are annoying and to many of them. I mean it's working with a lot of flaws. FIX IT! It better NOT have location tagging either. These are private calls and I hope you people are NOT LISTENING TO THE RECORDINGS! In fact I am going to delete it IF the company does NOT respond to my thoughts and rating. If they don't respond within 3 days, it's gone! You can't send them a email cause they don't have one listed. Poor

Accidental install/bloatware, but I tried it. Seems to work, but after every phone call the invasive adds and call summary info is posted right on top of things I need to see and access. Ya have to clear the screen to get back normal phone functions. I don't have time for this. Maybe put that stuff on the bottom or side, but adds comes first, don't they? Almost a good product.

Causing serious glitches with my phone. While it does record every call, it's started to cause major issues. My phone is brand new, only 3 weeks old and had zero issues before using this app. Now, certain other apps won't open at all (like Newsbreak), Google Maps starts to misbehave and I'm having issues with texts not sending or my device not wanting to use mobile data towers vs WiFi. It also doesn't recognize saved contacts as the incoming call (lists everything as a private number).

"Records" calls but doesn't store them anywhere anymore. Not in the file path specified or anywhere at all! Had a 2 hour long phone call i "recorded, and it doesn't exist. Thanks call box! Also checked every file path in my phone it doesn't exist anywhere and it's not user error. Wish someone could help fix this. Also randomly records calls.

So far so good. It only took me a couple minutes to get this app up and running. Real simple. And the recordings are great. It automatically records and is easy to manage recorded calls. The ads are tolerable and can be customized to your liking. It seems to be way better then the other 3 or 4 I just recently used. If you're looking for an easy no nonsense recording app this is the one. I usually don't give reviews but this one is awesome so far. If it changes I'll update my findings. FIVE STARS

Doesn't work, save your money developer doesn't care. Now all calls show 0 time length. Battery 100% over 400 gb space. I wish I spent my money elsewhere. Still doesn't work even after multiple attempts to contact the software provider. App sux, paid for it, but developers don't care. They have my money, and that's it. Use call recorder cube across. The free version works better than the paid version of this app.
