It's literally a calculator. There should be no ads. Figuring out where the exit button is (and it's in a different place every time) consumes brain power. By the time I'm back to the calculator I've forgotten what I was about to do. I can be in a perfect flow state, going through equations, but these new ads mess it all up. They throw something into the spokes of my bicycle. It's evil. Find another way to make money, your product is unusable in it's current state.

The BEST I've ever found. !!! Just the the old fashioned ones...you can look at all the calculations you've done. 6 stars !!! I have just downgraded from 5 star to 4 star. I almost made the leap to pay for no ads until I saw another review about the "x-ray's appearance. Until that gets fixed, I won't purchase. How long do we have to wait for the next update for the developers to fix this problem

I need it only for basic math, but it does have the higher function. I love the large keys, and that I can keep a running account of grocery item, and switch back and forth to and from my grocery app. It will keep a running account of costs without losing losing my last entry. The app my phone came with would not do that, so I searched out my old favorite that I had on my tablets. To the designers of this app: please do not change a thing. IT'S PERFECT!

Since I always plug in my ratios upside down, I would like a 1/x key. I can use the Memory in a pinch, and I always have to. Also, wanted a quick easy calculator. But every time I open it, it takes 10 seconds for the advertisement to finish loading before the app becomes active. How about rewriting it so the app works immediately, and let the ad shows up whenever it wants to? The tiny little ads aren't a problem otherwise.

Well designed interface with all the essential functions (plus a few simple scientific functions if you rotate your device). I've tried other apps in the past and this is the one I'll use from now on. I like the little running history of calculations, I like the look of the interface and how easy it is to see the buttons - plus, you don't need a gamer's accuracy to hit the buttons you want, which makes it easy to go fast. Great app, devs! Keep it up!

This was a nice, simple, easy-to-use calculator app. Now, ads pop up on my screen in the middle of performing any task. I count money at my job & nothing is more annoying than to have an add pop up & some video start playing in the middle of my end-of-night accounting. I will now be deleting this app & searching for a new one. No one has an issue with ads. The issue is intrusive ads that pop up loudly w/ no warning & take over your entire screen. Ad banners on the top or bottom would be fine.

This is just the calculator I was looking for. It has all the basic functions most people need without loading it down with capabilities that never get used. It has a nice look to it and the keys are just the right size. Just a very nice calculator. And by the way, it does have ads but implemented in the best way; a very small ad across the top of the screen and a single full screen ad occasionally displayed as you exit the app. Hit the x in the corner, ad is gone and app is closed. Very nice.

This calculator app has, so far, been the best for me. It keeps a history of calculations, which is convenient, but im.not crazy about the format.it is a little more confusing than history feature.i have used before. It does not crash, and that is the main plus. It's always ready when I need it. It does not intrude or send notifications. The pop up ads are infrequent and the ad banners are minimized at bottom of the page.

Very good app! I like the simple mode when I hold my phone upright and scientific mode when I turn it sideways. Very handy! I'm updating my original rating to a full 5 stars! I recently had to change phones & I needed to install a calculator. I had terrible luck finding anything that worked as easily as this one. I couldn't remember what it was called and every other app I tried sucked! Eventually I stumbled onto this one. I was so relieved when I recognized it after downloading. Thanks guys!

It looks and acts like a calculator. Go figure. No but really I am so glad it has the percent function. Since 2016 once in awhile I lose this app from changing phone or something weird happens (not the apps fault, others were affected) but anyway I get in a panic trying to find it again. So thankful I keep getting back. I so hate it when things are "improved". This app is great the way it is!

Edited 1/2/2023: Time to let this one go. It was great for years and I never minded the banner ads to support it. But they recently switched to forced video ads which are over the top for a simple calculator imo. I wish them well and hope they still succeed or realize their error and remove them before losing more users. Original review: Have been using this for years now and never had an issue. Has been a solid performer that I've just come to take for granted! Great look and feel too.

Best calculator app ever!! I use this to balance my checkbook. The memory makes it easy to store my bank balance. I can easily go back and make adjustments when I make purchases or pay bills! Ads can be disabled with mere pocket coin! Pay no attention to these whinny complainers who gave a bad review because of petty details like where to tap to clear the screen!! This app is awesome!! Anyone who says different is just too picky and looking for fault!! You won't regret downloading this app!!

Nice calculator with a simple yet attractive and familiar interface. Nice size buttons and intuitive calc history. 2022 update. A once great app is now PLAGUED by very intrusive ads that are sometimes hard to get rid of, and you might be right in the middle of using the calculator. It's better to use one of the other two calculator apps I have now (ClevCalc or CALCU).

This was my favorite calculator app for a long time, but twice now suddenly the ads have sounds like playing a slot machine and I cannot turn them off. This is embarrassing in a public setting. Not worth taking the risk, so I will seek another app to replace it. The developers continually asking reviewers for screenshots has not resulted in a fix, and it is not really the users' responsibility. When this happens, I'm focused on stopping it and avoiding embarrassment, not taking screenshots.

I've changed my rating and review from five to two stars. For months now, the app randomly clears the total of the memory function when the screen times out. I've used this for years while grocery shopping so that I can get an accurate calculation of what I'm buying and this current bug has led me to have to backtrack in the store in order to recalculate the stuff that's in my cart. This is extremely annoying and I've had enough. Please fix this or I'm uninstalling and going elsewhere.

What can I say... This does the job, does it well, is small but very readable and intuitive. It has recently, however, acquired a FATAL FLAW: the incorporation of advertizing that incorporates sound. Even worse, sound that cannot be shut off IMMEDIATELY. I have used this for years, but the next time I hear a sound when in a group or at any time sound will be embarassing it will be pwrmanentlt deleted from my devices.

I needed scientific calculations which the built in calculator doesn't do. I don't remember how I got lucky and installed this particular app when there are so many out there but I'm really glad I did. The only thing I could add would be the ability to work with time: hours, minutes and seconds (also important in the scientific world when working with degrees) and possibly an additional running total "checkbook" calculator from the drop-down menu that was reset to zero only with difficulty.

App is functional and visually appealing, but the ads are overly intrusive. While playing a video ad, it's not even possible to access the phone's buttons so you can close out the app and return to your home screen. No app should ever take unrelenting control over your phone, especially to show an ad. Unfortunately, the frequency and duration of the ads makes the free version simply a demo.

Great calculator! It has everything I need and does everything I want. Since I have my phone with me most of the time it's very convenient to use. I find myself looking for it when paying bills or calculating square footage, calculating tips, figuring out tips and any mathematical problems, etc., you get what I'm saying. I just love it and I make sure I download it on each phone I get. This is my favorite app!

I started using this app in 2015. I wanted a memory button, and the Google Calculator didn't have one. I was calculating the gas mileage for my car. This app made it easy to put my fuel purchased in memory and then take the mileage from the trip odometer and produce my gas mileage. To be fair, I later learned that the Google Calculator has a 1/X button in Scientific mode, but that is less intuitive for me. The memory button also preserves your entry even if you clear the Calculator.
