add an option for change video quality. too many ads. videos are infinitely loading didn't play any video. showing ' failed to load episode information please try again later' . I don't have any network issues. solve this issue. when i like to upgrade to plus subscription this happened so i changed my decision. is speaking practice is only for plus users?

Awesome learning apps! Loves all videos ❤️ I wish there are more languages to learn other than English and Korean, like German, Russian, French, Spanish and Japanese. Because right now I'm more wanting to learn German and Russian for connecting with someone special to me. But it's hard to find such interesting videos to learn for that languages like in this app. Please please develop for other languages so I can spend the time more on this app.

I will give 5 star 🌟 to this app it teach in simple easy and fun way 😀soo first I downloaded duolingo but that is not my type I can't learn even a simple word but this app change every thing all people say that duolingo is good but I don't think so because I experience I love BTS South Korea Korean food culture k drama songs dance etc I love every thing in South Korea 🇰🇷 and I want to learn Korean but I can't find any good app but now I found I am very happy and thanks to owner of this app

Hello Cake, I'm currently taking Hangukeo lessons in your app. I would like to suggest please make more grammar videos. Also, make more vocabulary specifically for verbs, adjectives, adverbs, more words specifically on their own category. So far, your app has significantly improved my Korean language skills. Thank you so much and I hope for more content and updates. Maybe advance category curriculum soon? : )

The app was working well, and the option to watch ads for hearts is a great idea for those who can't pay. However, it seems like it's no longer profitable for you because the app started giving me only two hearts and then tells me there was an error displaying the ad!! And, in the questions where you have to put the word in the correct place in the sentence, sometimes the word is repeated twice. How am I supposed to know which one is correct? And if I choose the wrong one, I lose a heart!!

I have Plus the free version doesn't offer very much. Cons - Can't play the pronunciation slower during quizzes & often the translation is not provided - They put content they haven't yet taught on the quiz which obviously makes it unnecesarily difficult MAJOR CON Logging in on a computer means no saved progress which is unfortunate because doing everything on a tiny phone screen is exhausting Why is it difficult to sync progress (& username) to the website?

It's really enjoyed spending the time with cake app.its really help me to improve my English language.But I have a problem with that there is no dark mode There is a problem with the listening test, as the video is repeated more than once and I can't stop the video whenever I want , so I cannot focus well with the spoken words.If you do what I want from you, I will give all five stars🤍

UDATE: I've now been a user for 14 days & still love it overall. The speaking practice is still the BEST feature. Sometimes, though, a few are a problem because it will say "speak louder" even if you yell it into the phone. Romanization is a must for English speakers and is missing from some phrases. Consider putting speaking quizzes with the speaking lessons instead of written Hangul quizzes that the lesson didn't teach. We really can't recognize those words yet. I still want a search feature.

I really, really liked this app at first, but they keep making it worse. There used to be a lot of videos and lessons that could be unlocked with daily hearts, but most of them have switched to plus membership only. I don't mind watching ads, to get hearts to unlock content, but now I don't even have a choice to watch ads, when so much stuff is locked behind a membership. They also used to give 3 free hearts per day, but it's been reduced to 1 heart per day.

I LOVED the app when I started it in September/October. I was learning Korean for my (at the time) boyfriend but he didn't appreciate my efforts so I uninstalled the app. When I had it 6 months ago, it was completely free with ads, now I can't even make it to unit 2 because I don't have money to do so. The apps is wonderful, but it's no longer free like it was so the appeal is lost. If the app were free then I'd be making a good review with 5 stars, but it's no longer free.

I couldn't wait to leave a review on this app. It is Amazing!!! I'm having so much fun repeating every sentence. Studying with the tv shows I like and being able to slow motion, catching every sound of each word and imitating to improve inflection all at once. I love it, love it, love it. Highly recommended.

Great! It is WAY better than Duolingo for sure. There is way more interacting, and it actually lets me record my voice for lessons, and I can see my gray areas and improvements! The only thing is that it quizzes me on things we never reviewed, and it doesn't play the audio of the words. Other than that, I highly recommend this for learning Korean!!! 💜🇰🇷

It's a really good app for learning, but the reviewing system, specifically reviewing the saved sentences isn't done well because even if you get the sentence correct, it doesn't give you the translation afterward, so it doesn't stick in your brain very well. Also, during the speaking part, it usually doesn't recognize the sentence you're saying no matter how perfect or loudly you say it and you just have to give up on that sentence. Also, the non-discounted price is outrageous.

I want to give it five stars but I have one problem that is really annoying. When I'm doing the speaking test, no matter how loud I'm speaking, it doesn't register my voice and says, "speak louder and more precisely." It also just glitches and doesn't record my voice at all sometimes, so I exit the app and start it again and have the same problem over and over.

(annyeonghaseyo), it was really helpful because you had an actual teacher that spoke to you and showed you how to pronounce it correctly. It talked about the different letters and where to place them when forming words. The app has a lot of little videos that help you study, especially for people who don't know anything in advance. They really go into depth when explaining by using examples in the video and more. I am so happy that I found this app. (gamsahabnida)

The lectures are extremely understandable and video clips are helpful. Vocab notes on subs, playback speed control simplify notes-taking. I also like the new quiz feature bc I can fit short sessions in while waiting in line etc. Asks: more pathway courses bc I like the structure, more day-to-day vocab/grammar lectures.
