¿WHY DO WE USE YOUR GEOLOCATION?
We only use the location permission if you gave us your consent and it allows us to access to your geolocation data for:
- Commercial treatment
- Safety purposes
- Better services in the app
The location data are only gathered if the geolocation is active on the device, and is used secondly if you accepted it for your travel insurance.
This permission can be configured at any time from your phone in Settings>Geolocation.

Application goes well for checking transactions, but when you want to update information online it's hell. I had to change my phone number (stolen) and I tried in the app multiple times and at the end was throwing an error. Then I went to an office where I had to wait 30 min to be told they do that for security reasons. Understood, then why it exists in the app in the first place? Then trying to get Bizum setup on new phone number and "inexplicably" gets stuck and displays an error message.

The transaction list glitches when you try to 'view more recent' so I can only see the first few transactions for any month. I have just had a fradulent transaction during this lockdown for over 200€ and have no way to do anything about it, I can't even view it. I have tried reinstalling, no change, now I cant pay my rent or query the charge since the 'contact us' form needs the info I cannot see. Nightmare.

If you are looking for another way of receiving targeted advertising this is a perfect app for you. Because perhaps your device is not full of them yet. One of the most brilliant ideas is to open a pop up ad window while you are switching between your accounts or opening a payments page. In case you think you can switch marketing preferences off, then sure you can, but the setting will not save and stay on anyway. Really genius whoever invented this!

This app is not just frustrating, it's down right infuriating. Clunky, crowded, far from being user friendly and full of bugs, problems and unpleasant surprises. And this strictly about the app, the bank products, services and practices are a whole new nightmare. In all the years I've I've used online banking, I have never had to stay on the phone for so long to sort the problems this disaster of an app creates. Perhaps Caixa could eat a bit of humble pie and learn from other banks.

Works great for most of the basic stuff, but lets you down as soon as you want to do something "fancy", like international transfers where the connection with the Sign app is broken, displaying all of your cards (not working 99% of the time), or getting access to some important docs that you need to go to the website for instead. Generally a decent banking app, but needs a lot more work to cover edge cases.

Expenses/income graphics disappeared. I only got this app cos the bank made me. Now the only good thing about it is gone. They told me to reinstall. So they can get more data now doubt. Like WhatsApp so stupid. Asks for reviews then won't even allow it. I should go to Sabadell. Caixabank sent a response saying nothing

UX nightmare. Quite possible the worst banking app on the store. From the slow, laggy interface to the useless and infuriating chat support. Was disconnect due to "inactivity" while waiting for the agent to respond. I could go on... --- Response to comment from dev: From what I wrote it should be obvious that I'm referring to your app. You're either attempting to spin my comment to avoid blame or you're unaware what UX means. In both cases you really should rethink your life choices.

Good app but in certificate with balance there is an issue, instead of "número B...." writes "nï¿?mero T..." Also with wrong number of document.... And I know that you have the correct number...Also add English to your certificates

The last update does not open. It remains connecting and nothing happens. It never gets signing. The other app Caixabank Sign works properly. This app seems to be too heavy and does not even show the sign in page. It could be nice if the app could show more information about the progress.

All the positive reviews are fake. There's no way they have that many reviews, also, the rating? Impossible. That's a significant portion of the Spanish population. Absolutely awful app. Never used such a bad one. Won't let me complete really important processes. Signing up was an utter nightmare. Don't try and run before you can walk!

Difficult to navigate and operate as poor translation into English. Very slow to update pending and actual transactions, they sometimes do not get notified until after they have happened. Dislike the rotary dial to transfer amounts as far too sensitive. Pending bank fees never shown. When debits do appear not enough information is given especially when relating to bank*s own fees and charges. Good points, fast and secure.

😞 moved from bankia. The app is unuseable. It takes 1-2 mins to load a transaction. Nothing is labelled correctly, it's a mess. I will not use it but I think they force this under optmized app. Looking for a new bank. The website is the same super slow and all these pointless options. So hard to get to basic bank balances and transactions. It is also not the phones memory. I have other bank apps which work just fine on this phone. It is the app.

I have never seen a worse bank app in my life. It takes forever to load, it bugs extremely often, and whenever I try to do a Reuse transfer, it works only 1 every 8 tries. Crazy. Sometimes it does not even notify you if it was succesful or not. Next, I mostly use the instant transfer where they charge you 2euro a transfer, because the next day transfer works even worse. Maybe the bugs are on purpose so that they charge users 2euros every time. A very business oriented app I have to say.

It has most of the important functionality that other similar apps have. I don't like thr fact that when you open the app after a long while you can see the main screen with all information for a split second. Then it goes to login page. So if you do a video record of the screen you get all the information from the main page. Not good.

I've been using this app for years now without problems, however since the 31st August it is problematic where sometimes you can open the app and then frequently you are unable to log in always getting a message "An error has occurred ", and when I do eventually log in to the app it shows an empty account! When i try to 'see all' it gives me the same msg "An error has occurred". It is damn annoying and nobody from Client support department can help me. I am starting to HATE this application.

Super annoying bug that wont let me open the app - please check your latest version dev team! Before this version was pretty useful, but now every time I open the app I'm stuck on the screen "We're replacing the coordinates card" - and it never fully loads. I have an iphone and my language settings are english in case that helps anyone to debug or replicate my issue - hopeful that I can change this review to a higher rating, but I'd need to be able to access the app to do so :)

The latest update added a pop-up about Noa talking speed that crashes my app whenever I try to close it. I can't access my account on the app. I deleted the cache, deleted the data, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my device, and nothing works. I sent reports every time and it hasn't been fixed after 4 days without mobile access to my bank account. Unacceptable during travel.

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option! Old version worked ok. New version won't install. Google App Store tells me it's 'pending' when I try to update but never installs. Have left it for several hours but it doesn't install. I now can't access my account from the UK which is a problem for me as I am only in Spain 2 or 3 times a year. Maybe time to switch banks!
