Being honest, the app is better than it was a time ago, it works well. The only thing I would change is the usability because I need to search a lot in order to find some feature I want to use!

It doesn't accept my login info. My password is correct but it keeps complaining my account type isn't, despiste the fact that I tried both types. Like someone else already said: this app looks like a freshman CS student project, and I'm verry sorry this is true.

É o pior aplicativo de banco existente, não passa um dia sequer sem dar problemas, esse é o único aplicativo que te dá a experiência de passar dias e até semanas sem consegui acessar sua própria conta. APLICATIVO MUITO RUIM! It's the worst bank app in the world, everyday that's something wrong with it. This is the only internet banking that gives you the experience of being unable to access your bank account for days maybe weeks. TRASH APP!

Garbage! This app never works properly, when it does, takes just few days and then starts bugging again. I can't even access my credit card management! Worthless!

It does not work. It doesn't recognize my cell phone even though it says uts active. I can't believe Caixa even let this app available. Its time to hire competent people and make a huge recall on this app

It's been days it doesn't work, I tried everything, cleaning data and cache, uninstalled and installed again. Nothing worked, had to do things on my bank account via browser, now not even the browser is working to access my account. What's going on guys?

This app is a shame. I would not want my name in this. The UI is a joke and you have to constantly reregister an account Everytime the app deem necessary. This isnt even an app it's just a poorly made webview that calls an even lamer website behind the curtains. Just like everything the government does this has the government stench on it

Can't do absolutely NOTHING here. It's supposed to make your life easier but it simply doesn't work. And when anything FINALLY loads, it's just to tell you to go to the bloody agency and wait for hours to get a simple payment solved. You have money, hire someone competent to make this app at least functional for your costumers. It's disgusting.

The app is terrible keeps crashing and working only half of the month. This is really a forgotten app which the bank is not interested in improving either quality or usability of it, unfortunately.

Good app, works very well. The options for all services could be more accessible, icons with one or two rolling screen would be better to find the services.

Terrible app. Keeps crashing, the app keeps blocking you, so you have to start all over and create a new login. You can't create the pix if you don't have the card yet. I don't understand how a huge bank like this one is away behind of other banks like Nubank/C6/Santander. I'm closing my account with them.

Try to login and the app says I've got bad connection, tested at 4 different places. So the problem is the app. It has been going on for several days. Also sometimes when I am able to login I receive the message "failed to connect to the bank's central server". Please fix it.

Probably the most inefficient, unintuitive, low quality and slowest bank app I've ever used in my entire life. It looks like a computer science freshman year student made the app. It's slow, the server is always down and the burocracy is just too much. I only use this because all my family use it.

Absolute rubbish, can't log in for days now. I need to pay some bills but can't, opening a nubank account just so I can pay there bills. Even when it works it is so clunky and old, need to go through a ton of different menus to browse through payments and my balance, absolutely useless

When I inform my password and try to log in the app shows a message saying that I may not be connected to the internet but I am. I can't access my account. It's very difficult to use this app without having a problem. Sometimes I can access the app, but when logged in I try to do some operations and the system fails :(

After informing my email and password the app get stuck all the time and says there is something wrong with my internet connection. But my internet is fine. Also after filling in endless long bill numbers and finaly finalizing a payment, the inlog time expired and you have to sign in again and fill it in all over again, if you even can log in again.

The worst banking app, have no problem logging in online on the website but through the app it doesn't log me in!! Have tried closing the app, restarting my phone even uninstalling it again and nothing. Also, just when you think it can't get any worse they force you to register your device before allowing you to do anything which can't be done if you're abroad. I'm so frustrated and no way to get support 😤😤

Occasionally at busy times transactions do not go through and strangely for some transactions they cannot be processed at the weekend, which is odd considering the internet never sleeps. However otherwise it is a good app.
