I apply for this apps 2 weeks ago.... untill now they haven't send me any confirmation if I'm in or out... how long does it takes until they give you approval?!

Soy conductor de cabify. actualice la opción de efectivo que podemos verificar fácilmente, cuánto tenemos efectivo en nuestra cuenta que tenemos que pagar por la compañía en la que trabajamos. I'm a driver for cabify. please update for cash option that we can check easily, how much we have cash in our account which we have to pay for company where we work for.

App.have problemes with tolls,and cash payments,if passenger didnt have cash ,cabify cant pay amount for driver back,so driver with car working with cabify for free🤔🤭

easy yo use but requires a "settings" to define which GPS navigation to use, Google maps or Waze.

CHARGING THE DRIVERS OVER THE REGULATIONS! THE RIDE'S COST IS ONE, BUT THE CHARGES TAKEN FROM THE DRIVER'S PERCENTAGE IS TWICE. AND, THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN IN THE REGULATIONS WHERE THIS IS ALLOWED OR NOT. THEY ONLY GIVE GENERIC ANSWERS AND NOTHING ELSE. THIS IS CASE OF LAWSUIT!

High demand areas in the app don't always result in journeys. Often you can be in a high demand area and don't receive any journeys even waiting a long time.

I've been more than an hour waiting in the middle of the highest demand zone and I'm not getting any trips. I only get some trips around areas out of the city and close to where I live. I reported it several times via chat and phone but customer service is lame. Time to get serious about business guys. Switching back to Uber. 1 star is more than this app deserves.

There's room for improvement, but so far im enjoying because the app and delivery process are fast and relatively simple and when something goes wrong with the destination you just return the products to the pick-up point without much delays. Im taking a star because payments and rewards are very low, for deliveries is less than a dollar in my country, and you don't get that many unless there's high demand.
