Huge disappointment! - Customer service (chat) won't respond (despite the fact that I've been waiting for over 30 minutes!!l - App is garbage, won't open, and definitely isn't user friendly. This kind of pathetic relations with your customers is exactly why I'll be glad to switch banks soon.

The update on the app made it less user friendly and so hard to locate options and I cannot recharge the virtual card as the app refuses to scroll down and does not take numbers Who does an update make things much worse!!!!!

The new update is so bad, I'm trying to login but gave me the username or password is incorrect!! I have 3 accounts and all of these in the same problem, if you don't solve the problem i will move all my accounts to another bank. Bad service 😞

How do you hire someone to make this pile of trash for you and leave it as-is? It still has all the old application's glitches and errors except now some features are just straight up gone. And guess what? your 1998 embarrassment of a website doesn't work either. The only reason I signed up with this darn bank is because it's the only one with some form of PayPal support and now I can't even withdraw my funds to my account because the moron who made the update forgot to add that feature back. :)

I have tried numerous mobile banking apps. This one beats them all. Made my life incredibly easier. Edit : After the recent update, I can not receive the OTP CODE to verify any transaction done on the app. Numerous emails and phone calls haven't been enough to guarantee help from the bank's customer service.

It simply doesn't work, can't login most of the time and if a managed to login I end up with an awful interface that belongs to the last decade. Guys it's 2018, people do want reliable apps, invest in your app instead of branches

Still not working with build 81! That's outrageous, how many updates do you need to fix it. Please roll back to a working version. Cannot use it after the update. I get invalid data after login. Account information is not loaded.

The app doesn't work with all mobile phones, I don't know why?! It is working on one device and not working on the other. You should check the compatibility issues here! Overall, the app experience is good, keep up the good work!

08-2022: a new update..! The app did not work do not install 06-2021: Okay the app has been updated. Super slow and takes ages to recharge prepaid MasterCard. Funds may go to the wrong card too. Old review: Extremely old app, kinda secure, takes ages to learn and master. And number one: super ugly. Bad UI UX. Buggy on a sand.

I can't even register as a new account or user. More specifically, after inserting the info of the card, getting the verification code, it doesn't go any further. You get cut out in the verification code stage, receiving a message that "invalid verification code" knowing that it's VALID.

Awful experience all over. Outdated UI and extremely poor services and almost zero promotional offers offered by the whole Bank not only the app. The only thing keeps me with this bank is the PayPal service, once there's another local bank offering it I'll with no doubt switch over. You need to compete if you're gonna stay in business.

Most of the text boxes in the Account section can't be updated or even have invalid data. This app needs to be tested thoroughly before being published. I can't link my PayPal account even though it was linked. I have the correct email address but it's still not linking.

Trying to open the app: "Please update the app to proceed." In the store, there is no update, just uninstall or open. I uninstall and reinstall, it still asks to update the app. This cycle goes on and on. ALSO, when trying to click the online banking on the laptop, it usually takes 20-30 refreshes and clicks to get to the username and password page. Which, after entering the verification code, might OR might not work! How is this not frustrating?! Your IT team has a LOT of work to do

Sometimes I cant access my account at all. I deleted it multiple times and reinstalled it and same problem always happens and get sorted out on its own.. no idea.. no explaination.. no apology. It really gets on my nerve especially when I really need to access my account to pay some bill or check on my transactions.. really hope you guys invest more time and efforts developing this all.. it's really basic.. for a bank app.

Login doesn't work after the last update, fix it please. UPDATE: fixing login process was good and saved me a lot of trouble (eventho this issue shouldn't have happened the first place). The previous version looked better to me.
