Face recognition during registration process doesn't work properly. For this reason I can't create account through the app.

Not intuitive at all. Be aware not to choose card with image during process of creating account as it will charge you 15 PLN.

Please make all sections in english and account does not work in non office hours i feel, i do not see amount transferred on the same day.. get no notifications of any sort..

Application does not work on rooted devices. They also incorrectly implemented asking for permissions which can lead to interrupting the process of creating account with an unknown error.

They changed app to a much slower one, and much less intuitive one. It is clear that no one there listens to their customers and users!

doesn't allow root even when the right security measures are met. EDIT: Newest update allows rooted phones, thanks! EDIT2: after a year of working fine, CA24 decided to block root once again and close my banking app, why?

This bank is one of the worst banks ever. I advise you to look for other banks. The reason is that you guys held my money on hold for more than 2 months since May. You guys asked me to provide a document, which i still did, and my money is still placed on hold, and i need my money ASAP

I didn't want to install this application but play store forced it on me (I am not a client and not going to be after this). Moreover, the app crashes and complains about the custom keyboard. Would not recommend.

App is pretty slow. I could live with that, but UI/UX is fatal. Trsnsactions from two accounts, mine and wife's, are mixed on the list. No simple switching between these two. Hire me, I can give you hints what to change.

"Unfortunately, it looks like something went wrong" "An error has occurred" My favourite notifications from CA24 Mobile app... I use four banking apps on my phone and no one works as bad as Credit Agricole!

Name PIN number is for card and for app. It's very confused which number I should use. It should be saparate names to avoid confused or at least one number should have 4 numbers and another for app 6 number to don't make mistakes.

App is well designed. All is clear, 4 stars because the competition is far a way with the additional services like parking\public transport\highways\other payments. It would be great to have all additional services in one app. 😊
