First impressions are good. Easy to use. Clear and precise instructions to open the account. Be sure to place any investment money in an account that earns interest as the account you open gets nothing in interest.

After the last update, the app which was already laggy and buggy became even slower, and mostly impossible to sign in. Please make it snappy to use! Can't be that hard.

The app itself is useful. I fond of the miles program but the most delayed customer service I've ever seen. I took 3 tiring days to get in contact to an attendant. It's too hard to continue like this...

The app need to be more accessible, a lot of information in only one page, in that way, can get confused, I will not delete my account and go to another fintech because I believe that C6 will improve ... But is is hard to use this app, Everytime that open the app need to log in, so, a lot room to improve ...

Terrible face recognition to authorize you to make payments via the app, terrible support, the chatbot simply don't work, all it knows is to repeat pre-made answer, not helpful at all. To make things worst, to get in contact with a human attendant you gotta call them and pass your password on the call through telephone keyboard, that doesn't make any sense at all.

For over two weeks now I've requested an IBAN code and till now I've not received it. I've contacted the support team and yet they keep telling me that it was sent on the 21st of December and that I should check my inbox and spam. I do as they say but yet I see nothing. I asked them to resend the email and it's taking them forever to do so. Now I'm on a deadline and have no way to receive funds and officialize my contract. Thanks for impressing a first-time customer.

This app needs a load of improvement. I had to call up customer service to get the card unblocked after it was not possible to do this using the app. Also the option to adjust the credit card limit needs to be easier to find. If I was to compare this app to Nubank, Nubank wins hands-down.

The app is buggy, it is almost impossible to chat with a real person and the chatbot is useless and won't redirect you to a specialist. It is very hard to understand and see the credit card expenses, it is buried deep in the interface and different values are shown in different places. Email support (ironically called Fale Conosco) only answers saying you should talk to the bank throught the app (horrible chatbot) or by calling, they never answer anything.

Stuck at startup black screen, app simply never gets past the black startup screen (while consuming a lot of resources). Device is a non-rooted pristine Galaxy S10Plus (SM-G975F w/ July 1, 2019 patch level). I tested version 2.1.0 on 2019-08-17. Will uninstall and try again in a couple of months...

Marketing notifications can't be turned off. I'm pretty sure this breaks play store usage policies. Please add notification categories. Also, got a card from c6 cloned once, it was a huge pain to get refunds from c6, wasted hours chatting with support, and that consistently crashes.

I love the app, how fast the support is, how you can choose the color of your card for free, the atoms points, everything. I suggest that the app could have a modern and new interface, more fresh, more interesting. I know that this is a big work for developers and I appreciate what they did till now.

This is a well structured app for investment. Their customer support on the other hand, is subpar. Not only were their support reps unable to solve my simple problem of finding out what is causing my debit card error (each attendent giving a different explanation). They also came across as uninterested and even rude on the chat. It appears their primary focus is closing protocols rather than solving them. Very unprofessional digital Bank. Won't be trusting them with any investments.

Too many spam notifications. And it misuses Android's notification categories, so it's hard to disable only the spam ones, and not the important ones. There seems to be a menu inside the app to disable specific notifications, but it's very hard to understand (possibly on purpose) which settings will disable the spam notifications.

Pix doesn't work on the app, it fails to generate the qrcode. Moreover, there is no option to copy the pix random keys. So, to use the random key, you must share and then copy. (All we need is just a copy key option). But it gets worst, once you paste the key in another app, it says the key is invalid. So, the app seems to be cool, but the functionalitys doesnt work!

The credit card can't be unlocked, because of a bug with the "lock" switch. The support (it's just a bot) doesn't help at all. Please, support team, help us! That's all a shame, because the app is just so complete! The investments section is almost perfect (the only negative point is that it only work during the daytime - talkin' about buying or selling investments), and the app design is amusing... Also, the dark blue card option is the beautiest c. Card from any e-banks in my country (imo)

The bank is good, but the app presents problems all the time and doesn't work that well because it doesn't load the information most part of the time, I'm not able to contact investments consult, I paid my bild but the app doesn't update my limit. It's hard to understand investments income/results because the app doesn't show it by day or month, it's all mixed and the monthly bild is also confusing.

One of the worst banking apps in the Play Store, maybe just nor worsen than Bradesco/Itaú but close. If you're looking for online banking, go for Inter, Nubank, or Mercado Pago. All three are infinitely better and more trustworthy than this.

Some issue with session management. When the session expires, if you select "Voltar ao início", it asks for fingerprint, validates it, but then nothing happens and you have to log in again. Sometimes session breaks and the app shows no info, but opens the home with all widgets showing errors, you need to force close and open again. Lack some functions, like PDFs for bills and the chat is really bad, there is no notice of new msgs, constantly fail and need to start all over.

App does not work. Tried multiple times, even bought another device because I thought it might have been a problem specific for the android version, but app keeps crashing from second use. When I install it, it works just fine, try to log in again, crash. Reinstall, works fine. Second attempt, crash. Again and again and again. I give up and am closing my account.
