Taking ages for the Account to be verified for new comers. But at the end the problem is solved.

I like it. It would be more nice if you could hide your wallets (piggy banks) so that they don't get in your way and you can't see how much you've saved and you're not tempted to spend that money.

this bank has worse safety right now. I think the bank got security issues and the customer support is not avaible. They just call back after days or hours. the charge back service is bad aswell.

Great banking app. The only things missing are: English language Interface, very important. This will boost the customer base a lot. The 2nd thing is the option to use the Giro card with NFC. This is the only feature I miss very much from my previous Sparkasse Account. They had a joint MasterCard+GiroCard that could be used with NFC.

An English language option would be great. I also think they need to hire better designers for the UX/UI but overall solid app

I liked the C24 bank app. But I wish there is an option to switch to English language for better experience. Now, I have to search for words in a German dictionary or use translator to understand which function does what. It's frustrating sometimes. :( I wish I get English version soon. Fingers crossed. (-1 Star just for English Version, +4 Star for wonderful UX and UI design)

In general I am satisfied with the app: much better than the alternatives available in Germany, convenient and the functionality reach. However with the last update fingerprint login stopped working, it continuously says that the biomedical data has changed and disables itself. Cleaning the cache does not help. Please fix that, and I will update the rating accordingly.

the app itself, i mean the ux - wonderful, the communication with support - disaster. got stuck on veryfying my identity documents, photographed them in the app, sent an email with a scan - no answer. tried to call twice, ended up waiting for 18 mins alltogether with the phone hung up when my turn came. i also cannot identify with post, because the app doesn't let me pass and shows the message "Erneute Verifizierung Ihres Aufenthalttitels notwendig".

The service is not offered in English, but other than that, i can not complain of anything else. Everything works so well, the service, the features, support, etc. is so great that when you look at the competition, you wonder how C24 is even maintaining that level of service for free. My favorite feature is free sub accounts with individual cards and IBANs, and that is how i manage my monthly budget. Anyhow, the best bank i have used until now, i would totally recommend it.

The app language should also be in English otherwise great service, easy and fast transfers but there's a lack of improvement in the UI, it should be intuitive. Also, I feel there should be a much more cashback options which are as of now, very limited. One tip, you should do a case study of Revolut's business model, it'll help you in a long run. Keep it up!

I have fraudulent transactions in my account. There was no 3DS for them. The button to dispute them is not available in the app. I'm trying to reach the support for the second day in a row. There has been no response so far. Poor security, poor service.

The app works perfectly, the only thing that should be better is the offer to change the language, it simply doesn't have that option.

I don't comment usually, but the UI improvements after this update are really nice. Functionality and design are both incorporated well. Why am I not giving 5 stars? --> Language support.

Add the top up by google pay and instantly by selecting attached cards. It's the only functionality why I don't use c24 as my primary bank account.

English could be provided in the App language settings. I read many comments and majority of them prefer this language feature. Overall my experience on opening the account Online was good. If English is released in future App updates I will include 2+ more stars which would make my rating 5 ⭐.

The application works badly. On the s23 ultra, the option to select an account for transfer is not displayed. Support is virtually nonexistent. Too bad.

have to go through a complete new authentication process via ID card and selfie just because I forgot the app pin. Why is it not enough to have the password plus SMS? What's even the purpose of the password if I don't get asked for it?

As a QA Manager I am shocked in a bad way. How can it be even possible in the FinTech company that the app suddenly tells that it's connected to the other device because of the bug? Ok, now the connection of the app and device is re-established, however, i still can not login as my passport could not be scanned and once the session was closed i get the message that the identification was not complete and needs to be repeated. Have nothing against... But the button to repeat does Nothing.
