The service is good, but when needed, the bike is not available in an emergency. And the rate is a little higher than that driver. But the rate is not there, but the service is not available whenever I try to book a bike. So again and again it cancels the driver accepts but doesn't move and cancels. And the drivers do a lot of bargaining. This needs to be fixed a bit. I hope the bikeya apps guys improve their service. Will definitely try

Rates and riders are pretty good, but I really wish that Bykea makes sure that the riders maintain their motorbikes. 2-3/10 times you come across a rider whose bike doesn't have a footrest and/or their seat is crooked, which makes the ride extremely uncomfortable.

Your app is fine but customer care service sucks, I have sent multiple emails regarding receipts (as the app only shows history of past two weeks), and still haven't received the required details.

Booked a ride for bahria enclave rider stopped 8km away from location when asked he showed me his mobile, bykea was showing my drop off location 8km away, asked him to put the drop off in google map manually and had to pay him double the fare

Worst app, whenever I tried to book a ride or ask to bring something from a shop it always take more than 1 hour ,I repeat 1 hour late everytime, this worst app make me delay and wait and when I complain nothing gets in favour of me , even ryt now I booked something from a shop which is 2 km away from my location, the rider has taken more than 1 hour . I will recommend not to use this app

This app ask me for increasing prices after increased it says again to increase and because of this app I faced so much difficulties and even they blocked me for two hours because I was cancelling the ride to start new one because of their riders

Can't get code via SMS tried many times and using different numbers. Useless app and more useless team here. They want to us email instead of reading issue here and fix it. Such a useless support shame on you

Bykea is worst ever application I have ever used I got scammed by their rider 2 times previously my hard earnings were snatched by their rider but bykea didn't helped me with any action! I will never ever recommend anyone to book bykea use any alternate InDrive careem or Yango but never prefer this worst application with worst software and customer care

Very unprofessional rider first he ended ride himself wrongly and then start new ride and charged both ride fare .. because of sunny and hot day I didn't resist and reach home as soon as possible but he charged double amount ..and when I talked with chat support they didn't solve my issue ....very unprofessional people and service never recommend this anymore....

This app doesn't work without allowing it Notification permission and when you allow Notification permission, it will bombard you with irrelevant push notifications eash day. This makes the app useless to me. Deleting it immediately...

worst experience bykea rider are so great at it not arriving sice 2:42 and now when I am commenting it's 3:18 I have uninstalled application all of you who's downloading this app don't use it because I have called 2 time customer support and they also are very greatest worst at it in not cancelling or completing the ride so I can ride another one because of ride has started and I am not in the ride the cancel or ride again option disappear worst worst worst app should be illegal to behave like

There is a bug in the app that prevents me from booking a ride. Every time I try, it asks me to rate my last ride. Even after I rate it, it says 'wait for rider review.' I'm stuck in this loop and can't book another ride

overall this app is very good but try to improve your system, lots of time your rider get wrong directions and its difficult to guide them the accurate place where it's located.

This is a very grave issue that I've faced twice. The rider sends the fare offer of "330" but as soon I accept it, it becomes "349" or "360". Please fix this bug ASAP because I've been at lost due to this stupid bug.

Still havenot gotten my refund, took their carpool monthly service for 1 month driver was late most of the time and was absent on alot of days I was told that I will be refunded for the absent days still havenot heard anything and not even one of their team member replys or picks up calls. my service ended on july 4th still nothing, not even sure how can I get this resolved and their app has lots of glitchs changes your location request and is more expensive rates as compared to othesimilar apps

Absolute worst experience ever. Unfortunately tried the "carpool service". They called and cared for advance payment way before time. After that, they don't care if the promised service is provided or not. They cut extra money and provide no explanation. They don't respond to complaints, calls, queries. They don't care about service, only filling their pockets. I wish I had never fallen for this scam. Such a nightmare

This app needs a major update. The first thing is that please improve location search bar's efficiency it takes a lot of time to load the location's name that is searching. The fare we demanded is in little bit good range but the driver demanded too high fare and some times there is no driver to pick up the ride.

I do have some terrible experience with delivery options. First two bykea reached at the location. Second I added the number of recipient but it didn't showed on bykea partners phone. Third when I did bykea the screen still says searching for a partner when in fact the bykea partner was matched and he called me and I have to cancel him anyway because his details are not showing. Fourth when the ride was completed the drop off address showed completely different. Pls fix the problem asap.

App interface is poorly designed, including difficulty in selecting the pickup and drop off locations and unsolicited ad popups. Driver quality widely varies: some are good but others cancel after you wait patiently for them or fail to come to the correct location. One driver ran out of gas halfway through the ride, so I had to walk on the highway to get to my destination.
