I have been using Bybit for numerous P2P transactions and have found the platform very user-friendly. However, my bank account has recently been frozen, and the bank is asking for invoices related to the sale and purchase of crypto. I am writing to request assistance from the Bybit team. Is there a way to obtain invoices for P2P transactions? If such invoices are available, it would greatly help in resolving my current situation with the bank. It is either all Bybit workers are rude or they're bots. I don't understand why I've made a complaint about a failed deposit for the past two weeks and have not been attended to. I've used every medium possible, yet no response. Telegram, email, Twitter. I've not had this kind of issues with the other exchange I'm using. You have to do better

Amazing app, easy to download and open, but the verification process gives one headaches. I get redirected to the homepage every time I'm done capturing my ID card or entering my BVN details, once I tap CONTINUE, I'm taken back to the homepage where I have start all over again. I'm about losing my coins cos of not being verified. Please fix this immediately and I promise to come back and give a better review.

Definitely one of the best crypto exchange platforms in the world. Layout is very simple and clean. Customer support is always there to assist you. They won't leave u cold. Unlike Binance. KYC approval is also very fast (as long as you follow instructions given). P2P is very safe as well. Will definately recommend everyone who is into crypto. And not to forget they have a crypto debit card as well.

I've tried two different email accounts, none is working. Verifying my account has been a big war. As a new user, the experience is not a good one. No customer care to complain to, no good solution to my problem. Everyone that tried helping me out are tired already. Why is mine this difficult? I heard that this is the best trading app before i went for it. But im seing a different thing now.

This app is just a scam right now. So easy to deposit money but to withdraw is war. I have been trying to withdraw for the past 4days, they use Google authenticator to hold you to ransom then customer service does not just connect one bit from the app. Be very very careful with this app. I use to be impressed by them but no more!

I am extremely disappointed with Bybit. The airdrop page is riddled with errors, making it nearly impossible to complete tasks. On top of that, the prices listed on Bybit often differ from those on other major exchanges, causing confusion and potential financial losses.The customer service is atrocious, with slow response times and unhelpful, generic replies that do not address the actual issues.
