-Buy package and pay via Virtual account. -App crash as always. -Open the app and see payment pending. -Tap to see details. -App crash. -Tried to contact CS in app. -Must wait 1 hour. -Sent email. -No reply. And until now, I haven't received my package I bought, but lost the money and they still haven't reply my email.

Used to be usable, now this app becomes ugh i hate it so much! "SoMeTHinG wEnT WrOnG" well it DOES wrong. I already purchased the package data and the provider I purchased from said the transaction succeed but when I checked to this app it said transaction failed and it kept refreshing and failing to reload. So many reviews has the same exact problem as mine, if you are a professional you should take this issue REALLY seriously and make sure you are WORKING on it. Fix. The. App.

I'm a gamer, so I need stable connection. And I don't recommend you guys to use this poor thing. Its been a week, I always lost the connection at 8:40 PM, where the event is going on in a game I played. I always being a burden to my team because I always DC. Thanks to you now they kicked me from the team.

This provider is the best. But I don't know, the application is worse (in my phone at least). It happen when the content is loading. The application become extremely slow.

Good as second sim card, used on outside home. Byu app is insane used 2.45 GB of internal storage, that insane for this kind of app! Please fix this bug!

Unnecessarily large app size, it's 13 gb!! They should make a lite version, I just use it to buy monthly quota no need for all this extra bloat.

Its so funny and stupid, the price of the data is competitive with others, watching youtube on 720p no prob, watching twitch 480p noprob, email, whatsapp, instagram, tiktok all good. But when i want to repurchase the data on the app its stuck on the loading screen LMAO its optimized for other websites but not on your own. Pls just redesign the app completely, use light local based app resources instead, not heavy to load web based like now. The app is the problem not the network you imbicle

Why your connection is so bad even I'm purchasing the most highly price, u guys have. Did u guys didn't think about costumers? I have using byu for a long time, and past 2 years connection you guys have so sucks. I think I might change to another provider if this problem u guys didn't gonna fix in as soon as possible.

I can't register. I had written down NIK and KK number, but when I tried to proceed there was error notification I noticed there was a small button next to NIK form where I was directed to scan my ID. But there is no capture button so I can't scan my ID. Please help

It keep saying location permissions has denied. But i already make it allowed all the time! Your app is not optimized enough for low end devices and there is still delay before the menu respond after you click on things. Affordable internet package indeed. EDIT : Alright, the app now use less memory and load a bit faster than before. But still slow respond on click. You can do better i believe!

I had such an annoying trouble when logging in but the ig admin kindly suggests some helps. I have tried them yet none seemed to work. Suddenly it's ok now (?) turns out logging in while using wifi seemed to not work? Idk, usually it's not like that, but it worked once I change back to mobile data. I imagine it would be very troublesome if I don't have any mobile data left, luckily I do. You might want to look into it 🙏.

EDIT 2: Unnecessary notification with loud and annoying sound to accompany it. And no way to turn them off too! What a great combo. EDIT: Seems like they've fixed the problem. So, this gets a recommendation for me! Original review: Great app! Although please tell the user if this app needs to be always up-to-date, and also tell the user if you can't access the app with the outdated app.

It is actually a decent application. But, there are some problems that concern me. 1. The internet is superrrr slow at night time (7 pm and above). 2. The notification is too loud. Simple tune or just simple "DING!" is better. 3. User Experience still can be improved. Like when we wnat to change the address to be more specific aftet we choose payment method (but haven't paid yet). I cannot do that.
