I constantly receive a system notification from the phone that there is a bug and an app keeps closing. The search of start stop location works especially bad. One of the worst app I have ever used. switched to db navigator to buy tickets

Main reason for 1 star is that my ticket is only available with a network connection, resulting in many times where I've been given a fine for riding the S-Bahn "without a ticket" only because it has failed to load in the app. This is especially the case on my route to work where there are consistently sections of the rail network where there is never any internet connection (S41 Hermannstraße to Tempelhof). Please fix this!!!

das ist eine scam App, don't download it!!! and connect it to your monthly card or day card or whatever!!! be aware!! it's will let you get fine 60€ because every time you need to put email and password and this take time, and the app deleted your saved password immediately, so you get fine just because you take time long it, it's designed to let you get you trapped. just use physical card ( normal card )

What is wrong with your ticket app??? I have been unable to login in via the app for 2 days now. I can log in via the web but get an error message on the app saying I'm "not logged in". I have a monthly ticket I purchased on the app I can't access, therefore I can't ride the train unless I purchase a new physical ticket. This is unacceptable! Since I can't utilize the service, I will need to dispute the ticket I paid for (76.80€) with my bank 😔

I don't expect much from a transport ticket app and this fails to deliver. Purchases always cause a freeze, and trying to purchase tickets leads me to the "redeem ticket option", with no apparent way to change it? Please hire some interns to stress test the app or something. It's highly non intuitive for first time use.

first use, got stuck, charged twice. just get physical tickets that I can buy with cards please on your tram. at this price point for public transport you can afford to have more options than coins or a buggy application. got refunded, great customer service, unfortunately this doesn't change the fact that the app froze upon purchase

As a Tourist its not really useful unless you speak German. I assumed there would be a way of setting it to EN but apparently not

Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse... with every update the bvg doesn't disappoint in showing you how bad their developers are. Now the app crashes every two minutes, doesn't give the user access to the ticket wallet, refuses to let you decide on the departure location... come on, bvg... get it together!

They changed their password requirements, and I went to set up a new one. it's registered and working on the homepage, but all I get here in the app is "An Error has occurred". I sent the error to their support, but they answered that they don't find my email in the accounts. this makes this app WORTHLESS.

Can't select departure station by name, when location is off. Edit 1: And now it's not possible to buy a ticket. Don't you want to make money with it? I even reinstalled the app, app confirms the purchase, but no ticket shows up Edit 2: Apparently you can't purchase a ticket via Google Pay with American Express. There is no indication in the app though, since it shows a ticket bought notification without a purchase showing up. Bad user experience

When it works it's good but the glitches happen all the time and are very slow to repair. For example, I'm currently unable to select a departure station, so am unable to redeem or purchase any tickets - making the app completely useless! I just had to get off the train to buy a ticket from a machine, so technology isn't winning today. Improvements to the UX overall seem to be invisible as the app's ability to identify your location to select the correct station has never worked properly.

How is everything in the app on English, EXCEPT the most important part which is the tickets? Some I can make sense of like "Einzelfahrausweis | 2 hours without return". Others I have no clue what means like "Anschlussfahrausweis | For Berlin A or C" what is A or C? Nothing more about it in the apo. There's also "4-Fahrten-Karte | Spare bis zu 23%" Amazing, I save some money I guess, but what is the ticket? Mind-blowing how they have not done a better job at translating.

The UX might be much better: when you re-open the app, having an active ticket, it navigates you on a Purchase screen instead of the Tickets screen, as well as you can't anyhow know that you have an active ticket unless you go to the Tickets screen by yourself. Apps should simplify our life, but not this one - this one just force you to train your memory 🤓

I really like the app. However, it seems tricky to get invoices if you're not signed up to get them emailed to you after every purchase. I'm trying to get invoices retroactively and according to the BVG website, I can do that via the app. But the instructions on on just website just don't match what is on the app display. Does anyone know if I can actually get the invoices online/through the app? That would be really great.

So, it's my second time using the application. The first time went well and it was seamless. The next time I attempt to use it is during peak traffic time during the day and the entire authentication system is down. I usually board the train and immediately purchase a ticket. This time, nothing worked. A ticket clerk asked me for my ticket and I tried describing the situation. She made me get off the tram, then pay the ticket, and then dispute the charge. Insane.

Very useful compared to buying the physical ticket most of the time, especially when I have the monthly ticket, I am less likely to forget the ticket if its on my phone. But the problem is the loading time and purchasing has too many kinks. Sometimes it takes over 10 to 15min to complete a purchase, making me miss my ride out of fear of getting a ticket because the app does not work. I would work on making the process smoother and better explanation to the rules of each tickets.

The tickets in the app are only valid when presented alongside your passport!!! They require everyone's email address, just to buy a ticket, and the ticket is also not immediately valid, you have to wait a couple minutes (it has a countdown...). Neither of these issues exist for physical tickets, so i guess I'm done with this predatory app that only serves to collect personal data for BVG and help controllers catch paying customers on a technicality they can't control.

I cannot sign in for the life of me. The app takes me to a browser page and I can log in just fine, but the app doesn't register the login. So when the browser window closes and I get sent back to the app, it's like the whole login process never happened. I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing the storage and cache on my phone, restarting my phone, toggling my browser settings. The whole situation has been infuriating. Update: I tried going through GoogleChrome. Still can't log in.

They don't care to warn you about it: your ticket starts the counter immediately after you buy it! so you can't buy the ticket in advance - it will expire. I had to purchase another ticket. Also their interface is very uninformative and not helpful. You can't just indicate From-To stations, you need to figure out by yourself which zones they're in. And it says "Inputs are still missing" when the actual problem is the wrong zone indicated.
