Your workouts are really good and they work really well. They are perfect and I love it. And I like how it like hurts in it Burns. Well, it doesn't hurt it Burns. It feels good. Was SUCH a great way to add an extra boost onto my daily workouts. I loved hitting glutes every day. Went to use the app again today and now it's making me pay. HA! As IF I would pay for an AI generated voice that doesnt even train you. Uninstalled!!!

I downloaded this app a while back and never used it. I decided since I been on a self care journey to finally try it out and it was cool. I won't lie and say the exercises are easy because they aren't but they are beginner friendly. I completed my first workout today and thinking of adding more to the routine. I should've done this a long time ago. I'm also physically disabled (legs aren't normal) and this was pretty easy given the fact that I have mobility issues. I will continue to use!

Luv it! It's what you make it of course. There are ads, but none that disrupt you in the middle of your workout. The coach is great and assists you with accurately performing the exercises. I also like how there are reminders you can set to motivate you to exercise on thise lazy days and there's also rest and recovery days for your muscles and body.

I have to say this was the first time i've ever done and finished a 30 day workout program there were a few things missing in my app maybe before bug was fixed.. Overall great workout love the extra excercises you can do on top of the workout💗💪 I feel great!! I am sad that once finished it doesnt continue to a harder version. Thank you

Literally started seeing a difference in my butt just after 3 days of using this. And they not only have buttocks excircise, but also many other different excircises for different body parts you want to target. The voice over and the animated coach makes it really easy to stay on track during my excircises and stay with the flow of the coach so I know I'm not going too fast or too slow. It helps you stay on a steady paste, also it keeps track of your excircises and your progress your making👍🍑

Best workout app I've used! I seen major results in just 30 days with the saddlebag workout! It links with Google fit and has short effective exercises so it's great for beginners. It tracks progress and reminds yu when to workout. My favorite feature is the extra workout sections and that it explains how to correctly do the exercise so we'll. They really did their thing with this one.

Simple design. Extremely user friendly. Love the video links for the exercises are unsure of and the tips that are given to help add difficulty or diet improvements. Graphs easy to understand so you know your progress and you will see progress. Results are guarantee. Love app so much would downloaded any app from this developer (& do!!) Whatever they're doing, keep it up. I tell everyone who will listen or follows my Facebook. Word of mouth is powerful thing and priceless when have good product.

This is my second time coming back to this app due to moving constantly and not being able to always have a gym and honestly I love it. You do see the results but you HAVE TO BE CONSTANT with it. Just like working out in general. You won't see progress unless it's done consecutively. And this is good for new people that want to work out. You can take these exercises to the gym or anywhere really. It's great!

There are additional workouts you can choose, the tips are amazing, it tracks everything so well, and there are so many levels of experience! Love it. It is so much fun to use especially if you feel uncomfortable with your body . For me this app is teaching me that no matter how, or what your body looks like believe in yourself and keep moving. This app also gives you an idea of what you can add into you daily, weekly ,or monthly workout. I have also found other apps that have daily work out routine like for any extra wate you want to lose or if you just want to stay fit apps like these are perfect to use. Keep pushing to do whatever.

It's definitely a good way to keep you motivated and keep track of your progress. I also like that there's other exercises combined with this app if you want to focus on other targets on your body, as well as daily tips for better results. I took one star off, because for some reason I wasn't able to get 100% after finishing my 30 days. I was stuck at 96% for some reason. I'm gonna assume once "finished", you restart the progress on your own, which stinks. Still awesome app

the layout of this app is amazing, the vocal coaching is great, the visual aids are awesome. The only complaint I have is The exercises just aren't challenging enough. I have absolutely zero experience in fitness/exercising and to be quite honest I'm about 30lbs over weight & have a very low activity level overall, yet these exercises don't challenge me.. Give us the option to choose the ' Intensity Level' of our workouts.. like Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced! Other than that, its GREAT!

Love this super quick and easy to follow work out app. It's got everything you could possibly need from videos to help you understand how to work out, breaks built-in that you can adjust, and multiple work outs that keep you entertained without being too repetitive. My favorite part is it only takes a few mins every day and you instantly feel results.
