trying to sign in for the first time and it keeps telling me to type in the security code displayed on the token device, which is clearly not visible to me.

It simply doesn't work. U put in log in and codes and it just goes back to the login screen

One time pin Keyboard is not working after last update of the app. Cannot log in.

I cannot login in. It says my credentials are incorrect. I am using the same credentials that I use when logging into Business Online on my laptop. Is the username the same as operator ID?

Terrible, i called the call centre 2 times still not assisted. Keeps saying incorrect login details yet they are exactly the same as the one i use on my desktop

Can't log into the app. Says incorrect password but password works on desktop app. No contact info when pressing telephone icon.

I am unable to log in with the username, password that I use on the desktop version. When I enter the token pin, the app says my password is incorrect.

I can not log into the mobile app after signing in. It keeps asking for a security token that is not being sent to my phone. This app is not working at all!

I am not able to download app to my phone, after I deleted the old app which were no longer compatible with my phone. I need the app to make payments. People at Bank not able to help. Online service also not able to help.

Absolute junk. How is it possible that something as critical as banking can have such a shameful app. It won't even let me login with the credentials I use a dozen times a day. How are your clients meant to trust Standard Bank if this is all they can come up with.

Terrible quality. What happened to testing it? how can this app be considered the quality needed for a BANKING app, for your BUSINESS accounts?? I have a token, so i didnt get confused/stuck like the other users reviews. Thought i would hence I would be ok. Installed the app, on android 11, fully updated. 3 "unexpected errors' typing in the token number. crash and restart. 1 more "unexpected error". Cannot press the login/ok button. 3rd time lucky? nope. can input token and press ok, but doesnt login, i think it returned some other error. If its that good, on the back of the terrible usability and interface of circa 2009/dinosaur??? Java based BOL which I am other wise forced to use, I give up. THIS THING IS AN UNTESTED DOG. oh, I so wish i could move to fnb (easily)....

This app was working just fine until the last upgrade. Crashes and closes as soon as you enter your details, including token number. Terrible inconvenience and I see that this is a RECURRING issue that has been brought up here before. Not fixed by clearing cache or reinstalling, which is what you keep telling me to do. FIX THIS.

Terrible technical issues. Quality assurance not guaranteed. The app will stop working or even it fails to start. Very boring
