Exceptional!! I have used this for a while with no problems or issues. Upgrading is optional and not forced. The upgrade offers additional features which may be best for business owners or executive use. I like that It's free and easy to use. Plus you can organize by color and view several Google or other calendars in one. Notification reminders always work if you set them. Very pleased with this app!!

The calendar at one time would notify you of meetings and appointments. It no longer provides phone notifications and only email notifications. It suddenly stopped and I missed some serious meetings until I realized the problem with the app. I have sent in a feedback email and the owner has ignored. This time to move to another calendar app.

Fantastic, easy to use app. I especially like the agenda view and its compact format that allows me to see all the info for each event. I like it much better than the newer version! After using this for a few years now I don't understand why they consider the newer version an "upgrade"??...never have liked the new design...

I found this app many years ago and found that the free version provided me with what I needed. There were ads, but no big deal . Now the ads interfere with the usage and productivity of the app , at one time I was going to upgrade by paying, but glad I didn't because it seems that even the paid version has ads? I need to find a new calendar app as I am tired is using this app.

I used to like this app, but recently they have included 30 second adds after every event that I add to my calendar. I don't have 30 seconds to wait in some cases when I'm trying to enter information for multiple events. These adds are annoyingly long and won't let you close out of them until they are finished. Please go back to 5 second adds.

This is the BEST APP for integrating calendars. I have outlook (work) and Google (personal) and it's AWESOME!! It's only missing one thing. Would you ever consider adding the ability to READ the calendar appointments as opposed to notifications? That would be AWESOME. As well as an adding an alarm feature that could read them all for the day. Great way to start the day. I would literally pay year for that ability. Even annually.

Was the greatest calendar app, but the new ads are annoying and the app permissions (ability to access contacts, precise location, phone status and see who is calling you, full access to the file system /storage, plus others...) coupled with the 3rd parties they sell that data to is beyond reasonable. Think about it. By using this app you're giving about 100 companies (look at the list in permissions) the ability to know exactly where you are, what's on your device, your contacts and call info.

Recently refuses to show any event after October in my monthly calendar. And in my daily calendar does not go beyond more than a week. There is a bug in the app. This happened after I started having trouble with deleting one event in a series of repeated weekly events. It refused to delete. So I went to the first event in the series to delete them all and enter them individually. When I deleted that one event, everything after October in the monthly view went missing. I'm super sad. This was an amazing app until yesterday.

Downgrading to 1 star. The full screen massive ads (e.g. of casinos and slot machines?!) that started a few weeks ago are like a kick to the front of your knees in the moments that matter most. A client asks you for availability and then all of a sudden the ad takes over your screen (and plays full blast volume) and there's zero way to press the back button or disable it. It is like malware. No warning from the company that this would be happening.

I LOVE this calendar app. It's easy to use; easy to see mine and my 3 children's color-coded separate schedules on one screen in Full Month view. I love the place to type notes such as addresses or items I need to remember to bring for certain activities. I love that I can set an activity as recurring and delete just one at a time if need be due to a cancellation or whatever. I love that it syncs with Google so that if my phone is lost, damaged, changed, I can get into Google and see everything.

I used to love this calendar and used it for many years. However, over the last month I constantly keep losing new entries and repeating entries. Sometimes lost entries will reappear every few days and then they are gone again. Not to mention that when I am using the calendar large ads constantly pop up and take over phone screen. I don't know what changes were made to the most recent update but this calendar app is no longer reliable or of use. Time to find a new calendar app.😥

I try to look at my calendar quickly because I'm in the middle of something and an ad overtakes my screen. I can't click out of it. If I accidentally click on the ad it downloads an app automatically. There's no way for me to stop it once it begins downloading. I have to go on google play to locate the app and uninstall it. This has happened to me several times. If you have to show ads that's fine but these are more then just standard ads. Its unnecessary.

Was great, now just annoying I used to love this app. The ads were unobtrusive and out of the way - and then they added pop-ups - they randomly open when you're in the middle of doing something, and you canNOT do anything else until you've watched it - oh, and hopefully you're not in a quiet area when they start, because they are LOUD, and having your phone on vibrate has no effect. We had a good run, though...

Ads are an understandable exchange for free access to commercial software. Full-screen timed ads that block basic functionality when you're doing something important is too much. Ads that actively try to trick you when you try to close them or by appearing right as you were about to do something else is just plain abusive. As is abandoning a for-pay app just to make a second one that does the exact same thing, and is of course a new separate purchase. After 12 years it's time to go.

This app has been my number one app for 4 or 5 years. But the ads have grown more intrusive every year. Now it to the point where they pop up every time you add an event to the calendar and takes over your whole screen with loud obnoxious music, etc. I am 100% done with this app and will be searching for a replacement as soon as I'm finished with this review. I also noticed that I don't get notified about my events anymore. Not sure what's that about. There is no iOS version to sync with my iPad

I was rather upset when an update took away the sound notification (for free app) but with most recent update, final straw has been placed. Someone gives you an address for meeting and when you go to put it in your calendar a full length, obnoxiously loud, non targeted ad pops up that you can't get around. The only thing I remember is to not download whatever app is being advertised... address forgotten. Make sure you delete cache and data before uninstalling, which is my next step.

OBNOXIOUS, OBNOXIOUS, OBNOXIOUS. I've used this app for years, and suddenly there are LOUD, OBNOXIOUS ads that pop up. I can't shut them up and get out of them by pressing Back or Home. Ads are annoying, but if you're going to have them, at least have silent ones that we can get out of. I also don't like how lately I can't edit "only this event" on a lot of recurring events. It's been fine for years, but suddenly it has issues.

Used to love this app and recommended it to others. Not sure why you would change this BASIC feature: if I had a recurring calendar entry, I could edit just one week or the entire series. Now I can't do that - I can only edit the entire series even if I only need to change the meeting for one particular week. That's a deal breaker for me. Also if anyone is still paying attention, the popup ads are toooo long. I get it's a free app, but the length of the ads is ridiculous and they don't go away

Useless. RUINED. Its a high productivity app. Or was. The multitude of ads, make it not productive. Im always adding and changing things on here, but can not waste the time talking to someone, scheduling somethung, and waiting for the ads. FWIW, My old review was this "One of my favorite apps. I have been using it for years. It makes my phone experience so much better. I consider it one of the very few must have apps I tell everyone to get if they have an android."

Edit: Used to love this app. But the shared Yahoo calendar from a family member no longer updates to this app, even though the Google calendar it's synced to shows changes. The widget no longer auto updates, even with battery optimization turned off. I keep coming back to this app, despite small issues. The interface is really well-thought out, and has tons of options. I would like the ability to hide individual events from shared/subscribed calendars.
