It's worst then any app .I ordered burgers from this app to try if the app is worth it or not. I didn't get my order but thy were showing it's received , i called many time to delivery guy and the burger king's number which was mentioned in inbox when I placed the order. I got no response , money was already paid without receiving order .pls don't order anything here it's fake there is no where to put complaint on .

Worst Service Ever!! I had ordered from Burger King Pune last night i had to wait for more than 2 hours, i contacted the given contacts but no response i raised complaint on the app about the delivery so late. At last my order was marked delivered but i didn't know whom they had delivered. Even after raising complaint , i didn't get refund. The Burger King has lowered their standard to all time low, doing these cheaps things.

DON'T USE THIS APP!!!!! ITS A FAKE APP I have placed an order 1.5 hrs ago and it is not even prepared yet. Restaurant number that is given is switched off since then and there is absolutely no suppert provided from anywhere. I tried all contact numbers available on the net and all the emails. My money is gone for good.

What is the use of ordering in official app when a paid order needs 3 hours to deliver. Do not have a option of cancel as well. This is not the right way of delivery. People waiting for food to eat and will not get the order on time. Worst ever experience.

Well the app itself is not working whenever I try to place an order, it keeps on loading, even their employees do it know what is wrong with this app, it keeps on loadinf even if place am order and try to put my mobile nber Or try to login, worst app ever from such a huge brand, they are losing many customers due to the se issue and also did not try to resolve it, may be that's why mcd is better than them in taking orders at least

Worst App you can find. It is one of the biggest fraud. Have ordered on 3rd April 2024. App status kept showing order is ready to pick up. After 3 hrs at night 11 pm it started showing order picked up and about to reach. Now it is 17 days later, no word from them. Order not delivered. No refund given. They don't have customer care number. Restaurent will never pick your calls. Have written mails dozen times.No one listens. This was not expected from an MNC operating in India and doing scam

Worst experience ever...I placed the order through app. It was not delivered and in app it was showing as order is ready to be delivered. I waited for 2 hours, I was not able to call the restaurant, mobile was switched off. I am not able to chat also. Worst experience I ever had. It was very disappointing with this service. Even I raised complaint to the customer care but no response

Frustratingly slow. Upfront gimmick, store does not have any offer. Only app has unbelievable offer. App is frustratingly slow wasted atleast 30 minutes, so I decided to order in the store counter instead.

Very very poor service.Its better not to use this app for ordering food pathetic they take 2 hour to deliver the food if you want to eat soggy fries and cold burger than only order from this app and they will even send you half uncooked food or burnt overcooked food and they will not provide you solution because they don't have customer support available and if you raised ticket they never contact you back

Consumers are discriminated against. After placing the order, suddenly the item is replaced by saying that it is not there.. and the same item is given to other customers.😡🤬 (Tapwan ceircal) I sat there and saw that some customers like me were not happy with the wrong service. Your brand is very popular and best.. so it is necessary to pay attention to this matter.. so that customer trust remains intact.

Application UI is okay, but API calls delays makes app unusable, almost took more than 1 min to load cart page, menu page is also lagging majorly, Which makes me lost the trust that my order will get placed. Need major improvement from server side I guess.

This app need rectification as it's extremely dummy, I am not able to login to my account associated with mobile number into this application,,it's extremely disappointing as the application is not technically sound. crowns of BK get lost if applied during any order via application,coins once applied in any order, regular or big order,can't be reinstated back to the crown icon,if by mistake,crowns are forgotten to be applied or if deleted from cart, during order via app., they are lost to space.

This happened with me now for the third time. I placed an order and at that time it was shown that food will be delivered in 30-45 mins but I got it after 1 hour 40 mins. Too much disappointed with this app. You better order it from swiggy or zomato rather than ordering it from this useless app.

This app used to be good. Now it unusable almost as if Burger King doesn't want it's app to be used. Unresponsive UI, item added multiple times. I was about to order but I came back to check and others are mentioning transaction and refund issues. I would rather stay away.

Everything is just so bad. The app, the server, the customer service, and the employees. They even sell burgers without tomatoes because, according to them, they can't find good quality ones! The app lags all the time, causing my transactions to fail. I tried to get a refund, but no luck. Employees don't come to serve you attable, they forget and mess up your order, often accusing each other what's this. Some combos when you try to order them, it says can't because there a rush at your region.

Very Poor service. Once I ordered with crowns but at the outlet online orders were not coming and I didn't had much time so I went and there was no option to cancel the order after some hours I checked the app, it was showing that I had picked the order I tried to contact coustomer care but it didn't work at all. Very poor experience with Burger King.

I have 840 points, after that I have placed an order at least 4 to 5 times, but I didn't receive any message about the points on the app, which is almost a scam. It has been happening for almost 3 months now, I will have to uninstall the app and stop going to the outlet as well.

Just like many other reviews I faced the same issue. The app does not allow to select store. My order went to a different store. When i tried to contact them the phone was switched off, probably incorrect number. The customer care is non existent. Worst and poorly designed. Dispite reviews dev dont seem to be intrested in fixing the issues.
