I thought the update would fix the offer issue, but it's still there. Sometimes, it greys out when changing stores, and you have to manually remove and add the menu items/ offer. Do I have to add the items first before the offer, always? (With a bit of clarification that I sometimes use the redemption offer codes) I don't know if it's normal or if it's just one aspect of the offers. It's a bit tedious when you want to be quick.

Works decent when it decides to work. Went to redeem an offer code and when I got to the drive through to order, the app displayed 'refresh' where the code was supposed to be and no matter how many times I hit refresh, nothing changed. Even force closed the app cleared the cash and it still wouldn't work. Verify my data connection was working and it was fine for other apps. Sucks that I went to BK specifically for the deal on the app and to not be able to get it.

This app and its communication with the locations needs massive overhauling. More times than not, you give the code and the window employees have no idea what to do with. They'll enter it, it'll show as being submitted but then they'll have to go in and figure out how to give the discount manually because the thing isn't ringing up on its own. Shouldn't be this complicated to get the app and the in store registers on the same page.

Tried making an order, told me an item was unavailable BUT IT DOESN'T SAY WHICH ONE IS UNAVAILABLE. I've changed my items and even more items are unavailable. What?! This company makes billions of dollars and yet they can't make make an app with common sense not to mention have items in supply. If items are not available they should show before I even add it to the cart. At this point, I'm better off just going there and ordering instead of this garbage app.

Tried again... location seems to now work. However, I absolutly despise apps that refuse to show you the menu because they're closed! I know you're closed! I know you're not taking orders! I still want to see menu. How about disabling order button when closed instead of entire menu?????? Deleting this app. Impossible to use. When searching for a location, it tells me to turn on location sharing and sends me to my device settings.

I searched for a specialty whopper and it was not anywhere on the app, but it was available and heavily advertised in the restaurant. The app also wouldn't let me order anything but the "have-sies" as a side for a kid's meal. Customizing burgers is clunky and unintuitive, with separate menus for some items. Just let me order what I want. Will not use the app again.

It nags you to update if it needs one. Every time you touch a button the update screen pops up.I hit back button to remove it (there is no "X" button. Then it pops up again when you touch the screen again. It took so way to long to put in order. I don't like to updare apps when I am sitting in a parking lot trying to put in an order and use data. I would have gone to little Ceasars but my wife wanted a certain item. Man, I would be first to delete this if it happens again.

I accepted an offer for "Whopper or impossible whopper". I was never allowed to choose between the two. I tried the built in help, but the app created overlapping pop ups, so I could not read all the instructions. I called the phone number to talk directly, but both numbers privided are no longer in service. That was a nightmare experience, and now I must cross my fingers and hope I get something I can eat.

The app is all over the place and disorienting to use. There are redundant deals and many have just become $20+ family deals. I do appreciate being able to give a code instead of holding my phone out of a car window. My biggest issue with Burger King's app is the rewards system. It pays out a hilariously low amount per dollar and they regularly expire. They don't have to. There's no rewards points regulations. They're not going bad. Burger King is removing them. Why bother earning them at all?

There's nothing like changing how your app functions and not bothering to make sure the new way works. Instead of ordering for service at a particular time, the app now says, "Your order is saved!" No. It's not. If your phone screen turns off, the app will sometimes forget your order. If it was "saved" then it could obviously check for your saved order even if you completely left the app and came back. No saving, just the tediousness of having to reenter your order. Don't ask for info. Fix it.

I recently started using all the fast food apps for the stores I frequent. Burger King stands parallel on my list with Jack In The Box in terms of app functionality, offer, point, and deal value. I have feedback. The survey code provided on receipts is isolated on the front of the receipt with no accompanying instructions. I was shown by staff that the instructions and website are located on the back. I think most people who want to do the survey likely give up before learning where to go.

I really like the app. As a guy who doesn't have a ton of income right now, getting deals, coupons and free stuff with points is awesome. Not every fast food app does it but one huge plus with BK is that most coupons can be used in person without having to order online, allowing you to pay on cash with coupon discounts. most other apps only work when you pay with your card online ahead of time.

The app keeps telling me my cards are invalid. I've tried 3 different cards, all of which I KNOW have plenty of funds on them. I updated the app thinking that was the problem, but no change. It shows me the same error message. I was unable to get my crown perks for my purchase, I couldn't get the online deal I was trying to redeem by using the app, and I had to go in the store to order which was PACKED, to make it worse, my food was wrong. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HAVE IT MY WAY!👎

I love the special deals and rewards. The food is fresh and good! Employees are always helpful, friendly, and work quickly. The only two things I don't like at this location are that the drive thru is hard to maneuver , and exiting onto the side street is always busy (because of Wal-Mart and other businesses)! But they're at a good location for me.

Ordered from the app, a delivery to a friend's house. They never got the order, so I try to contact Help, only to find that you can't get in contact with Customer service anymore as they've removed that service. Now you have to go through the help app, which is a bot service. If I could rate zero stars I would.... And still no refund given yet....

I used this app frequently in the past with no issues, but since redownloading the app a few months ago, I am unable to bring up a QR code to order at the store. The app has me signed in (I can see my account information and can click logout), but not signed in (it still has a sign-in/login button in the top right) at the same time. The app is useless until there's a fix for this issue!

It only works when it wants to. It works when im at home, and I reset the app like 5 times . Then, when I try to order a quick bite while I'm at work, this app spins its wheels the whole 60 minutes of my break . I have been left starving from just trying to get a digital coupon and a quick bite!!! I don't like it .

Good, but for being "Your way" customization is limited. There is no selection for Light on produce options (only None, Regular, Extra) and no option to choose different sauce combination such as the Stacker and Royal or even Swiss cheese instead of American. There is also no option for easy ice for drink selection. Some items not available for delivery. Support assistant tried to credits less than missing item! With location off it constantly prompts turning location on.

I made the huge mistake of ordering through the app. I ordered 2 veggie burgers, only to arrive at the restaurant to receive 1, and be told that I have to contact them through the app for a refund. My order total was almost $24. So my husband replaced it with a whopper, which is actually cheaper than what we paid. Our food was BURNT. So we returned the items uneaten. I contacted CS on the app and was told for my inconvenience, they would give me a $15 gift card. So now I have to do a dispute.

I love Burger king. They're the only fast food place that has an impossible whopper, so I can actually order a burger without ordering meat. I have no problem with the restaurant, the employees, or the food. But the customer service on this app is horrible! And they charge you before you even pick up your food, unlike other apps. So I've paid for food several times but when I get there they don't have what I want and I can't get anyone on the app to talk to me let alone give me my refunds!
