Good app, and I would give 5 stars, but... songs/music are TOO LOUD compared to buddy's voice. I hope you make them aligned. And I guess there is something wrong with mic sensitivity - my son repeated a word right into the mic and buddy couldn't hear him (It happens from time to time). Double checked the mic on the phone and it works well.

Can't seem to choose the payment for 1 year of 34.99 EUR / year. After choosing this option, it only says that a parent should continue this transaction from own profile. Only when I choose the unrestricted access for 59.99 it offers me to accept all the terms andcontinue the deal. But I don't want that, I want my kid to try you app for a year, cause after that it may no longer be needed. Pls sort this out, otherwise it's no good, guys.

Horrible app. Super basic grammar and vocabulary. Should be free for what you get. Especially since you have to pay to unlock any of the content beyond the most simple stuff. And the "AI" basically sucks, nonexistent. Like everything else, false advertisment and empty promises. Save yourself the money and skip this one.

you can see the advertisement it looks amazing but it's not as good as you see it'd be out of advertisement it's a bit bored very I don't like your because you have to pay so much add the teacher things like turtles and stuff and for 2 year olds and I'm 10 bless I'm I'm

Best learning app for kids. I love the fact I can pause it and help my child say the words as well. I can see her progressing each time we use this app.

Subscription is pointless. Says my subscription ends tomorrow but already took the money out today with no warning. My daughter adores buddy but I don't care for the repetitive non-educational "missions". My kid has learned more off YouTube videos than she has off this app.

I took the subscription for 6 month and today i cant get in and i dont have a confirmation by email for the account. 6 moths of service trowed to the trash??

This app could be great. BUT its way too slow to load anything. Sometimes 5+ minutes and my child has lost imtetest after waiting. This is not a wifi or internet problem but the app itself. Shame really.

There is no actual learning content unless you buy. The 'AI bot' will constantly offer and nag your children to get help from a grown up' in order to buy lesson topics. Concept of ai teaching is a great idea but the app is very aggressive in getting kids to nag parents. I bet many parents finally gives in and buy something just to shut the kids up. Uninstalled.

I cancelled this subscription and uninstalled the app turned everything about it off and it is still charging me !! It doesn't work..no matter how clear or loud u talk she just says she can't hear ... I wanty money back after being charged three months in a row on an inactive account!!!

This app sucks not gonna lie Did you know that buddy ai HAVE A YOUTUBE CHANEL they make weird videos when buddy reacts which is not cool I'd rather not try this game but THEY HAVE A HORROR AD when buddy says help me I felt like someone is chasing him but when he hides his FACE appeared to not hide it when the monster sees him like the creator thinks his face is cute and he is not hiding his face and that's enough so have a GREAT day.

I love it buddy is a cute robot I like it so 5 stars for me but it cancel my subscription on my phone please fix the canceling subscription I got the week subscription And it doesn't hear my voice fix the cancelling subscription and doesn't hear your voice please fix the problems I edited my comment it was short but I don't know how to comment to @my buddy.ai I need help with commenting to you I sent you a email not a comment to you did you got the email?

This app just freezes several times I had to restart, but it still doesn't work. I cancelled my subscription. If we can make some solution on that, then it is a good app for a toddler.

I think all 5 star reviews are paid. Please do go through all the 1 & 2 star reviews before subscribeing to any plan, I have missed to do this check. And developer is not refunding the amount within 7 days trail period, they advice you to contact the Google, but Google play is responsible for refunds only upto 48 hours as per their policy. App does not work on the AI based. For children's below 5 years, difficult to follow the instructions in App.

At first I liked the game, the child was delighted. But it all ended the moment the robot was unable to recognize the child’s voice (and this is a paid version). Dear developers, children cannot pronounce sounds perfectly! They may not even have teeth! The robot simply does not understand them.

I wish there was a free trial or at least mention the subscription before someone downloads it. Cute robot and my daughter was interacting right away.

Takes too long to load. Speech command prompts are clunky and need perfect timing. Rarely recognizes perfect elocution no matter how much you repeat. Does not send progress reports. No one likes it. Runs poorly, very choppy. Just a pain. No one misses it or even likes to use it. Worse than most automated telephone call systems and who likes those? 1 star rating is 1 star too many..
