I'd pay for the license in a heartbeat if they could figure out how to get this app to simply advance to the next song by itself when one is complete. There's three or four options in the settings that say will break "Playlist track advance" -- I didn't know that such a core function needed an actual name, but in this app, I guess it does since every other setting will break it. Either way, I can't figure out one combination of all these settings will make it work!

App works great. Allows all my audio files to play (tried other servers and they always skipped certain audios). Only issue I have is that I bought a new phone, and I no longer have the option to exclude certain folders like I could on the old one. There are some audios, such as ASMR, that I do not want to blast on my TV. As an alternative, I've tried putting .nomedia files in the folders I don't want to play and hiding those folders, but the app still pulls the files from those folders.

Not sure what to think of this app. Downloaded it earlier today to stream music on my PS4. It works, but only for like 20 minutes or so, then it disconnects. Some songs don't seem to play in it's entirety either. It's too bad really, it was promising at first, finally being able to stream Google Music, but alas. Would've purchased if I knew for certain the app worked flawless.

Spectacular app once you get it dialed in. The only flaw is that occasionally you mess up a setting and it stops working. I usually love deep diving into the nitty gritty, but it may be a bit too much for the less technical users. I love how I can stream qobuz to by Denon x3700h. I wish it had native support, but this is nearly as good. Worth paying for the full version. I do think they need a reset everything to default button as I had to wipe the apps storage to get it working again.

I've been using BubbleUPnP for several years now. Even contacted the developer at least once. The app has been a sheer delight. I have it on several devices and use it regularly, probably only second to email and internet browsing. It has always worked, is regularly updated and I feel is not only easy to use but very powerful. If you have your own library of music whether on a PC, an NAS or even the cloud, this is the premiere app to use. Vastly superior to any of the streaming music services.

Long time user, and overall very happy. Some of the Chromecast transcoding settings can really impact performance negatively, though. "Enforce max video bitrate" and "Force video transcode" BOTH force video transcoding, and the former sounds like it would help with high bitrate streams, but it actually makes them worse. I didn't realize this was the source of my problems until I ran BubbleUPnPServer on my media streaming server and observed the logs.

This used to be a great app when it first came out. Over the years as more options and features have been added, the stability and ability to properly stream to Samsung smart TVs and Chromecast has gone down hill. It's a constant struggle to get it to even detect devices to stream to let alone play and be able to forward, resume, skip, etc. I've finally decided to stop using this app and have started using mediamonkey. Definitely a smart choice as it streams, is stable and works like this app once did way back when it first came out. Thanks to developers of this app as it was great back in the early years. Not worth it anymore.

Great app! worth the purchase, even though it has trouble with some older types of media files, it's still worth purchasing! It's exactly what I needed to stream to Chromecast without Chromecast constantly crashing out. The app takes a little getting used to. For instance you need to remember to launch media to stream from inside the app not from another app like File Explorer, in order for it stream smoothly. I found out it can stream to my Sonos speaker as well! All in all an amazing app,

Absolutely amazing! This app has handled all my in-home media steaming as well as functioned as my media center! This app outperforms all the competition in every field! The integration of cloud services and Google play music are outstanding with little to no latency issues! **For Developer** I am concerned about the music streaming in the app, will you be updating for support with YouTube Music? I am unsure if you're aware, but Google is terminating Google Play Music in favor of YouTube Music.

I went ahead and actually purchased this app, hoping that I would be able to play my music from my mobile device through my xbox one. Well it worked and I was satisfied until I closed the other app on my system and with that the music had stopped playing. So I guess it's not the apps fault on my phone but just probably need to use a regular normal music app to listen to music on my gaming system or just have a hard drive connected. Pretty cool app though, so really can't say anything bad about it

I'll tell you what; I'm not the kind of guy that rates apps often, but this app was definitely worth the rating. After several trial and error attempts with various casting and DLNA apps and struggling with customer service after customer service over their extremely faulty apps, I finally found this one and it's been a breath of fresh air. It does what it says on the tin and really well too. It was well worth the money it costs for the full version. Long story short, download this app.

This app is so annoying. It works like one out of 10 times, and never when you actually need it to. Have all of your music on one device and want to play it from another? Oh too bad because the device with no music can't detect the slave Device, but of course the device with no music has no problem detecting and setting the device with all the music as the renderer - which is useless. No amount of force stops, cache clears, wifi disconnects and reconnects will do anything. An app that can't achieve the one task it set out to do is simply pointless.

Great app! The controls are easy and extensive. Can select specific sources and players. Also choose or exclude media types. Add shortcuts folders that contain the media and make and save playlists, exclude folders or hide hidden folders. Many settings to choose how and what plays where. And easily connects to devices on the network. P.S. I bought the license because the free version was so EXCELLENT!!!

I would think this is the perfect app if it had two minor improvements: (#1) an easier way to make small adjustments to current playback position (e.g. skip ahead 10 seconds or 5 minutes, more than just plus or minus 30 seconds). (#2) The option to track viewing history, without having to use a service line Trakt. Still giving this 5 stars because it has otherwise worked flawlessly for at least a year now.

The audio quality on my XM4 earbuds or my KZ IEM'S are absolutely bonkers. The transfer of music or how to navigate this app is extremely rough. Definitely took a minute to get the audio settings right, but worth it. I just with the library transfer from Qobuz was better. Songs on my track list on the main app are there and available. In this app the tracks list is capped at 2000. The tracks are in the app in other places. No track skipping unless you shuffle. Otherwise it starts a new playlist

Freaking INCREDIBLE! I've owned PREMIUM for quite some time now and I have only just realized it's potential. The more I learn about LAN and WAN file/media access the more apps like this start to excite me and make sense. I hope the developers keep this alive and find ways to push the boundaries even more. Ie: Potentially, incorporate remote desktop management, control and file transfer protocols to help finally make phones a viable replacement for computers on a fundamental level. Thank you!!

Not without occasional difficulties, mostly on my part, support is always available if needed. This is one of those apps that was an insta-buy, no regrets. If you want to control a DLNA server while rendering on another device, you have come to the right place. I'm able to stream to my Allo Digi Sig, and 2 Chromecast Audio, while also creating Open Home renderers on the CCA. The BUPnP server app also allows easy syreaming of your music over the interwebs.

tested the app and purchased directly to support developer, also recommend it to everyone, very good app, that is flexible and can be used both ways as a sender or receiver. have 1 point, make the app usable for older android 5/6 devices to be able to use in car head units and to relive old unused tablets as touchscreen music streamers.

BubbleUPnP is best in class. And it's not even close. Seriously. When it comes to handling, transcoding, and casting media streams, BubbleUPnP seems to cover anything I throw at it. Not to mention a dedicated server application and lots of third-party integrations for media sources. This app has been maintained for many years, and it's development has a clear vision. This is one of those apps that keeps me on Android, and if you do any media streaming and casting, buying this is a no-brainer!

Works very well to stream qubuz and music files from my personal DLNA server to my Marantz SR-6012 receiver. I initially found the trial version to be unreliable and a bit frustrating to get to work. I almost gave up but I took a chance and bought a license anyway. I'm glad I did. The issues went away and I've found BibbleUPnP to work well on my setup.
