The extra point for watching a video has not worked in a month. I've not received any anything. My phone says video is loading but it never does. Please help. I like to play this game but I'm considering deleting it if not fixed.

The 30 July update is awful. It opens the App and then immediately closes it. Tried on 3 different phone models and all the same. I suspect they want us to uninstall it and start from the beginning again🤔🤔

In app purchases not being delivered! It offered me the opportunity to purchase assists for the game, I did the purchase, but it didn't deliver them! They got 6 bucks of my money for nothing! 9/30/23 . . . STILL NOT DELIVERING BOOSTER PKGS BOUGHT THRU IN APP PURCHASES. BUBBLE BIRD RESCUE 2 IS ALSO RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. I have even sent emails to the EZJoy email and no response!

l like it, but would like it better if l could get the right color all the time. When there are 3-4 bubbles of a different color comes up first.l lose 3 bubbles before the fight color come up.

10/12/24 same problem. 8/21/24, app still won't open. Won't fix. 7/30/24 app wont open 7/26/24 video not working. 4/18/24 A little improvement. Able to purchase boosters and got them. Didn't refund money that was taken without boosters. Took my money no boosters. Need updates on the problem. Its sad we have to lose our levels and progress because you wont fix the problem. Its really a shame we have to start all over again because you wont fix the problem or reply to our concerns.

I love this game, but after like lvl. 10 you can forget about getting three stars, and I'm OCD about three stars. Lol. Not only that, but you're forced to watch 30 second ads that you can't skip. Not worth the irritation. Uninstalling.

Not optimized for Realme 6. Has little freezes when too many Bible's pop. Big screen resolution, I think. On Xiaomi Redmi 5 the game runs without freezes (and this phone is 4 times less powerfully according to AnTuTu). Fix it, please. Otherwise the game is great!

I don't recommend this game. I've bought several packages from this game twice and never received them. It's a fun game but if you have to buy a package of boosters it offers don't do it. You will be ripped off. I have no other problems with other games. And Google is no help in getting your refunds even though you have Google receipts it's a rip off. I'm uninstalling this game.

Hi, please you people should try to find a way out on how to back up and restore levels. I mean if someone change phone and install the game in new phone he have to start the game from beginning instead of continue from where he stopped on his old phone. That's why i rate you 3 🌟 star instead of 5. Try to find out a way to back up and restore file. 👌

It's an okay little game. Nothing much special. I much preferred the old version of Bubble Birds where the "bubbles" were birds faces and you could actually see where the shot is going when a bank shot has to be made. Also, the graphics on the old game were much better.

This game sucks..the line sight is to short that you can't aim right...most of the balls don't even match what's on the screen..takes way to long to play a level and usually have to play the same level 3 or 4 times to get through it..this game is more frustrating than fun..why bother making a game that's not even enjoyable..waste of time..better bubble games out there in

This is a good game.....the only thing that troubles me is that after reaching level above 1000, it stopped working normally and won't increase the stars as well as the coins.... which is very frustrating as it took too long to reach this level just to face such problem. Plus the game automatically closes after completing a level. Hence I am not bothered to play now.

The app is crashing. Have gone beyond level 1100. Seems crazy to uninstall and reinstall. The developers don't seem interested in rectifying the problem!! Now no more videos to watch for extra moves. The aims are bad. It just does not allow you to hit where you want, meaning to say spend money. I used to love this game, now no more. Money making racket!! If you want to get frustrated, download it!

Generally a good game although the ads are a bit frustrating - there should be a 30 second max! Lose a star because level 980 is "faulty" - there are no birds to rescue so you can't score even 1*. And level 423 is way too difficult - need over 200,000 points to get 3* (most levels around 60-80,000), which is impossible even using multiple boosters etc. Lose a second star because the developers can't be bothered to respond to requests for support, bug reports etc.

Great now game wont open. Uninstalled. Tired of it always crashing or not working after an update. Great u have finally fixed some of your problems. Still shuts down when i win a level. Finally earnt enough coins to finish a level, only to find that game shut down. No videos to help finish levels. U HAVE DONE IT AGAIN. EVERY TIME I WIN A LEVEL GAME SHUTS DOWN. SO NO POINTS FOR WINNING 5 LEVELS IN A ROW. NEXT TIME I DELETE WON'T BE DOWNLOADING AGAIN.

I like it. Challenging but not frustrating. I would love to understand the different blockers, balls and scoring. The blockers look different e.g. have stars on them or look like rocks, but from what I can see don't behave differently. It would have been handy to know that the bonus ball, on far right of the bottom of the screen replenishes. A little bit of instruction would be great.

I really enjoy this game, I play solely for fun and relaxation and have had this particular game installed on my phone for at least 6 years now, and never had any problems with the app, except for lately. Since I have had to reinstall it, due to lack of memory and storage, the "Daily Tasks" have not worked properly. The option to "Watch 1 Video" continuously reads "Loading" and won't change regardless of what I do. I miss those extra points!
