I'm surprised why BSNL is always backward in friendly technology. They complicate everything. They modified the app several times. still not user friendly. now it finally says disable developers mode in settings. As long as they don't simplify they remain in the backbench.

Constantly have to log in multiple times. They even blocked my account for a span of time because I tried to log in through OTP. and for some reason, the OTP that THEY sent was invalid. I don't understand why an app which has so many bugs even exists. It has an inconvenient and troublesome User Interface as well.

Bill payment issue. After installing this application last month I failed to pay my bill online, i tried 6 times and the money debited from my account but bill couldn't be paid, some error occurred every time. I had to contact to the cash counter to deposite the bill ammount. And now for this time same error occoured , I tried 2 times but failed to pay the bill, same as last time....

Earlier I had given a review to which the developer responded that the glitch has been removed. Tried again to link my BSNL Fibre connection. Whenever I click on link button I get a message "register to link your other connections". When I do this it automatically feeds in my mobile number in the box. After entering all the required data it sends an OTP on this automatically fed mobile number. Once I enter the OTP it shows an error "Mobile number already registered" and does not move further.

Worst app! there are major issues in it. I recharged a pack with caller ring back tone service. But for some reason the caller tune has to be activated from this app and the app doesn't show the service. Neither bsnl nor the app support are able to help. Sad state of affairs at bsnl.

The most stupid app you will ever use. It seems like it has been developed by someone with a mental disability. To do anything you have to register and create a profile but since you have already created a profile with your phone number you can't create it again but you can not also login if you have already registered because there is no option. They have stopped sending your bill on email and you can't use their stupid app to track usage or pay bill, it's ridiculous.

Not good. Worst app. Need to relogin everytime upon app update. My BSNL app doesn't support bill pay anymore and BSNL selfcare app doesn't have feature to register complaint. Complaint and preference tab force me to login with bsnl number. So, need to keep two apps. BSNL Selfcare doesn't show previous transactions. Each time I open app need to switch to my landline/broadband account. By default it shows my registered number as an account. Whereas my registered number is not even BSNL.

Frustrating I can't understand what the developers were thinking while designing this app. If I have to enter the std code and phone number of each phone I want to pay the bill for, every time, what is the point in adding the numbers in the first place? You should show a list of all the registered phone numbers, the owner name and the bill amount and just make the customer click and pay. The older My BSNL app does that in a very elegant manner. This app is not at all customer friendly.

It's not nice having to log in every time I need to use the app. EDIT: Your reply said to update to the latest version. I did that and opened the app. It showed me the login page! This happens every time!

I tried to add my FTTH number to my account but I don't receive an OTP for that. Tried multiple times from other BSNL numbers too. Can't merge from the old app either. Finally tried to pay fibre net bill using quick pay. Money was deducted but didn't receive bill. It shows bill hasn't been paid. Worst app. Worst customer care service. They directed me to pay the bill at BSNL office. Then what's the use of this app? Worst experience!

Interface is good, But bill or recharge fails, Also if we already paid the bills there should be option in bill pay which show the last paid bill, date and amount by online or offline. Also there is No option to download bill, Like old app have.

Very worst recharge options. I stored three bsnl numbers in this app. When i initiate the recharge, It is automatically switches to default saved number and recharged exitisting plan in live. This is happnd me two three times. Very very worst and cheating style of behaviour. Also most of the time debit money from account and not happened sucessful transaction, they return money only when we complaint.

24-06-14: update, a government app development department that uses gmail.con for emails and cannot afford it's own domain email, I am finding it hard to believe any problem can be solved by them . Looking at the App history of development, it's even harder. Old review: If there was a negative star for wasting my half hour trying to recharge, not a single number gets recognized, imagine a BSNL app saying BSNL number not valid. Think the developers don't get paid for this development.

Is there any possibility give lower rating than 1 star, seriously such an annoying app, unable to login I'm not getting OTP only tried in different mobile and different number still it's not working, BSNL connection, customer care, service team won't work normal ever, same way this app, migrate frm one app to other but no improvement in technology complete disappointing.

I don't understand why the app on opening closes back and says connection timed out . I have updated the app, yet it's not working for me to recharge from my phone . The service is great but disappointing that I could not recharge. Edited : it's frustrating and no need for apologies. Just tell us what to do . Edited again : Hey, my hard work paid the day . Everything is good . Moral is if at first you don't succeed, try to try again. 😆 🤣

This app stopped working long time ago and there is no grievances redressal from the officials. Aftrer selecting recharge plan the 'continue' button do not work at all and you are stuck there helplessly. Also the app closes on its own after opening sometimes. BSNL should try to work a bit hard to keep the company running!

Worst App I had ever seen, Tried paying landline bill, Amount got debited from my account but no confirmation received the app became blank and Blacked out and my services were cut off once again paid through app the same happened. At last paid through web portal, paid three times for one bill and I didn't have any way to check where my another two payments went - I didn't credit back and Didn't get credited to my landline account too...

Useless App!! This App is useless, keeps crashing. I was paying my monthly bill and app crashed suddenly. Transaction stalled, amount got deducted, no receipt and the failed transaction is not even reflecting in the transaction history. Also, if I want to register a complaint regarding any technical issues, app keeps asking me to log in to report a complaint inspite of me being already logged in. Well, there are many such other glitches. I feel its better to use online portal instead.

The old app keeps redirecting me to the new app for bsnl fiber management. But this new app does not allow me to pay fiber bills (throws error), upgrade plans (no option), also it let me add someone else's account to the list of my accounts without any confirmation when I changed a digit by mistake. I was able to see all their details and there was also option to modify them.

My experience with BSNL's SIM and app is disappointing. Despite Govt. of India backing and good plans, the network is consistently poor in my area with weak signals (up to 250kb ping). This issue persists even when I travel, highlighting a significant service gap compared to private providers. The BSNL app aids in recharges but lacks in resolving critical network issues. Enhancing service quality is imperative for BSNL to retain user trust and competitiveness. As a loyal customer.....
