No issue at all. Been using the apps from the oldest to this newer version and works fine for me. I love the easyness of using the apps. I also found it helpful that now i can open deposit thru the app, though still the limits size is too low (max 50 mio). Btw, since we're living in digital era i think BSI should make the customer to easily reach their bank statement report thru the apps and then send it via email. This is standard service offered by other domestic banks nowadays. Thanks!

A banking app facilitates cash or non-cash transactions without cards, my life is easier because I don't have go back and forth to ATM. But, there are drawbacks such as the app sometimes having errors when use normally, I often experiencing "times out". I think a banking app should always ready to use and error free. Hopefully next time can be better!

Face sctivation always failed and when use video call method the voice of CS is not so clear due to the room is to noisy with the other sound

Update: it took several days for the app to work again, but now it works well. Thank you for the efforts. Used to work very well when it was BSM mobile banking. After I updated it to BSI Mobile, it keeps showing "Permintaan kehabisan waktu". It was very inconvenient for me as I'm living abroad and depending on the apps for my financial transaction in Indonesia. It's expected that the merger of 3 banks will increase the apps traffic, but it seems like they didn't anticipate well enough..

After update, why did the app ask reactivation of bank account again? After I text the bank account number, the app noted that there was invalid. It's confused, so what should to do?

Crashing every time I'm opening the app now (from outside Indonesia). It had worked perfectly for many months since I was abroad, it stopped working all of a sudden since recent update. Please fix, I'll give a better rating when it's fixed. I can't access my money! - - - - - - Update: 1 star -> 3 stars. I contacted CS, not helpful at all. I resolved the crash issues by turning off the Location (I looked at the crash log!). Still it was an awful experience, no 5 stars for you.

Stuck on logo upon opening the BSI mobile app since today and CS WA didnt help. I got message from google play that the app stops working on similar devices. Mine is on Android 12 and having latest BSI Mobile 6.22.0

Updated: already try for re-install, also re-activate the application. And it works, thank you. IMHO if you can simplified the User Journey and optimized the apps menu, it will enhance the user experience. "Request timeout", already try the re-install proccess but still got the message. Please fix this, cause i have to make some transaction, Thank you.

Edit: issue solved but next time it would be great to notify account owners by all means (email, app notification, etc.). I appreciate that the response was fast and polite. What happened? Every time I open the app it says "permintaan kehabisan waktu". The app is up-to-date and my internet connection is fine. This used to be the best mobile banking app, please fix it.

Have an account and signed in on another device. But installing on a new device requires an activation which needs a NIK, and so on. What a stupid requirements EDIT: and of course they asked you to call while other banks process everything digitally

Very poor face verification. Need thousand times to try, always timed out and must retry again, and again. I should go to the bank office just for activating my mbanking account. Sooo bad

Stuck on logo after update version. Tried to clear cache, restart phone event re-install didn't worked. I'm using android v13 (go edition). Edited : Now it is normally works even it needs longer time to load. But overall thank you

Apps frequently crash and too slow to open and sometimes very laggy i dont know what to say anymore it was worse and i hope there is improvement 😞

Kindly tell your product manager who responsible for KYC process to improve its functionality. I have several feedbacks: 1. The timeout is too fast, while you demand too many STRICT liveness check/action for user to perform, 2. Implement save as draft feature as your least effort to help users: You know there are too many users failed to perform KYC, yet you keep forcing everyone to fill their information again and again. Hope it helps

this apps always crush and force close it when not been used for several times.it happens twice even already update.. first, still can login by clear chached like it say on google, but now cant't login anymore, i cannot do any transaction anymore.. please fix your mobile apps

Recently, the app seacrh feature has been really bad. When I search and tap for e-money top up, the app always directs me to PLN electricity bills payment. The same goes with Go-Pay. Please fix it.

The app always exits. Crash. It cannot be opened at all because it always closes by itself. It has been updated, the cache has been cleared, but it still force closes. I don't know what the problem is, I don't want to uninstall/reinstall because it will require re-verifying the data. Please resolve the issue; the case occurred since yesterday on a Samsung S22 Ultra with Android 14 and One UI 6.0.
