My problem is on the war event if anyone attacked me half of my defeated troops are lost and the game don't even make some troops in hospital ar any thing just they are defeated and I have to build them again with another resources which is little to be made and with alot of accelerations to increase the rate of making troops which suc.ks alot

This game sucks if you're not spending thousands of dollars, not fair in the slightest. Should be separate servers for people spending money. Even most of the events now require paying money just to participate. Used to be a fun game but now it's just a battle of who can spend the most money. Literally can't compete otherwise.

[PLEASE FIX THE GAME!! 05-16-24 I got the update today and the app quit working all together!]...I am changing my rating!! It is rediculous to have all these updates all the time and then you can't even download this last one! It makes us miss events and puts us way behind others that can get the download! It is hard enough to get antwhere without spending a lot of monet anyway. I like the game but what good does that do if I can't get the update to continue playing???!!.!?!! PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!

I want rate this game 2 stars, because of some reason, I spent a lot of money and time in this game and my account was lose and now I create another one and start feel bored,thinking another spending will happen again.Honestly one of the problem of this game is that,this game is hard to get rewards from events like partner,outpost and scoutskins etc. without spendin a lots of money unlike other mobile games.But,I'm stillplaying it because it is actually a nice game! I hope youwill noticethis.

There is no point in this game after you play for a while. Accounts with high million power levels shouldnt be able to attack beginners or low power level people. Or shouldnt be able to wipe your army out you been building for weeks or months. Kind of just makes you want to uninstall the game . You cant get nowhere. Soon as you try to save up you get killed by people with insane power levels. Thus game needs balance per power level.

For everyone complaining about the game. You can spend or not spend but this is indeed a play everyday game. Hide your troops or shield. You do not have to spend money to have a good game experience. If a server doesnt work out. Try another one. Long time player. Sometimes spender and just saying. Ive played on many servers. It can be enjoyable but you have to be active and you have to learn how to play defensively until you can play offence. Thank you. For an awesome game

It's a great came and great concept except the fact that you cant build up when your constantly getting attacked every week since theres a server war and barbarian war. You'll spend all week grinding for troops then boom someone who spent hundreds of dollars will come in and wipe out your entire troops to where your left with nothing. The owners of this app should make it easier for new players to build up and quit rewarding players who do nothing but wipe out the smaller tribes.

After spending years and hundreds of dollars on this game, our international server was merged with two Chinese servers full of xenophobes that won't play with "foreigners". I started 10 more accounts on other servers and found similar results. This game is no longer for international players and should be considered as China only. After a long time, the events become money grabs for the devs and repetitive. Definitely a pay to win game, but in a less rewarding way because it's expensive.

This game would be great and it's addicting. But it caters to the P2P crowd. So unless you throw a ton of money in, you'll never make it fully. I played for about a year. Then took a break. After a year or so hiatus, i missed it and came back. I still find it a lot of fun. Moreso than any others of this genre. It's simplicity and easevof learning is great..

The game concept is pretty fun, but at the end of the day, cash is king. Low level beginners will get overpowered by the higher levels and troops gets killed during resource looting and have to start over building and training troops all over again. It makes it impossible to train more troops unless you keep using speed and resource items.

the game could be an amazing game. issue being lack of support to nonchinese players. customer service is terrible. they have moved to more and more to a pay to play mentality and the events are built to MAKE you pay to participate. again, one of the most fun and addicting games but due to the money and lack of help from support, this game is a terrible choice.

I've been playing for a long time and the server just keeps getting worse!! And when I get gold or wood it says say I get a certain amount but I never get that amount. It's just getting more confusing 😕 I can't even begin to tell how much money I've spent and didn't get what I paid for 😓 to late already Uninstall it after a year sad because I put a lot of money and time 😪

I lost over 2 million troops during server war because of a glitch in the game when my shield went away. That would take over a year to rebuild my troops. Customer service would not restore my troops . I have spent thousands of dollars on this game, and now when I need consideration for something that was not my fault, I am told there is nothing Brutal Age will do. Very disappointing.....after 3 years of loyalty I guess it is time to move on......Try Rise of Kingdoms, much better game!!!

Caution: Support is useless and is ignoring a bug that destroys war patterns. I tried to place a pattern on an empty slot, when the pattern didn't go on, maintenece started. Upon relogin, pattern has disappeared. Support says I replaced it, but I didnt. As players know, good war patterns take years to acquire, and a million soul to level to 15. This was weeks worth of time, burning the game into screen, to aquire the soul alone to upgrade this. Beware, Tap4fun steals from its players!

Great game, TERRIBLE customer support! If their game malfunctions (and it does often), they don't even care to try and help resolve the issue! This has occurred more than once. I understand it happens on occassion, but doing nothing about trying to fix it is absolutely horrible. The game has caused a massive error four times now and no attempt at fixing it.

After the long wait times to fix log in issue, still play the game. downside is that the makers, while they deserve to earn money, have made it difficult to improve and go up in levels or get new characters without spending money. events they have are getting points for BUYING GEMS. the more gems you buy via google, the more points and items you get. they get you to earn items for characters just to get you below the amount of items you need, then you have to buy items to finish collecting.

Downloaded an update and lost all my progress. Tried customer support and it's the worst! No real help, takes days to respond, and if they respond and you don't respond during a small window, the conversation ends and you need to submit everything all over again. Sucks when you've spent time on progressing and working hard to level up. After multiple attempts with customer support you just give up. Game was fun while it lasted but it's glitches and terrible customer support that ruin it. Bummer.
